Just a perfect 4 night stay in exotic surroundings the cabin was outstanding, cannot advise enough for anyone needing a central point - stay here !!! You will have no regrets. - Catherine (9/5): Une bulle de tranquillité dans une ville en ébullition - L’emplacement parfait au sein de la vieille ville en proximité de tous les sites à visiter En endroit hyper calme comme un jardin isolé dans la ville - disposer d’une petite terrasse est un vrai plus - seulement 4 ou 5 logements - petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse privative si l’on veut - une spécificité appréciable - il y a tout ce que l’on peut souhaiter à proximité même une boutique pour laver le linge à côté ainsi qu’un salon de massage Parfaitement conforme aux attentes

- Johanna Marie (9/5): Mooie bungalow in rustige straat dicht bij oude stad - Mooi ingerichte bungalow met mooie tuin. Rustig gelegen in zijstraat van een drukke straat. Zwembad was nogal koud omdat het bijna de hele dag in de schaduw lag
- Christophe (4/5): Mauvaise expérience. - Certes l'emplacement est parfait, le personnel plutôt accueillant, le lieu est beau, le logement joliment décoré, les matériaux en bois sont vraiment beaux. Seulement des travaux sont vraiment à envisager. En plus d'un vrai problème d'insonorisation (on entend les bruits de la rue, le voisin américain en visio à 2h du matin...) s'ajoute un vrai problème avec la pompe censée administrée la pression de l'eau. Tout d'abord cette pompe située sous le plancher de la salle de bain produit un bruit relativement proche d'une photocopieuse des années 70, ce qui est clairement insupportable. Mais le plus gênant c'est que tout ce système ne sert à rien. Le dernier soir, il n'y avait qu'un léger filet d'eau froide qui coulait. Et évidemment nous rentrions d'un trek où notre seule envie était de prendre une douche à température moyenne. Le temps que les réparations soient faites, nous avons perdu notre soirée (et récupéré le bruit de photocopieuse). Le pire c'est que le réparateur m'a dit que la pression ne pouvait pas être plus forte car la pompe était trop petite, pas assez puissante, pour fournir une pression correcte. En terme de compensation, le gérant de l'établissement, nous a proposé de venir loger dans un autre hôtel, plus classieux, dont il a aussi la gérante. Nous partions le lendemain matin tôt, nous avons décliné son offre. Il n'a pas voulu nous dédommager d'une autre manière. En résumé, c'est comme un décor de cinéma: c'est beau, mais c'est faux.

- florence (10/5): Sejour inoubliable - Tout était impeccable, situé dans la ville ces 5 bungalows sont une chance inouïe . A deux pas de tout : vieille ville, marchés divers .. le personnel est remarquable et vous conseille sur des excursions ou pour des massages . Séjour exceptionnel !

Staff was quick to attempt to rectify. Food quality, quantity a bit lacking (breakfast). Options nearby hotel.
- Jane (10/5): Baan Saen Fang was clean and tranquil, it ticked all the boxes for us! - The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere from here. The hotel was really quiet and peaceful. The beds were medium firmness, supportive, great pillows and so comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Lovely cleaners. There is also a great massage parlour right next door.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Stunning accommodation in a fantastic location. - Such a beautiful haven amongst the bustling city. The rooms and gardens are stunning. Nothing! I loved it! I would only say the area around the pool is small but it is still beautiful and there are only about 5 rooms so it is very quiet.

- עדי (6/5): couldn’t sleep because of the neighbors chicken - the room is big and the location is great. the place has only few cabins so it was not many people. breakfast was ok, they serve it to the porch and bring coffee, eggs and jelly, orange juice and fruit and some vegetables, we couldn’t choose the portion size or preferred food. also, we stayed at room number 105 and the neighbors have a chicken that rooster crowed all night and we could sleep!!!!!

- Myu (6/5): - 2019年末に一泊しました。 ・特徴的だったのが、部屋の広さとエキゾチックな内装です。ビジネスホテル的なシンプルさとは対極的なデザインの部屋、施設でした。 ・ロケーションは、ターペー門から7〜8分、ナイトマーケットまで12〜3分といったところでしょうか。どこにも近いとも言えるし、少し歩く距離、とも言えます。 ・不便に感じたのは、入り口で、かなり狭いところを通る必要があり、門限の時間以降は、扉を叩いて開けてもらう必要があります。 ・スタッフは、親切で愛想良くしてもらいました。 ・全体的には、コスパ的には少し不満が残るホテルでした。（清潔度やロケーションなど）
- Tracy (8/5): An oasis in Old City - Baan San Fang was a beautiful resort. We most likely we not their ideal guest as we were not quietly tucked in bed at 9PM. The biggest problem though was using red trucks to get to the hotel, they did not know the location because it was so small. Be sure to have the Thai address to show to drivers to make it easier to get back. Overall this is a beautiful oasis and a lovely place to stay.

- SHINAE (10/5): 반센팡 짱이예용 - 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 먼저 치앙마이갈때 샤워기랑 샤워필터를 챙겨갔었는데 묶었던 숙소중에서 반센팡이 가장 필터색이 연했어요 고급 리조트에서 묵었었는데 거기보다도요! 저는 특히 수영장이 좋았습니다. 그리고 자고 일어났을때의 우거진 나무와 사원뷰도요 가장 좋았던 것은 숙소 직원분들의 서비스가 좋았습니다.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 小さな宿。値段程の価値はないかな。 - 全部で6部屋の小さな宿です。 受付とプール以外の設備はありません。 部屋はモダンで清潔ですが、隣の声が聞こえます。 部屋の前に椅子とテーブルがありのんびりできる空間があるのですが、奥の部屋の人が出入りするたびに、ここを横切ります。 この値段なら、他にいいホテルはたくさんあります。

- Ivan (6/5): Not as expected. - Again i was disappointed with the hotel, as i was expecting it to be a hotel not individual chalet type rooms. When your sight said with breakfast i assumed it had a restaurant but it did not, breakfast was ordered in for you each morning. I ended up with may mosquito bits as they could get in through the gaps in the floorboards as chalets were raised well above the ground.
- Riannon (10/5): Hidden Treasure - Absolutely LOVED staying here. It is a nice, quiet property with very comfy beds and an easy walk to the main parts of town and the night bazaar area. Also, great food nearby and the staff was extremely helpful as well as very friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended.
- Abby (10/5): - Check-in was easy and quick. We felt welcome and our room was large and beautiful. The staff on duty were always helpful and friendly. There was no bar service at the pool during the time we stayed here and we didn't see any breakfast while we were there either. Most restaurants in the area were not usually open before 8:00 and most around 9:00 or 10:00am. We are early risers and like to get an early start to the day so this was the only (slight negative) to this place. We would stay there again because of the beautiful room and property.

The hotel was off a main street so it was easy to find transport. Everything as clean and well organized, and provided us with a nice, quiet space.

Just few second take a back from main Thapae street. Comfy and quiet breakfast at balcony. Lovely experience, best hotel in Thai so far.
