- S9647ARwendyc (10/5): No carpet and clean rooms 15-20 to mostly everything you want to see here! - The hotel is located within a 15–30 minute drive of just about everything. Our travels included Dollywood, Gatlinburg, the Arts & Crafts Trail, Sevierville, and many of the restaurants that are popular with both locals and tourists. This area is pretty walkable for most people if you do not want to fight the traffic to see some of the attractions. The rooms were very clean, and I especially loved that there was no carpet! We had a two bed room that faced the pool and it was very spacious . The bar is open until about 9 PM, and the bartenders were all very pleasant. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel because we chose to get out early each morning to explore the area and eat elsewhere. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but just be aware that many places in Pigeon Forge tend to close between about 8:30 and 10:00 PM. Gatlinburg stays open much later. We didn’t use the pool, but there were always people out there enjoying it. The workout room included treadmills, a bench, dumbbells, medicine balls, and a cable machine. There was also plenty of parking available in the front,back, and sides of the property. I would definitely stay here again

- julio (6/5): - The location, the beds, indoor pool were all perks. The front desk manager was as cold as they come. The app was ineffectual and the digital key could work better. Also there was no breakfast available at 7 am... just coffee. The walls are thin. We had maintenance come because we had no hot water for our shower. The jr suite had 2 rooms however the room with sofa felt off, very unwelcoming. I dim lamp that barely lit the room. The kitchenette- if you can even call it that- was super cramped and the outlet behind keurig didn't work.

- pine129 (10/5): A great location for family vacation! - We picked the hotel mostly due to the Hilton brand, but regardless it was perfect for us. Great location, easy access. Plenty of free parking. Nice staff. Very clean!! Rooms were comfortable and hvac was not loud. Paid breakfast was unexpected but reasonable price and quick good. Two pools and a hot tub. They had just opened the outdoor pool for the season but it was popular with the kids. We may go back to this hotel on our next visit based on our experience.

- haleymN5358VA (10/5): Hard workers - My husband and I stayed here through the snow storm, and had the pleasure of meeting one of the maintenance men, Thomas. He was shoveling the ice and snow and keeping the walking paths clear. He was very polite, professional, and such a hard worker. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Pigeon Forge, TN!

- Rachel (10/5): We will return! Very very happy! - The breakfast was the most amazing ive had in a long time at a hotel, possibly ever. Carrie and Bill took great care of us. Along with another gentleman who I didnt get his name who would seat us. They went above and beyond when feeding a picky little one! They were sooo kind! There was a dog on our floor across the hall the last night who kept barking which was annoying. And Saturday night the people at the pool were pretty loud but thankfully I brought a sound machine to drown it out. But definitely couldnt have done without a barking dog
- erinrL2524TG (6/5): Hilton hotel dog poop and confused staff - We stayed at the hotel for Christmas. We were there 12/24-12/27. No house keeping the entire duration we were there. I get it, it’s a holiday however zero nothing. We took out our own trash, got our own towels. There was dog crap in the hallway. And while we were there, they attempted to overbook our room. We got back Thursday from an event, our keys wouldn’t work and at the desk is our room # that said “welcome Martinez family” all of our stuff was still there and we had no way to access it. The staff were less than helpful, often confused and each staff member had a different answer. No one could give an explanation about our room. We finally got back in and were done. We left a day early and still trying to get a refund out of this! We were told yes you can get a refund. Will I stay here again? No

Also the convenient location but the floors were absolutely disgusting in the room somebody has to of spilt something. Dirty floors in my room I’ve never experienced my feet being sticky and dirty in a room that gets cleaned inbetween stays so should have been clean!

Well the parking was a little hard, I have a handy cap and the handy cap spaces were always taken up, maybe more handy cap spaces would help, who knows?

We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub every evening during our stay, kids loved sitting in hot tub during the snow flurries. Hotel was convenient to restaurants and everything we wanted to visit in the area, and easy to get in and out of as it is on a less busy street. Would definitely stay here again.

