- Gina (8/5): Great location, clean and friendly staff with very limited English speaking. Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes - Proximity to the centre of town, the night markets were in walking distance. The photo of the room I thought I was booking wasn’t anything like what we got.

- Colby (4/5): Disappointing Visit - The hotel is a nice location and the breakfast spread was good and had lots of options. Hotel staff gave a room change and upgrade after I reported cockroaches being found which was appreciated. The room was on the smaller size and didn't match the pictures listed, the window was also facing a wall of an adjacent building. We found cockroaches in our room on our second night, 3 total were seen 2 were a few cms long but one was over an inch in length. Staff told us we were not able to extend our check out despite that being listed in the policy book found in the hotel rooms.

- Kim (5/5): Het was oké met een aantal verbeterpunten. - De locatie was prima Het personeel sprak erg slecht Engels. Hierdoor was het moeilijk om te communiceren. Wij verbleven 2 nachten en vroegen tussendoor om extra wc papier en schone handdoeken die wij niet kregen. Het hotel was ook erg verouderd.

- Deb (9/5): Good Hotel - The room was cleaned everyday and beds were comfortable. Hotel near the lake and night market. Hired a motorbike from them to get around. Staff friendly, but had to use translator as English not spoken , but not a problem. Breakfast was quite alot , but not really catered for the English. Eggs were good but it needed a toaster . Nothing.

- DU (8/5): - 1.Khách sạn cách Hồ Xuân Hương tầm 100m. Cách chợ Dalat 500m. Thích hợp để đi dạo ven hồ và đến chợ Dalat. 2.Buffet sáng có món ăn đa dạng. Có bò,gà và sườn non heo làm món lagu nên rất dễ ăn và dễ lựa chọn cho các tín đồ. Có nhiều loại bánh ngọt, yaout và trái cây, các bạn nữ và trẻ nhỏ.. chắc chắn ko thể bỏ qua điều này. 3. Wifi trong phòng tốt, phòng yên tĩnh, tủ lạnh nhanh lạnh. 4. Gia đình mình 4 người ( 2 lớn, 2 nhỏ) ở 2 ngày 1 đêm với giá chưa đến 1tr3. Mình nghĩ giá rất hợp lý. 1. Ko có bãi đậu xe oto. Oto sẽ đậu ở ngoài đường, đối diện với khách sạn. 2. Phòng mình ko có cửa sổ để nhìn view. Nhìn chung là phòng khép kín. Ko biết các phòng khác thế nào.

- Mary (8/5): lovely hotel - room and location excellent the breakfast wasn't brilliant - whilst there was lots of choice, the bread was awful and the milk was hot which wasn't very nice on cereal. There was limited dinning space in the breakfast room as was full and had to wait for a table.

- Lieu (4/5): Don’t want to come back - It’s close to the market It was so noisy even though it was passed 12 o’clock midnight Ive to call the reception a few times and someone was smoking heavily it went through my doors for the 2 nights make me cough and sick afterwards And Ive to call reception on the 2 nights to complain but nothing better ( they’ve school kids there at the time it was horrible time for me I couldn’t sleep because of the noise and the smoke ( smoke free zone and heavy fee charge listed) 🙃 Front entrance is work zone so dirty and messy

Showers water was not hot, mostly even cold. The room had a bad odor. Usually payment is done at the end of the stay, they insisted in the middle and requested to deposit our passports. The staff hardly knew English and communicate. People smoked in the dinning room

- Thanh Trang (6/5): - Notre séjour avait plusieurs problèmes. L'isolation des fenêtres était presque inexistante et du 4e étage, on entendais chaque auto et chaque pas des piétons qui passaient. La salle de bain était aussi mal conçue, laissant l'eau s'accumuler sur les rebords du bain pendant la douche et inondant le plancher. Du côté positif, l'hôtel était bien placé et permettait d'aller au lac ou à des restaurants à pied. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner avait aussi une bonne sélection.

- Rajiv (7/5): Good Stay with excellent location - Breakfast was good. The location is excellent Superior Twin Room does not have window. So, felt bit uncomfortable as no ventilation. However, room was spacious & clean.

- Jonny (2/5): Hygiene and rat issue - Location was very good Had to go to reception at 4am in the morning as our room smelt badly of sewage, had to wait 2 hours for them to sort the problem out, not very hygienic and from then on didn’t feel great in the room. Saw a rat run across the buffet breakfast table in the first morning so didn’t test any food from the hotel - would avoid.
