Jhon E (4/5): No volveria porque el personal del check in fue poco amable y sin trato adecuado a un cliente. - No me gusto nada del alojamiento Realmente el personal de recepción es poco amable, la señora que me recibio en mi check in realmente no tiene trato para atender, cero amable y respondia de mala manera es lo que realmente hizo que la experiencia en este alojamiento sea pésima. Las instalaciones necesitan mas limpieza el baño tenia pelos en la ducha, los cajones del armario estabana sucios, solo me dieron una toalla pudieron dejar al menos un par, la ducha no tenia mucha potencia y el agua salia poco. Finalmente el desayuno simple sin muchas opciones, la zona del alojamiento se ve un poco peligrosa ya que esta cerca a varias salidas de buses.

Francisco (4/5): mucho ruido - La habitación toco ventana a calle y había mucho ruidos, adicional te cobran 50 soles por una persona que te visite solo 5 minutos como si se fuera a quedar, la comida del desayuno muy poco no hay variedad, no tienen agua debes comprar agua en recepción que te cuesta 4 soles la personal, no tienen frigobar tampoco, limpio si esta pero no cuenta con los servicios basicos como agua en las habitaciones.

They refused the US dollar rate quoted in Expedia and insisted using the exchange rate 1.45, much higher than 1.27 in the street, to calculate the Peru Sol I need to pay. They also don't know how to charge from my Capital One card, as the card has chip. Finally I have to pay cash in Sol, that means I paid $57.09 instead of $50 for 1 night.
