• Erfan (3/5): Staff communication was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I was charged unexpected extra fees before receiving the - Very disappointing stay. They demanded a much higher deposit than advertised and delayed the refund despite repeated follow-ups. Check-in was a mess—I waited hours because they neither completed nor explained the required forms in advance. Even with all payments made, they refused entry over minor missing documents. Security is poor due to electronic locks that only work through a link, leaving no backup if you don’t have a phone or internet. No parking is provided, and they offered no guidance for city parking. The listing was misleading: no balcony, and windows didn’t close properly.

• MiissChiichy (7/5): Agréable mais décevant - L’emplacement est idéal l’appartement est spacieux Le voisinage malheureusement le jours de sortie nous étions dans le hall de l’immeuble entrain d’attendre notre taxi et les gens qui habitent dans l’immeuble nous on virer de l’immeuble en appelant la police car il n’acceptait pas de nous voir assis sur le canapé de l’immeuble (couple de gros raciste précision ) malgré un hôte parfait je ne reviendrai plus

C'era tutto l'occorrente di shampoo, sapone e spugne per la cucina anke i detersivi. Ha sia lavatrice che lavastoviglie La pulizia, la doccia l'acqua scendeva lentamente probabilmente il tappo é pieno di capelli. La porta della cucina era rotta e c'era la spazzatura li dentro quindi molto scomodo

• Mohammad (1/5): Disappointing and bad experience! - The property is near to from center. Big kitchen and all the appliance are available. Supermarket, restaurant and all the necessary shops are around. Old apartment, No reception! If there are issues in the apartment, you can only call and communicate! You can’t expect immediate service and bad customer service! No lock, no keys for the bedrooms. Toilets are old and dirty, no nice view from the windows, furnitures are old and broken, rooms are too small and expensive rent! Doesn’t worth and no value of money.

• Mishaal (9/5): Great central location and spacious apartment - Property was well-equipped with all necessities. They provided toiletries bag which was quite handy. Ironing board, mop everything was there. The bathrooms need a deep clean.