- mikecH3711TE (2/5): Bad All Around - I was at this hotel 2 years ago and gave it five stars. This time, I would love to give it zero. First issue, the pillows were awful, they lacked any fill. Even using two, your head just sank to the bottom. The bed was squeaky and soft. As a senior, the commode was the lowest I have ever seen in a hotel. We ate breakfast in the hotel the next morning and as a former Diamond member I had many breakfasts at Hilton Garden Inn’s. This was just terrible. I found no eggs in the bin, so the chef made me some scrambled eggs that had an off taste. No bacon, just over cooked sausages. The grits were instant and watery. The bagel was still frozen and difficult to cut. My wife said the pancakes were very tough, more so than usual. Needless to say, we ate breakfast the second day at one of the many restaurants in the area. Even with my $20 credit as a Gold member it was not worth it. Lastly, one elevator was out of service so waiting for the elevator was long. When I went to check out there was no one at the front desk. There was a pail to put your keys, and I checked out using my app. I wanted to express my disappointment at check out.

Breakfast could have been better. Not able to reach room service. The line was busy all time. Had to go down to get fresh towels each time.

We were informed that after the remodel theybwere all removed but hotels.com has never updated the listing. When i reached out for a partial refund i was told no. Very disappointed in hotels.com for not holding themselves accountable for thier mistake.

The bed pillows were horrible. If you have a king size bed, you need more than four standard size, flat pillows on it.

- Ginny (6/5): - There weren't many shops or places to eat right nearby, but they did have transportation that you could jump on at a low cost. Getting to the airport to and from is just an experience.So be ready. There are no shuttles, only uber or limousine. There's just a few places to eat that you can walk to. The bed was extremely uncomfortable here, the room wasn't very well cleaned.Blinds were broken and shampoo was out... Also a stink bug in my room. Most of these things are easily solved by a call to the front desk.But I expect more from a hilton hotel. It's very quiet here, not much going on.If that's your thing.

- X6817YPadamk (2/5): Absolutely horrible customer service - I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had an issue until this last time. Loud drunk people outside our window at the fire pit at midnight were ruining our sleep. Called the front desk and was told they’d handle it then waited about an hour to give them time and they still didn’t fix it. Called front desk again to complain, tried to switch rooms and they said they had none available and they said they we’re trying to get the people to be quiet. You don’t try, you tell the people to come inside or you throw them out!!! They did nothing after about 30 more minutes and called front desk again to no answer. Tried them again a few minutes later and still wouldn’t answer. They just started ignoring me. Decided to just call the cops and they had to come out to get it stopped. This hotel has lost my business forever. They didn’t care and disrespected me as a customer. There was no way other guests weren’t hearing these people and complaining. Called Hilton to try to get some kind of compensation as me and my wife were lucky to get 2 hours sleep due to this fiasco and the hotel manager never called to try any resolution. Absolutely disgraceful!

- Lindsay (10/5): - Everyone that worked there was so hospitable and sweet. The entire place was sparkling (very clean!) it even smelled clean! The rooms were very spacious & clean!! We had room 425. It was beautiful! The beds were clean and comfortable. Had several places to plug in electronic devices. Even had an electric fireplace!! Gorgeous touches everywhere! They have a microwave, fridge and keurig coffee! The bathroom was large too! It had a glass door shower, also had a hair drier… complimentary soap, makeup wipes, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Oh! We also had a balcony to see the street. There was WiFi.. it was ok, but I didn’t really need it. There was a huge flat screen tv too. The lobby was massive! Which included a small area that sold drinks, alcoholic beverages, salads, yogurt, sandwiches, and fruit with cheeses. Towards the left there was a restaurant/ bar area. In the morning they have a wonderfully made breakfast. Which included fruit, toast, bagels, juices, coffee, yogurt with granola/honey and berries, omelets, potatoes, waffles and pancakes, bacon and sausage. The 3 egg omelets are DELICIOUS! It included 3 eggs , cheese, ham, sausage, bacon, spinach, onion, peppers,… mmmmm!!! The cooks and cook manager definitely know how to cook!! In the evening they serve food. It’s not a real extensive menu, but what they have is very good. Also, include beer, wine and margaritas. Outdoors is beautifully done. Plenty of seating in the back. With 2 fire pits. Which was a great touch!
