- Emily (3/5): - I enjoyed the complementary Breakfast and the location. A significant number of ants were observed emanating from my room's bathroom. I promptly notified the front desk, and the representative assured me that assistance would be dispatched. Regrettably, no one arrived, and by the following morning, both the bathroom and the small kitchen counter were extensively infested with ants.

- Evgenia (9/5): Good hotel, soft bed, hot breakfast. - Nice and clean. When I asked the front desk man for a bottle of water, he politely declined and told me I could purchase one. However, just a few minutes earlier, he had given a bottle of water to another couple when they asked.
- Mindy (8/5): Enjoyed our stay as always - The staff is always great and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The carpet was not attached to the floor and needs to be replaced. We let the front desk know about it because we did not want to pay for damages. They said they are aware and thanks for telling them. Also the price is a little crazy but since we have stayed here many times and know the area we paid the price anyway, but I think it was close to double the price as last year.

The hotel is close to a bus station wich is very convinient if you are looking public transportation to downtown Chicago, the hotel is also to a walkable distance to the mall and dining options. The hotel and room are very clean, the staff is really nice and friendly. The only bad thing is the shower curtain wich is very short and its a mess when you take a shower; other than that I would definitely recomend this hotel.
