• Christine (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Sky Resort. The good: Large room, large bed, several chairs and tables, nice view (of the pool and mountains in the distance) kind and helpful staff. The not so good: intermittent WiFi, hard pillows and a gang of loud barking dogs nearby.

• CORALINE (6/5): - Hôtel bien dans l'ensemble mais il faudrait un bon rafraîchissement des chambres quelques traces de moisissures. Salle de bain et toilettes un bon rafraîchissement également. La piscine est top chauffé c'est le point positif de l'hôtel.

• Steve (10/5): - My family and I stayed here for four nights while exploring Thailand. The place is very cute with a nice pool and a small restaurant that overlooks the river. Room was nice. Good AC and turn but comfortable beds. The best thing about this place was the woman who works at the reception. She was super nice and always willing to help. She lined us up on an e-scooter tour of Kanchanaburi so we got to see some sights that were amazing. She also set up a private car to take us to/from Erawan Falls letting us avoid the schedules of the tours. I can’t say enough good things about her - amazing!

Er komen voornamelijke Thaise en Europese mensen. De kamer zijn groot. De airco koelde werkte niet zo goed. Er is geen tafel of stoel binnen. Dat is een gemis.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff are fine friendly and helpful. The view from river is fabulous from the restaurant and alone wirth a stay. However the general condition of the hotel needs attention. Initially my door wouldn't lock but this was remedied the following day, the aircon leaked, no safe in room. However the orice is right the pool is nice and big and the view is worth it.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great location and ok quality - Poor wifi, excellent pool but f.ex. pool chairs next to it are old, broken and without cushions. Breakfast is ok which you order from the menu. Rooms are clean and spacious. Couple of small lizards in the room were cute surprise 😃. Rooster at the neigbour woke us up every morning at 5:00. All in all quite ok selection. Great location.
• jason (6/5): Needs improvement - This hotel is poorly constructed, maintained and cleaned. The swimming pool was absolutely filthy, the rooms were spartan with shelves all peeling away from the walls and the sheets were dirty. (also no mattress or pillow protectors). No bin in the room so either chuck everything on the floor then get ants or provide your own. My door lock was broken so couldn't lock the door properly. Seating around the pool broken and very uncomfortable. Restaurant not used and shut at 7.30pm

• bonnie (8/5): - Nice hotel in a nice location. About 2 blocks from the thailand burma railway museum which is right across the street from 1 of the war cemetaries. Most of the rooms have a bit of a river view, as it is right across the street from the river. Restaurant has decent, inexpensive food with nice views up and down the river. Swimming pool was refreshing, and not very busy or noisy. Rooms were a good size. Could have used more shelving. Could use a paint job and renovations on the bathrooms. Very functional and a good bargain for this hotel.Wifi worked well.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel is hard to find and kind of in a noisy area (at least on the weekends), room was big and bathroom clean, still noisy, check in clerk not impressive. The saving grace might be the breakfast. t is served in an open area across from the hotel and overlooks the river. Food was good too.

• Nicholas (10/5): Great Stay - Very large, clean room tucked away off a quiet street on the river. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants on Maenam Khwae - great location! The pool is large and well maintained.
• Pye Paing (4/5): Not worth to live - The receptionist was really rude and impatient. He could say only broken English. I asked for tissue, tooth paste, tooth brush and trash can. These things were not in the room. The receptionist told me "no no, go away". Really rude and I was really angry and upset. Also, wifi was not available and given wifi password was not correct. Also, there were many stray dogs around that hotel at night. They barked whenever they saw people. At all, I strongly recommend not to stay at Sky Resort and find some hotels around Mae Nam Khwae Road on which there are many hotels and bars. These hotels will definitely be better than Sky Resort.I will not never come back to Sky Resort again.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Adequate and cheap - It depends how you like your hotels. Excellent location, very cheap and has the basic facilities. But the sink water to wash was cold (no soap provided) the towels were thin and the breakfast limited. But I'd you can cope with these small issues then it serves well.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Affordable - We stayed here for a couple nights with our 5 year old. The staff were beyond amazing and so helpful and polite. There is a restaurant right next to it that had wonderful and affordable food. There is an outdoor pool that we enjoyed. The room wasn’t fantastic itself. It was a little dingy and outdated, but honestly you can’t complain for the price, especially because everything else about it was so fantastic.
• Dermot (8/5): Good, clean, and quiet - hard bed! - Everything you need for basic comfortable stay in Kanchanaburi. Internet, tv and shower all ok. Short walk to busy bar areas but quiet at night. Pool is clean and staff clean rooms well. Bed is hard but if you don’t have a problem with that I would recommend this place as value for money.
• Thomas (8/5): Convenient resort on river Kwai - This is a clean pleasant hotel off the main streets on the River Kwai. It is convenient to the War Cemetery, museum, bridge, and bars and restaurants.

• Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE - Arrived at the hotel and was led to our room. Wifi did not work, bathroom floor was wet from leaking pipe, AC did not work, no phone, no trashcan, and a safe with a broken off door. Asked the receptionist for help on the wifi and they spoke basically no English. Receptionist came up to our room after complaining that it didn't work, he entered the room and showed us that he could play a video then walked out. Immediately called Expedia to get a refund. HORRIBLE place. DO NOT STAY. Not worth the money at all!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap for short stay - Room was huge and okay. We waited about 30-45min to check in to our rooms because the staff was nowhere to be found in the middle of the night. Lack of amenities, but for such a cheap hotel, I think it was alright.

Great location for me. Coffee shop across road on the river was excellent!! Recommend for value for money.

• Helen (8/5): Good hotel, great location. - Good hotel with pool in a great location. Comfy room, in nice building set back from the road. On side road so fairly quiet. Patio or balcony.

• GARY (10/5): Fantastic location and quiet - Tried to book in this place December 2016 as it on the same road I always stay, unfortunately it was full, a month earlier this year and booked it early, very quiet, lovely pool, one minute walk into town and 30 meters from the river Kwai, value for money for sure in fact it was too good to be true, will be staying there again if available next year
• Carol (6/5): Good location a cross from the river. - Great little hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to all the tourist attraction spots.
• Nia (8/5): Clean hotel, excellent location - The hotel was lovely and clean and the pool was nice. The best thing about this hotel was the location, close to the markets and the backpacker strip. Only complaint is that the wifi was very very poor- no connection in the rooms and a very slow one by the pool. Only really worked in the restaurant.
