• Fiona (7/5): Overall, a great budget stay with friendly helpful staff - Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - Rochelle was happy to share her local knowledge and love of the area. There was plenty of space at the park which made it feel more relaxing. Bathroom in the cabin was very small, a bit tricky to manoeuvre in!

• Corie (5/5): Unfortunately this was not the best stay we’ve had at a holiday park. - The location was very good, close to the beach and Port Lincoln. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. We had to buy insect spray because the room was over run with ants from the day we arrived until we left. The large bed was hard; my body was sore every morning. The only food to choose from close by is the petrol station. The first night was incredibly noisy (other guests) well after midnight. The light on the tv (when turned off) lit up the room making sleep impossible.

• Sue (6/5): We didn't let the basic nature of the cabin get in the way of our having a great adventure . - The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a laundry for guests. The cabin was fairly cheap. I guess for the price we paid we shouldn't complain but we are used to accommodation booked through booking.com being of a higher standard.

• Liz (5/5): Trap for unwary seniors. - No safety features in ensuite bathroom - shower base very slippery and no grab bars anywhere. After I had a nasty fall (19/3) and hit my face and right knee on the tile surround, a mat was given to us to use in the shower base. I was too scared of falling again, so did not get to shower for the entire stay after 19th. At time of booking, I notified the venue that I use a 4wheel walker, so I guess I expected that someone would have advised me that the cabin was not suitable for anyone with disabilities. I should have thought to double check for safety features before confirming booking. Missed communication between both parties is a good lesson for all. Probably won't stay at caravan parks in future, based on this experience.

• Justine (7/5): Loved the waterfront views. - Staying on the water was pretty great. Air con was handy as weather got a bit warm. Liked the dedicated park spot. Convenient having a store close by. The mat left at the front door was dirty (hadn’t been changed) and the cabin smelled a bit musty but I think it was from the bathroom, as there was no extraction fan.
• Lynda (7/5): Good - While the location was OK only a 10 min drive, I would stay in town next time I loved that I had somewhere to prepare a meal and the shower was great. Onsite parking was good Unfortunately, the bed was awful. It was one of those old style mattress with no pillow top so you could feel the springs in the mattress. Not great for a sensitive sleeper. Mattresses are the most important item of my accommodation.

• Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - A nice peaceful location, not too far from town. The toilet block was clean and spacious and the park itself was very tidy. The staff were pleasant and the rates were very reasonable. The beds could use a topper as we could feel the springs. The cabin was clean however the bedside drawers were too musty to use, and the wardrobe smelled strongly of mould.

• Shiven (3/5): Poor - The location was okay. Beaches are pretty but further away from any facilities Plenty of kitchen supplies provided. Toilet was cleam The bed was too small, I'm 5 foot 9, and i didn't fit on the bed. The shower is small, and the basin was too small. The couch was quite torn apart and not fit to use A/C didn't cool. Sheets were dirty. The TV was in a very awkward position to use. Floors were dirty. There were ants in the room, which bit me while i was sleeping.

• Jensen (7/5): it was reasonable for the price, but needs upgrading - Nothing really stood out needs renovating, apart from fridge, aircon, microwave all the other things need upgrading, the unit doesn't look like it has been upgraded for many years, old cupboards and blinds. no soap, hairdryer. new security door which is very good quality, but can't lock when leaving for the day no cook top or even small portable cooktop

Over all we had a nice stay. We didn't like that the TV is not facing the bed, like in other cabin that we had before, in other caravan park. It's nice when you're resting in bed watching TV.

• Shirley (6/5): - Thought because it’s a waterfront property that the beach was accessible or there was an alternative such as a pool but neither was available. A little too far from the city centre to walk so a car is imperative. Our requirement of 2 beds was not communicated and so we were given the linen to make up the 2nd bed ourselves. Otherwise for somewhere to just sleep and do laundry it was fine.
