sandrine (2/5): Pas recommandé - Nous sommes arrivés nous avons eu la chambre problème de toilette le frigidaire ne marche pas le coffre-fort ne marche pas aucune lampe de chevet le personnel pas du tout accueillant jamais un sourire jamais un bonjour je ne recommande pas du tout la femme de chambre a oublié une fois de faire carrément la chambre On a demandé un lit pour deux personnes on s'est retrouvé avec un lit avec deux matelas de chaque côté on voulait une couette c'était des couettes pour une personne on avait choisi cet hôtel car il y avait un spa et en fait il était fermé jusqu'à 2030 à mon avis les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la description de l'Hôtel ni à ses prestations

YULIYA (7/5): The price is affordable. The overall impression is good. - Metrobus stop is nearby. The hotel is conveniently located for getting to the beach (where you can swim). The room is cleaned well. There is a kettle and a safe. There was only 1 channel on TV. The plumbing in the shower needs to be fixed. Noise, because there is a car repair shop outside the window.

Mohamed Yazan (3/5): - Das Hotel, welches ehemals als 3-Sterne-Haus klassifiziert wurde, entspricht nach unserer Einschätzung nicht einmal mehr dem Standard eines 1-Sterne-Hotels. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft; bei unserer Ankunft fehlten Handtücher im Zimmer, für das zweite Bett gab es keine Decke und es war lediglich eine Seife sowie kein Shampoo vorhanden.

I recommend it. - I'd like to highlight the reception staff: Khosrov—very attentive, polite, and helpful with some issues. Murat was also very responsive and helped with translation. Хочу отметить персонал на ресепшен- Khosrov -очень внимательный, вежливый, помогал в решениях некоторых вопросах, а так же Murat -очень отзывчивый, помогал с переводом. Poor soundproofing. Sometimes the cleaning wasn't great; I asked for toilet paper and not enough towels, but the receptionist helped resolve these issues. Плохая звукоизоляция. Иногда clining не был хороший, сама просила туалетную бумагу, недостаточное количество полотенец, но персонас на ресепшен помогал решить эти проблемы.

Dort war eine direkt Verbindung, um etwas zentraler nach Istanbul zu gelangen. Die Ausstattung war nicht die beste. Die Möbel waren etwas veraltet, trotzdem war der Gesamtaufenthalt sehr gut

Popov (10/5): Супер - Местоположението е много добро. В близост има много ресторантчета и кафенета. Зад хотела има голям платен паркинг в който винаги има места за паркиране. Персонала са любезни и усмихнати. Стаята беше супер за парите, които платихме. Даже надмина очакванията ни. Като изключим, че гостите в съседната стая цяла нощ говориха, пяха тряскаха врати, всичко друго беше ОК.

Requested it to be changed and came back couple hours later to find he's given me the same key back saying "we've fixed it". He did not as it was the same bent key. Coming out of the elevator on the third floor on the right the tiles had come off and there was supposedly building work to repair them. Throughout my 5 days nothing was repaired. Coming to the room, the general hygiene was okay but I've seen cleaner places. Didn't have a small fridge which was disappointing, air conditioning was good, bed was comfy. I requested an iron and they came to my room with just an iron not an ironing board. Asking how would I iron without the board the gentleman said you can use your desk. That desk is about 60cm long by 30. Also I was smart enough to realise that the iron itself had rust and luckily didn't use it on any of my clothes as it would have stained them. Took it back to reception and told them they're an absolute joke man to be giving me something like this. The staff generally speaking were unprofessional, cold faced and as if they didn't want to be there. Would I recommend? No. You can find somewhere better maybe but if your desperate and on a budget then it's okay I gues.

Barbara (5/5): Passable - The room was ok for the price and quite clean with on suite bathroom but there was no hot water, so I complained to the reception. The staff was very helpful and we received a different room on the next day, which was a lot nicer. There were noises coming out of a room next door at night. Sounded like a domestic violence, a woman screaming and shouting and the sound of breaking furniture. Then someone talking in front of our room. We couldn't sleep as we were scared for our own safety.

Bathroom and rooms could have been cleaner, Wi-Fi signal was very poor most of the time, Rooms are not soundproof, had a lot of noice at night from outside as well as from the other rooms, Size of the blanket was small, it was barely able to cover my full body.

Suzette (3/5): Great staff, poor property - The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The property is rated 3 stars when it is clearly less than 1 star. Maybe 30 years ago that ranking was appropriate. Today the property needs a lot of refurbishment and maintenance, especially the windows, in one room the wind got the window to be wide open and it wouldn’t close, after changing rooms the window in the other room had a very wide opening on the side which caused a serious draft on a very cold night. The furniture is worn out, the floors are broken, the showers are falling apart. All in all the place needs a great deal of maintenance to deserve any stars.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Too many bad reviews about this property made me scared after booking. However my stay was very pleasant, the only bad was the hygiene of the shower floor but they give slippers which i wore in there, they offered room service more than 5 times during my stay. Staff were great and accommodating, and this was definitely worth the price i had booked it for. Good size convenience store literally next door, salon, barbers, plenty places to eat out and pharmacy as well, hence great location. Id say book them, but its all quite hit or miss so i dont know if we were just lucky.
