• Aeberli (5/5): - Zentral u saubere Zimmer Zu wenig Breite Vorhänge, egal wie man zog, das gegenüber konnte immer wo reinsehen. Das man von der Dusche gleich im Zimmer sich abtrocknen musste, Handtücher konnte man nur im WC trocknen lu keine Lüftung im WC. Die Einteilung ist etwas komisch u die Matratzen waren auch nicht der Hit. Der Preis war viel zu überrissen für das Zimmer.

• Michaela (9/5): Celkove spokojenost! - Skvely personal, dobra lokalita, dostatecne vyhrata sauna, vyborne jidlo v druhe restauraci v ulici, klid, cislo, pohodlne postele. Sprcha v pokoji nebyla moc praktická, trochu podtekala pod dvermi, restaurace byla zatim zavrena.

Good variety of breakfast offer and very delicious, but the same every morning, it was okay for us as we only stayed 3 days, but it could get boring if you stay longer.

• Viktor (10/5): Kurzer , aber erholsamer Urlaub :) - Wir wollten spontan in die Berge fahren !! Gesagt, getan. Wir haben uns dann für dieses Hotel entschieden. Und wurden nicht enttäuscht: von der Begrüßung an der Rezeption, über das Tolle Zimmer, die wunderschöne Lage, dem leckerem Frühstück, bis zum Wellness Bereich, hat alles gepasst!!! Im Großen und Ganzem klein aber fein ! Danke :) Es gibt’s nichts, was wir bemängeln können.

Personal habe ich nur 3 Leute mitbekommen, aber waren alle sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das alles ausgebucht ist für den Rest des Jahres 😂

• Sunny (10/5): Exceptionql quality of 4 stars for decent price - Everything about the hotel is perfect. Our room was spacious, very clean, bright. The breakfast was excellent! The wellness area is great. Staff is very friendly. What made this stay exceptional was being able to use the wellness area even after 9 pm, being allowed a free late check-out and even use the wellness area after the late checkout. Will definitely visit the hotel again. If I had to nit-pick something, I guess the mattresses could be a little bit more comfortable but this is complaining on a very high level.
• RON (10/5): כגודל אי הציפיות כך היתה הנאה שלנו ממליץ על המקום - ללא איש בקבלה היה מונח תיק על הדלפק עם מפתח לחדר אישור לחניה ובלי יפיות עלינו לחדר ופה נדהמנו חדר מרוח ונוח נקי למופת נוף אומנם לבית הקברות מהחדר אבל בלילה עם האורות זה מרהיב בגלל שבנובמבר זה לא העונה כול המסעדות היו סגורות במרחק חמש מאות מטר ישנו סופר גדול עם כול מה שתרצו קנינו ואכלנו והיה נהדר גולת הכותרת ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה מבחר גדול וטרי אין כלום

• Johannes (10/5): - Eine optimale Unterkunft! Zentral im wunderschönen Dorfgastein gelegen. Fussläufig zum Bahnhof, Bergbahn Fulseck und einem Supermarkt. Unkomplizierter CheckIn (auch spätabends). Nettes Personal, grosses modernes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Bergblick. Frühstück sehr gut. Vielleicht für den ein oder anderen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die direkt nebenan gelegene Kirchturmuhr, die ab morgens um 7 läutet. Das macht allerdings auch den Charme dieses Bergortes aus.

• Oliver (7/5): Für 1-2 Nächte Ok. - Es liegt mitten im Zentrum. Das Badezimmer, es war winzig klein, obwohl im Ganzen Raum noch so viel Platz war, dort hatte man tanzen können. Verstehe nicht, warum man dann ein so winziges Bad baut.

• Alexander (8/5): recht gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - sehr gutes Frühstück - sehr gutes Frühstück - Personal sehr freundlich - ein in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung, wurde optisch mit einfachen Mitteln aufgepeppt (jenseits der Geschmacksfrage ein ansprechendes und durchaus nachhaltiges Konzept) Der "Saunabereich" ist weniger ansprechend und auch nicht sehr einladend. Immerhin gibt es ihn. Die Matratze ist nicht mehr die jüngste, doch noch akzeptabel. Bei der Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte der Wohlfühlfaktor mit beschränkten Mitteln richtig erhöht werden.

K. - Die Dusche war toll und das separate Badezimmer war auch schön, modern, schlicht und sehr sauber! Die Lage des Hotels, bzw. unseres Zimmers. Das Zimmer war direkt neben dem Friedhof was wir als etwas morbide und unangenehm empfunden hatten. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Friedhof in der Hotel-Information erwähnt gewesen wäre. Und bei jedem Friedhof ist natürlich eine Kirche - die Kirchenglocken hatten sehr früh am Sonntagmorgen für ein schreckhaftes Aufwachen gesorgt. Betten / Matratzen waren uns zu weich, was zu Rückenschmerzen führte ...

