Koffers naar de auto, flesje water. Kleine dingen die me normaal niet smeren maar bij plus 400,- per nacht mag je toch we iets verwachten in deze. Zie boven
Edwin (8/5): Fantastisch hotel met mooie voorzieningen. Gebruik van infinity pool is wel raar dat je zoveel geld per nacht betaald en - De glijbanen in het zwembad voor onze zoon. Er is een infinity pool. Helaas mag je met kinderen hier maar 2 keer per week 1 uur gebruik van maken. Uiteraard prima dat dit niet de hele dag kan, maar 2 keer in de week 1 uur is wel erg weinig t.o.v. de prijs per nacht.

The only thing is that nearby there is construction and we were waken up by 7am with construction digging, not really hotel fault.
Marcus (5/5): 4 Sterne Hotel JA - 5 Sterne leider NEIN - Architektonisch wirklich gut - auch unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht. Der Service im HP Restaurant war im Vergleich zum Barservice ausgezeichnet. Rezeptionspersonal nett ! Das Edelweiss ist ein gutes 4 Sterne Superior Hotel ausgelegt auf Familien und Kinder. Es hat aber weder den Standard noch den Service eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Nur die Preise eines solchen werden aufgerufen, aber die Klassifizierungskriterien dafür keineswegs erfüllt. Beispiel: Barkeeper „Constantin“ wird um 20 Uhr nach der Eiskarte gebeten, Antwort: Können Sie sich selbst am HP Buffet holen. Zweites Beispiel: Hundetreatment berechnen, aber nicht mal eine Schüssel oder Decke am Zimmer. Weitere: Turndown oder Gepäckservice ebenso Fehlanzeige. Defekte Lampen im Zimmer, Zimmerreinigung in 3 Minuten fertig.. Alles ok, aber nicht wenn man sich 5 Sterne schimpft. Noch ein Tipp: es ist vollkommen ok und auch gut sich auf Familien und Kinder zu fokussieren. Jedem wie es gefällt. Aber im Fitnessbereich haben Kinder alleine schon aus Sicherheitsgründen auch mit Eltern meineserachtens nichts verloren - es war etwas surreal, dass Eltern mit ihren Babies am Laufband die ersten Gehversuche gestartet haben oder andere mit den Hanteln Weitwurf probiert oder das Curling perfektioniert haben

Ksenia (10/5): Perfektes Familien- und Skihotel - Ein wunderschönes Hotel - wir wurden mit einem Welcome Drink empfangen, Valet Parking sowie Gepäckservice waren bestens organisiert. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Angebot für Kinder: ein großartiger Kinderclub mit Betreuung bis 6 Jahre sowie ein großes Spielareal für ältere Kinder, ein fantastischer Indoor-Aquapark und Kinderpools. Auch das Kindermenü und die Auswahl am Buffet sind sehr gut durchdacht. Das Hotel ist ideal für Skifahrer: Skiverleih und Skidepot direkt im Haus, Ski-in/Ski-out, Bergrestaurant mit DJ, Kinderspielraum und gutem Essen. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit, Langlaufskier im Hotel zu mieten. Frühstück und Abendessen waren - selbst für Halbpension - ausgezeichnet. Auch der Fitnessbereich mit Pilates- und weiteren Kursen sowie das Spa-Angebot haben uns überzeugt. Das Zimmer war stilvoll, gemütlich und großzügig. Mein Mann war zudem von der Cigar Lounge begeistert. Der Service war insgesamt ohne Beanstandungen. Uns hat alles sehr gefallen, und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Отдельно хочу отметит 25-ти метровый подогреваемый бассейн на улице, можно плавать в любую погоду! Отличная еда, всё очень вкусно! Нам очень понравился наш отдых в этом отеле, очень рекомендуем!!!!

Valeria (8/5): Ein Aufenthalt mit viel Potenzial, der den Erwartungen in dieser Preisklasse leider nicht gerecht wurde. - Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Hotels sind sehr gelungen und hochwertig. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, stilvoll gestaltet und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, und das Wetter hat ebenfalls perfekt mitgespielt. Genug Schnee und eine wunderschöne Winterkulisse haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr positiv abgerundet. Besonders positiv war, dass immer jemand aus der Familie anwesend war und uns persönlich begrüßt hat. Die Atmosphäre war sehr herzlich, man hat sofort gemerkt, dass es ein familiengeführtes Hotel ist. Beim Check-in fehlte mir eine persönliche Begrüßung, etwa ein Willkommensgetränk oder eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Das hat mich etwas enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich, aber diese persönliche Note, die einen Aufenthalt wirklich hervorhebt, habe ich vermisst. Ich hatte darum gebeten, angerufen zu werden, sobald das Zimmer fertig ist. Dieser Anruf kam leider nicht. Nach 15:00 Uhr bin ich selbst zur Rezeption gegangen und habe nachgefragt, erst dann wurde mir das Zimmer übergeben. Zum Frühstück hatte ich ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet. In dieser Preisklasse kenne ich andere Hotels, die mit besonderen Details oder kleinen Highlights überzeugen. Hier war alles gut und ordentlich, aber ohne etwas, das in Erinnerung bleibt. Auch die Eierkarte war solide, jedoch nichts Außergewöhnliches. Durch die langen und verwinkelten Wege zu unserem Tisch stand das bestellte Ei bereits kalt auf dem Tisch. Geschmacklich war es gut, aber eben kalt. Ich bewerte das ausschließlich im Vergleich zu meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen in dieser Preisklasse. Im Wellnessbereich wurden ausschließlich getrocknete, süße Früchte angeboten, also überwiegend zuckerhaltige Produkte. In dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mir frisches Obst oder Nüsse gewünscht. Zudem gab es keine kleinen Teller, sodass man alles in der Hand halten musste, was wenig angenehm ist. Der Ruhebereich wirkt insgesamt eher klein, schnell überfüllt und nicht besonders gemütlich. Optisch ist alles schön gestaltet, aber es lädt nicht dazu ein, länger dort zu bleiben. Genau hier hätte man mit wenig Aufwand einen Ort für echten Genuss schaffen können. Sehr störend fand ich außerdem, dass in den Saunabereichen keine frischen Handtücher zur Verfügung standen. Nach dem Saunagang nochmals hinausgehen zu müssen, um ein trockenes Handtuch zu holen, ist sehr unpraktisch. In meinem Fall kam hinzu, dass ich ohne Schlüssel nicht wieder in den Saunabereich zurückkam und warten musste, bis ein anderer Gast herauskam.

Zeer attent personeel, ook was de receptie hierbij geen uitzondering, de check-in door de jonge man was prima en prettig en de check-out om 05.30 bij de nachtportier idem! 👍 ‘Kleine kinderen’ met name tijdens diner en de hoofdkussens zijn minimaal en slecht, geven geen ondersteuning.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für die Kinder (3+11) gab es sehr freundliche Kinderbetreuung, die sich aktiv mit den Kindern beschäftigt hat. Das Rutschenland mit mehr als 5 Rutschen inkl. 1 Reifenrutsche macht wirklich Spaß. Ebenso der Kleinkindbereich mit schön warmen Wasser. Überall sind luxuriöse Kuschel- und Relaxbereiche. Das Essen lässt ebenso keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen wieder :-)
