- HUI MEI (8/5): 隱身巷弄中的另人驚豔的公寓 - 我們是兩大一小 . 初次來到台南旅遊 約花了一小時才找到慕特公寓 所以交通地點上建議可說在忠義路三段上的小宮廟 (有招牌凸出來 “福德” ) 及素食店中間小巷子進去後到底右轉. 沒有電梯 所以對有帶小小孩的父母來說有些吃力. 公寓外觀很不起眼 但開了門後進去 卻令人驚艷 布置及擺設都讓我有種低調的奢華感 公共區域客廳的那張木桌讓我很想一直在上頭喝茶點(有茶包及小餅乾可吃) 黃色燈光照射下好溫暖 選的是赫本房 有一雙人床 浴室很大有一超棒可泡澡的白色大浴缸 我跟女兒一起泡澡很舒服 好開心 本來擔心雙人房要容納三人太擠 但旁邊的黑色皮沙發可以攤開變成小床 所以很OK 如果多附上一單人棉被更好 開車需要找路邊畫線的停車位 整體覺得很棒很乾淨 離赤崁樓步行就到了，大推喔!
- YI MING (4/5): 房間內裝簡潔，民宿管理人員/業者 作法難以理解。 - 首先，客觀上來說，飯店管理人員非常積極，內裝也是盡可能簡潔，除了浴室沒有抽風系統導致的些許潮溼霉味，以及出現蟑螂之外，基本上房間還算舒適。 針對業者透過站內信告知我選擇的房型在B地，表示不解。當初看準了位址在忠義路並於12/11訂房間，甚至選了不可取消之房型，業者在12/23（27號入住）宣稱我選的房型本來就在B地，而不是民宿資訊中披露的A地，查收信件時，我當作是住房提醒並沒有仔細查看，業者便將訊息已讀當作已妥善告知。 XX飯店（民族）、XX飯店（忠義），這是我在住房平台多次下訂房間所看到業者最為常見的標明方式，因此我合理質疑此業者是有意「擺A賣B」致使消費者在「平台不可取消之政策下」成為類似買賣案件中最大的輸家。 縱使業者有意退費400，也彌補不了自頭至尾從未承認錯誤與表達歉意的作法。

- Wai Hung (10/5): 地點方便，傢俱新淨 - 由台南機場到達 Room 5. 紐約客公寓車程只需大概15分鐘，車資 NTD200 在車上已可以跟屋主聯絡，很清晰的指示，順利到達二館 屋內房內的傢俱都很新淨，而且地點都很方便，有些台南景點都可以徒步去到 如果有一大班朋友的話，可以預定四間房子，一齊歡度一個台南之旅

When we were there, we have no way to find the key until we found somebody to contact the householder. The bed sheet was old and not comfortable when you slept in it. The air conditioning was weak too . 這是一個沒人招待你的民宿. 民宿主人不人會主動聯絡你而網上給的地址是錯的. 這使我們用了很多時間才能住進去. 這樣高的價錢卻給客人這麼差的服務, 實在令我們很失望. 房間內的床單是很殘舊的, 而冷氣也是不足夠的. 我希望大家 預訂之前一定要三思, 不要被那此相片騙到.
