- Julieta (9/5): Everything about our visit was lovely. - I'd like to thank the hotel for including everything I asked for in my notifications before my stay. Staff is very friendly. You can count on them for help whenever you need it. It's nice and clean. There's their own restaurant and nearby food outlets, so you don't have to figure out where to eat. There was a problem with the TV, but I think they'll fix it soon. The staff tried to fix the TV, but they couldn't. It wasn't a problem this time because we stayed for a night.

- Maxim (3/5): - Впервые пишу такой отзыв, но ничего не могу сказать положительного за этот отель. Случайно оказался рядом с этим отелем, остановиться мне нужно было менее чем на сутки. Открыл приложение booking , посмотрел цену, она составляла 165 лари и зашел. На ресепшене меня встретила девушка , которая работала там судя по всему первый день, так как любые свои действия она согласовывала с кем-то по телефону. Я спрашиваю : Есть ли свободный номер и его цена? Она поговорив по телефону отвечает: Есть, цена 205 лари. И показывает мне тот же самый номер из приложения. Я открываю телефон , показываю цену в приложении 165 лари и спрашиваю: Почему? Она долго разговаривает по телефону и потом объясняет, что онлайн бронирование дешевле. С самого начала было понятно, что они разводят меня на деньги таким глупым способом и я не задумываясь при ней бронирую номер в приложении. В результате долгих разговоров с кем-то по телефону меня просят отменить бронирование в booking и оплатить 165 лари на месте . Я естественно отказался . Моя регистрация составляла около часа , в результате чего мне выдали бонус- это был дисконт в ресторан, который в этот день не работал, выглядела как издевка. Но то что ресторан не работал всетаки был плюс, потому что шумоизоляция в отеле на нуле. А теперь про номера и отель. Отель не ремонтировался ни разу, мебель очень старая, сантехника нормально не работает. Фото не соответствуют действительности или просто отредактированные.Местоположение ужасное, в шаговой доступности только один ресторан, кстати очень хороший. Даже если вы оказались здесь как я, совершенно случайно, не поленитесь и найдите себе другой объект размещения, благо их в Тбилиси невероятное количество.

Бассейн одно название , холодный и нас попросили помыться как будто мы с работы а не с номера пришли. Завтрак очень скромный. Расположение далеко от всего. Both sauna and steam room were under construction, nobody was working expect 1 or 2 staff members and no towels for swimming pools, the bathroom lights looked like I was going through the back rooms, also breakfast was terrible, coffee tasted hideous, no ice, the juice was not even fresh it was almost expired. Wouldn’t recommend going if ur going to stay for more than 2 days.

The room and its bathroom, The hope furniture are are super old yoused and abused the bathroom. It's just awful. There was no cold water.I couldn't even wash my hands Because the water was boiling, I couldn't take a shower because of the same reason plus the bathtub was in a critical condition and there was no cap to close the backup from preventing leaking out the water. So I didn't take a shower. I didn't wash my face. The worst thing was at 4 am o'clock. Someone was hitting like crazy on the doors. In my floor some crazy guy. He was trying to enter in the rooms. The most interesting thing is that no one even tried to open the door and see what's going on. Who is this guy who is he's hitting all the doors like that I got shook. But one thing I'm sure for certain that a place is haunted. I don't know if this guy was a spirit. Or whatever or are yor a real human? But beside him, I felt a lot of negative energy inside my room and strange Negative vibe in my room. Which put me twice in a sleep paralysis. I'd never. Forgive myself for For for letting me stay there even one night. I definitely don't recommend this place.

As for the staff, they are very friendly. The rooms are also clean We booked because of the pool, we were told that it is open 24 hours, but the water was very cold, it was impossible to go inside. - David (8/5): Great! Very nice place and fantastic value. - Located right along the river beautiful view. The room was great for the money. Very satisfied and I would stay there again. Very unique with a nautical theme. The hotel itself is actually built to look exactly like a ship sitting on the ground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again anytime. The pool area and the spa area was nice but it really had a strong smell of mold. It needs to be cleaned up with disinfectant it's very high humidity in there.
