stephane (2/5): Problème de réservation, pas de solutions - Arrivés a 19h alors que la chambre était payée, on nous a informé que l'hotel était complet. On nous a proposé une nuit dans leur autre hotel, que nous connaissions, tres éloigné de l'aeroport et a nous de payer la différence..., ce que nous avons refusé, l'hotel etant plus cher que la chambre réservé. Nous devions en plus payer le transport... Bref, après beaucoup de négociations nous leur avons demandé d'appeler un taxi pour nous emmener dans un hotel proche de l'aeroport car notre vol etait tres tot le lendemain. Nous avons du aussi negocier le remboursement de la chambre car ils voulaient deduire la commission expedia/hotels.com. Mauvaise expérience, alors que la chambre avait étée réservée et payée depuis longtemps. On ne recommande pas vu les solutions proposées par rapport a l'erreure commise du côté de l'établissement.
Verified traveler (10/5): Great experience - Perfect stay @ guesthouse, friendly staff. Good place to stay for only one night since we had a flight to catch. But it is nice, luckily not the stress of the city of Medan.
Isa Thi (6/5): - Nous voulions sauver sur le transport pour l'aéroport en étant plus près mais il n'y a tellement rien à faire dans ce coin qu'au bout du compte on a regretté de n'être pas allées au centre de Medan. Le transport à tout de même ete de 100 000 roupies même en étant à côté...
