- maikaipapa (7/5): もしかしてホテルに泊まらなくても健康ランドで朝まで過ごせた？と思った - 併設の奈良健康ランドでゆっくり出来ました。 部屋のベットのマットが若干下手っていたのか好みの寝心地ではなかった。

- carol (7/5): Nice hotel but pool only open on the weekend + far away from Nara park - The rooms are nice, and it was good to escape the crowdiness of the city for a couple of days. THE POOL IS ONLY OPEN ON THE WEEKEND. We booked the hotel for this reason as my daughter doesn't feel comfortable using the onsen. THE HOTEL IS QUITE FAR AWAY FROM NARA PARK. Even with the shuttle bus provided by the hotel it will still take about 45-60 min. I wouldn't have booked the hotel if I knew this, however, considering the positives we still managed to enjoy our stay.

- Yuki (8/5): - 一泊しました。プールと温泉を堪能しました！ 内容はよかったです。食事は近くの『大地のぶた』でしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題で、朝食はガストのモーニングで食べました。ホテルの近くにコンビニやガソリンスタンド、お食事処(ラーメンやファミレス)も多くて素泊まりプランでも満足です。 プールも春休みの日曜日でしたがゆったりしていてよかったです。お風呂の内容も色々種類もあって満足でした。 ホテルも健康ランドも総合的に満足です。 気になるとしたら、スタッフさんが伝えてくれることが違っていて戸惑うことがありました。連携がとれていないのか？丁寧だけど情報が曖昧という印象でした。 プールの監視がバイト？なのか、立ってるだけで注視していないのと、女性ロングヘアのスタッフはスライダー係をやりながら毛先の痛み具合を見てました。リスク管理で言うと不安ですね。 気にしなければ満足な内容だったと思います。
- Daniel (10/5): - This is a very authentic Japanese hotel and appeared to be mostly Japanese tourists. The dinner buffet had very loud live performance and the audience was definitely into it. There's an onsen at this hotel and a pool. The pool closes early and opens late so heads up. We didn't really pay attention to where the hotel was. It's about a 45 minute train from the Nara Park, we may have booked a closer place if we'd known, but for the experience of staying at this hotel it was pretty much worth it.

- Mia (10/5): Great fun for families ! - Breakfast was including in our meal the food was amazing, had most things and so fresh! We loved all the facilities onsens, indoor pools and communal facilities. Would recommend it to anyone with children/families wanting to stay somewhere with pools and onsens. The staff at the facility were great and hopeful when ever we had any enquires. The air conditioning wasn’t super cold like other places we stayed at in Japan but the staff got us a fan which was nice. The location is in the middle of not much so if you don’t have a car it’s a shuttle to the train station to go into Nara which was fine as we loved the facilities. Dinner is harder to find but there is a convenience store nearby if you don’t want fancier meals with young children.

- あや (6/5): - こんなもんかな。 デラックスに泊まりました。 値段の割に部屋は狭い！ 1人2万円以上出して、食事は朝夕無しはかなり高い！ 24時間営業⁈風呂am1:00まで！ プールは5時まで。 食事処…クソ高い肉！ 宴会場(ファミリーレストラン)は、木曜は、限定メニューのみ…しょぼいか高い品5種類ほどだけ… 2階のフードコートは、7時まで… 結局、ホテルから出て、普段からいつでも行ける、ステーキガストで夕食をとりました。えぇ肉食べた！ (近くに焼肉屋はあったけど… 入店し、座るなり…ゴキブリ2匹が出没！即退店しました。)

- EISUKE (8/5): スーパー銭湯が併設されたホテル - 温泉施設と併設されていて、滞在中好きな時に利用できます。部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 仕方がないことですが、土日での利用でしたので、温泉施設は一般客が多くて、混んでいました。 スーパー銭湯が好きな人にはいいと思いますが、温泉でゆっくりくつろぎたい人向けでは無いと思います。 今回素泊まりでしたが、徒歩圏内に飲食店も多く不自由はありませんでした。 ちょうど結婚式の二次会が開かれていて、エレベーターで鉢合わせしましたが、こちらは銭湯の館内着でしたので、少し恥ずかしかったです。エレベーターを分けるなどの配慮があると、お互いに良いと思いました。

- HIROKO (8/5): ホテルもお風呂も満足です - ダブルのお部屋でしたがビジネスホテルのように狭くなく、通路が広く感じました。私たちには十分でした。 お風呂は併設されている健康ランドですが大浴場へはタオルも要らず手ぶらで行けて良かったです。 またお風呂の上がり場すぐにバスタオルが設けられているのも床が濡れにくく良いなと思いました。駅から遠いのが残念ですがまた来たいと思いました。 焼肉屋さんも美味しかったです。 あと、施設キャラクター？のフロロは可愛かったです。

- HON (6/5): エアコンが - 日中のエアコンのききが悪く22度の強でも暑く感じました。日が沈んでからは大丈夫でしたが‥そこだけ不満でしたが利用したのが夏なのできくようになるといいなーあとはスタッフの方も感じ良い、プール、お風呂、子供のふわふわの遊ぶところ、利用はしなかったですがマンガがたくさんあるとこ、カラオケと退屈しないと思いました。子供がもっと大きくなったらそちらも利用したいです。夏休みで人がごったがえしてたけどそれは想定内でした。夜ビュッフェのレストラン？を利用しましたが私はあんまり‥でした。次は隣の焼き肉に行こうと思いました。

- naqvi_jp (8/5): Good Value - I stayed for 1 night at the Nara Plaza Hotel. The girl who checked me in (I don`t remember her name, Nakamura or Nakayama) was really kind and polite. Another girl in the evening whose name was Nagahara was also really kind. I lost my wallet and I got it back with everything and nothing was missing. Room was good but there were no water bottle inside the room. The pool and onsen was really good. Check out was a little bit slow, maybe because there was not enough counter. Overall, the experience was good. Too be honest, there are not so much shops nearby, however, there is a convenience store which is open until around 11pm. And There is Gusto cafe (family restaurant) which is open until 1:30am. There are other plenty of restaurants also but they closed at around 10pm.

- Andy (4/5): Nice hotel and staff but no AC for 2 days - The hotel in general is good, staff very supportive. However, it took them two days to fix the AC problem, which means all customers have heated air instead of cooled air... Couldn't sleep in a sauna-like room. They did however provided a Dyson fan for the second night which helps a bit. It is a shame about the AC issue, otherwise it would be a good stay. Also it is good to note that the entrance for the hotel is for group customer only, other customer shall enter the hotel via the kenko land entrance.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not a good option for tourists. - It's out int the middle of the outskirts of farm country, and it at least 45mins away from the center of Mara. With long travel to the hotel and checkin at 3, its really inconvenient. It is more of a destination itself for locals than tourists, and its system is one of a corporation than customer ease.
- SH (8/5): Satisfactory stay - We booked our stay mainly because of the Indoor Swimming pool area for kids. however upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that it'll only be opened in March. Pleasant stay overall
- Mister B (4/5): Out of the way and looks like cheap casino. - The reviews don't match the experience of this place. It seemed like a cross between a casino and spa for the elderly. The room was comfortable enough...but the hotel was much further out of the way than expected. If the stay wasn't so comical I would've booked something else.
- ShinyXO (10/5): The best hot spring hotel - This is the best hot spring hotel that I've ever stayed at, every guest was being assigned with a locker for the changing room of the hot spring, and there were 7-8 different types of hot springs all together which provided lot of choices. The room are newly renovated and very clean and spacious. My son enjoyed very much at the game centre as well, overall it exceeds my expectations.
