- Klaus (6/5): ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel - Hotel ist z.Zt. im Umbau.Restaurant war geschlossen-aber Frühstück war gut. der gastraum und andere Räume sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig sowie Terrasse.Zustand des Hotels ca.60/70er Jahre

- Gilles (10/5): Sehr ruhig gelegen - 2 befreundete Paare auf Motorradreise, übernachteten in einem der saubersten Hotels. Die Zimmer sind ok, Wifi-Empfang bestens. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, Preis/Qualität stimmt hier und die Bedienung sehr freundlich.
- Suzanne (10/5): Great stay - We were cycling around the area and this was a great place to stop. Fantastic staff that helped store our bikes and gave us welcome drinks after a long ride. Delicious breakfast and dinner and also a convenient supermarket nearby. Thanks for a great stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Check in Zeit ? - Um 16:00Uhr Haus geschlossen, auf Klingeln keine Reaktion. 18:15Uhr wird nach mehrmaligem Klingeln geöffnet. Sehr unangenehm, wenn man nach einer Bergtour verschwitzt nicht ins Zimmer kommt.

- Noel (10/5): Night in the Black Forest - We stopped here for one night before a flight from Zurich. Very pleasant stay, very comfortable and clean. Very good value. Owners were extremely friendly. As we were leaving early the following morning we were given food for breakfast, and aware there were coffee-making facilities and juice available.

- Stefan (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal - Waren für 2 Nächste in dem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Ausgesprochen nettes und zuvorkommendes Team. Konnten unser Frühstück vorverlegen damit wir frühzeitig zum Feldberg aufbrechen konnten. Auch wurde immer auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. In unserem Zimmer war das Bad noch etwas älter aber super sauber und gepflegt. Würden hier beim nächsten Ausflug zum Feldberg definitiv wieder buchen.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hübsches Hotel in ruhiger Lage - Das Personal ist sehr nett, nur die Zimmerreinigung wird nicht so genau genommen. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, die Betten nicht gemacht und das Zimmer nicht geputzt.
- Heiko (10/5): Kurzurlaub im Hochschwarzwald - einfaches Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis; sehr nette Gastgeber; peruanische Gerichte waren sehr lecker; im Preis enthalten war die Hochschwarzwald Card und die KONUS Card (z.B. kostenlose Bahnfahrt von Seebrugg nach Freiburg und zurück, kostenlose 25minütige Schifffahrt auf dem Titisee, kostenlose Nutzung der Feldbergbahn und Zutritt zum Feldbergturm)
- Rachel (8/5): Nice place to sleep - The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean but you could tell the building was older. The toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice, but the shower room was tiny and only had a curtain separating from the sleeping room. There was also no tv which I was not expecting, but since we didn't spend much time in the room this wasn't really a problem. WiFi connection was great. Breakfast was ok, smaller spread than other hotels I've stayed at but was still good. Again the staff was over the top nice.

- Jacques (10/5): - Stayed at the guesthouse during our roadtrip though Germany. After a long drive we were warmly greeted by the host and checked in in our cosy room on the top floor with a balcony. The room was adequately furnished with a separate toilet to the shower (keeps the smells away...). Bed was most comfortable albeit I bumped my head a couple of times on the sloping ceiling but nothing to worry about. The continental breakfast next morning was simple and fulfilling with a great coffee to start another long day drive through the German countryside in the rain. It seems to be a family run guest house and we got the opportunity to meet several members thereof. They were all very friendly and we were happy to exchange travel experiences with one another. We definitely recommend this place for a stay in the German countryside.

The hotel restaurant serves German and Peruvian food.We ate both and they were delicious. We liked this hotel so much that we are coming back during the summer.