• Christine (8/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, einfach erreichbar, ruhig, nah zur Bergbahn oder direkt zum Berg. Es ist teilweise schön renoviert, ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch zu tun. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert :-)
• Wolfgang (5/5): - Frühstück hatte sehr viel Auswahl und war gut. Während unseres Aufenthalts fand das jährliche Dorffest mit lauter Musik bis spät in die Nacht, 2:00 Uhr statt. Das Hotel hat uns 5 Tage vor dem Aufenthalt darüber informiert. Wer Nachts den Schlaf braucht, hat dann leider Pech gehabt. Das Abendessen im Hotel Bergparadies, 10 min zu Fuß, mit Selbstbedienung und von 17:30 - 19:00 einzunehmen ist für Radler, die nach einer langen Etappe spät ankommen nicht sehr komfortabel.

• Ian (8/5): Very good - Lovely village with a couple of restaurants to choose for dinner. Excellent breakfast! Good sized bedroom with a balcony and a couple of chairs. It felt a bit impersonal, with no sense of family or local hospitality. The ramp down to the bike storage was incredibly steep. We did not risk our e-bikes sliding out of control, so we had to leave them on the street overnight.

• Piotr (8/5): Very good - We've arrived before check-in time and our room was already prepared and we could get the keys. Very friendly Staff. Hotel has nice Sauna and room for ski and bikes. Breakfast reach with big choice of food. The elevator in the hotel is also a great convenience. Hotel location is directly by the church which starts ringing the bells at 7 o clock at the morning and then every 15 minutes for the whole day, closed windows didn't help at all. Room was not cleaned too good. We found empty bottle on the balcony and stains in bathroom floor and toilet. The beds were very soft and we got back pain after those two nights. Moving heavy bikes to and from basement could be as well better organized.

• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Hotel is located very close to ski lift (6-7 minutes by foot or just 2 minutes by local village bus which goes every 15 minutes), they provide rich breakfast with real Italian coffee, sauna and infrared cabin is included in accommodation rate which gives full relaxation after skiing. Modern and stylish design of the rooms and hotel in light colours with bright accents let to feel energised and powerful. Helpful and charming personnel ready to assist with every quest requests. Highly recommended to visit and feel Austrian hospitality.

• Marek (9/5): Spontaneuos, unforgettable stay on the way home from Dolomites - GrossGlockner road nearby - The hotel was offering a great price as compared to different places available nearby (mid-Aug'2023). We picked it for the 2+2 family Summer 2-day stay for the tour to the GrossGlockner High Alps Road and therefore the location was perfect. Two wow's! happened: one for the free nearby Aquapark (Solarbad Gastein) access coupons and the other one for the rich breakfasts with regional specialties. The staff were also very kind, helpful and communicative - thank you:) The room was well designed (I mean simple but nice looking, design-wise), had access to wooden balcony providing beautiful views to the area and was quite modern and clean - no flaws, rather standard +. Despite only 3 floors the hotel provides spacious elevator. There is water with citrus available free of charge for the thirsty guests, by the reception. Lobby and the restaurant design is really welcoming and favourable. There is wifi available but we had no time to take advantage of it - due to being hungry to walk around the village and dip into its aura. I saw ski-storage room for the Winter visits, too, and there was a spa facilities which we did not have a long enough stay to take advantage of - but they existed. Besides, beautiful and super-clean shared toilets on the underground floor. The parking is not guaranteed and you can end up driving around in search of the spot by the street. The church bell tower neighbourhood can have its fans for the easy central location pointer;) and antagonists, for the daily 7AM rather loud concerts;)

We got the family suit for 4 people, it was enough for one night's sleep.. There's free parking around the corner of the hotel. The hotel cooperates with the local Thermal spa Felsentherme and you can buy discounted tickets, they even provide the towels for the spa :) Not bad at all We'd appreciate if breakfast would start a bit earlier since we have early roaming toddlers and the coffee would have been of far better quality.

• Adrienne (9/5): all together it was a pleasant stay I wish we could stay more - surrounding nature is beautiful, lovely little town. breakfast was excellent. place is clean, modern inside. mattress of the bed was very comfortable. parking around the hotel is limited, but we just parked next to it and all was ok. my son had to sleep between us in the bed, he didn’t have a separate bed and I mentioned we are 3 in my booking but we were fine, we slept good.
