There is no way you can cross the street with non stop traffic and not crosswalk. You are stuck with in house restaurant. Only book if you plan to take a taxi or have a car. This was an excellent hotel compared to the 4 star hotels in the other 2 cities. The staff were nice and welcoming, the breakfast was amazing and the location was central - you can't walk to any of the malls but the closest is about a 5 minute drive and taxis are easy to get. Overall enjoyed our stay

Only negative I can say is that the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so when I would use the shower, there would be water on the floor. I had Iftar in the restaurant which was great and good value for money.

- Maan (6/5): - likes: concierge staff, most of the front desk staff, breakfast buffet food quality, amenities in general. Dislikes: phone not working in room so had to go twice to reception who promised to send IT but they NEVER showed up. Ordered chicken beryani to room, rice and condiments were top quality but the chicken was too dry and not very fresh. Staff at breakfast area not that attentive, my table was taken twice on 2 different occasions while I was getting food, I felt they were just careless. Room's carpet didn't look very clean and is getting worn and stained, too bad for a fairly new hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Meh - Pros: comfortable bed and valet parking Cons: location isnt great, but not horrible. You have to drive 15 minutes to get to downtown jeddah and about 20 minutes to reach the corniche. I wasn't happy about not getting late check out (wanted one hour so I could pray at the hotel instead of praying on the road). It was the first time a hotel in saudi Arabia made me check out at 12 (ascott on tahlia, Sheraton jeddah, and boudl om tahlia allowed me to check out at 1 or 2. Novotel in Riyadh, 4 points Sheraton in Riyadh, Golden Tulip, and many more allowed late check out or their check out would be at 1 or 2 so I wouldn't need to ask for late check out. Note: I tried centro shaheen because of an article I read on saudigazette about affordable luxury. Personally wasn't impressive at all. If you like standard hotels like Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, etc. Take a pass on it. If you want a comfortable bed maybe try it. I dont think it's worth staying at a price point of 500 riyals and up. Hotel shouldn't have been no more than 300 riyals a night.

Everything was fully equipped in the room, clean and organized, gym facilities is good, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and check in was quick. Very good experience overall. Just a small suggestion to give a better iron, the existing iron is taking too much time to iron with the steam function. I will definitely stay here again.

I loved how bright and modern the hotel is which made me feel like I'm travelling overseas. I enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend it. I only suggest that they need to make extra hours for ladies gym as it is not separated so ladies have only limited access for only few hours which makes a drawback.

- Ali (8/5): Breakfast is the best - The breakfast was really fantastic and we loved the variety of food and freshness of fruits We liked the vegetarian food to the max And the black coffee, despite they didn't allow us take a cup of the coffee to our room :(
- Jari (8/5): - The wifi signal stregth in room was poor. For business hotel the good inroom internet is a must!
