• Beth (10/5): Wonderful host and spacious room. - Our host was so friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spacious and clean. We really appreciated the welcome snacks and drinks. We would highly recommend this apartment. The only negative for us was the market stalls that lined the streets around the apartment. Getting to the apartment was rather chaotic because of the crowded market out front. Being directly across from the Central Market was amazing, as it is a great place to grab breakfast or lunch, but the outdoor markets make the area feel overwhelmingly crowded.

His bistro downstairs is also excellent. Location excellent!! I am 6’-4”, the bed was a bit small and the mattress was too hard for our liking. That is my only minor negative.

Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped, with nice touches like a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. The aircon worked well. Breakfast was in the da Carmine bistro below. The staff were friendly and the food was freshly prepared. Although we were aware that the rooms were on the fourth floor the stairs were a bit of a challenge but that is just because we are getting old!!!

Carmine was a a very gracious host who arranged for our laundry to be done. This was a great blessing as no other place we stayed at during our Italy trip had this service. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable and large. The AC also worked very well. If my wife and I travel back to Florence we will definitely be returning to this place. We loved everything

Would stay again! - The BnB was within close walking distance to most everything we wanted, it was clean and a perfect landing point after a long day of site seeing. Carmine is one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever had; he texted us before our stay to let us know we could drop our bags off early if needed, he personally greeted us on arrival and helped us carry our bags up the stairs. Our room had a bottle of wine and chocolates which was such a nice touch. Carmine was available for anything we needed, and was nice enough to let us keep our bags at the facility after check out so that we could spend more time in the city before catching our train. Would stay here again! Some noise from the street, but expected with the location. We always have a sound machine on at night and slept comfortably.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit einer guten Grösse, welches sehr schön angelegt ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles ist problemlos in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Nichts.

Beim B&B ist es so, das man sich im direkt darunter liegenden Café Essen / Getränke für einen bestimmten Betrag frei auswählen kann.

Our charming and helpful host Carmine greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Immer zur Verfügung per WhatsApp. Nachdem wir nur 2 Nächte reserviert hatten, wir jedoch um 1 Nacht verlängern wollten, hat Carmino sofort für uns ein Ersatzquartier besorgt. Carmine teilte uns schon im Vorfeld alles Wichtige mit - Wegbeschreibung der Unterkunft etc. Auch während des Aufenthalts hatte er immer mal Zeit für ein Gespräch. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Bistro, gleich neben dem Eingangsbereich zur Unterkunft. Hier bekommt man wirklich ein perfektes Frühstück! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Allerdings kann es durch die zentrale Lage nachts mal lauter werden.

Erşim engeliniz ya da ses hassasiyetiniz varsa tekrar değerledi - Tesisin konumu muhteşem, tren istasyonu 10 dakika merkez 5 dakika mesafede. Carmine ve bistrodaki çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Bistrodaki her şey çok lezzetliydi. Carmine’in önerdiği tüm mekanlar da çok hoşumuza gitti. Tesis deri pazarının olduğu sokakta olduğu için sabah erken ve gece pazar toplanıyor, odalara çok ses geliyor. Tesis 3. Katta ve asansör yok bebekle biraz zor oldu.

O Café da manhã no bistrô Carmine, dele também estava impecável todos os dias. A localização era excelente tanto da estação principal quanto de outros lugares importantes. Voltaremos com certeza! Eu e minha esposa amamos.

• Serguei (9/5): Привет Лоренцо, не мне давать тебе советы но если это поможет 🤣, я бы наверно повесил в комнате плотные шторы с свойства - Номер большой наверно около 20 метров площади. Недавно сделан добротный ремонт, хорошие окна, пол плитка , туалет с отдельным биде и душевая кабинка. Все добротно сделано. В номере есть холодильник и столик, но один стульчик, Потолки очень высокие , я подумал что в этой комнате можно сделать второй этаж для детей и разместить на нем кровать для детей. Персонал и владелец квартиры, очень внимательны и доброжелательны, очень приятные люди, рассказали очень много полезных советов, мы без проблем заселились поздно вечером и уезжали рано утром , все супер! Завтрак был очень хороший, 👍! Номер не подойдет если у вас коляска или у вас сложности с передвижением, комната на третьем этаже, и лифт мы не увидели, окна в сторону торговой улицы и продуктового рынка, и хотя окна в квартире очень добротные и шум почти не проходит через них, но тем не менее для чуткого к сну человека утро может оказаться довольно ранним 🤭.

Confortable and quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Stuff and Carmine : plus 20. : ) They run the business really well, always there to help you and make you feel great. Highly recommend the location. The staircase of the condominium should be repaired, but this is not the owner's fault. I wished we stayed more.

• Zijing (10/5): - 位置非常方便，步行5分钟可以到火车站以及轻轨车站（坐t2可以20分钟到机场），出门对面就是中央市场，步行1分钟到美第奇小圣堂，步行4分钟到圣母百花大教堂和乌菲兹美术馆。房间内提供了欢迎红酒和巧克力以及汽水矿泉水，有咖啡胶囊机和茶包以及各种一次性用品。早餐在楼下的咖啡厅，味道很不错的漂亮饭，喜欢可颂和本尼迪克蛋，每天10欧元一个人完全够用，我们最后一天赶早班机所以七点要出门，房东还给我们提前准备了breakfast box（超级丰富的水，果汁，水果和可颂饼干），感觉到了家一样的温暖。这里还有免费的洗衣烘干服务。房东和员工都很热心，沟通很顺畅！ 无

La amabilidad y la disponibilidad de Carmine, su dueño, es algo a destacar. Siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Un detalle es que no tiene ascensor pero en nuestro caso no fue un problema.

The breakfast offerings significantly exceeded those of other hotels of similar standards. The location is great. Everything is close to interesting places and monuments, museums, etc. Carmine was very nice and helpful. Above all, he was punctual - when we requested something, he promised to take care of it and he did. I recommend the place for those who are looking for a comfortable and peaceful hotel. No comments.

• Kihong (8/5): 외관은 낡았으나 내부는 창대하더라. - 1. 피렌체 중앙역에서 도보로 약 10분 거리. 중앙시장 바로 옆에 위치함. 특히 두오모가 아주 가깝고 피렌체 복판에 위치해 관광 다니기 좋았어요. 2. 조식은 좁은 공간이지만 효율적으로 활용했으며, 저같은 경우 아침을 많이 안 먹기 때문에 양호했습니다. 3. 서비스는 훌륭합니다. Carmine는 짐을 들어주고 카톡을 이용해 한국 관광객과 수시로 소통하는 정성을 보였습니다. 4. 객실 내부는 리노베이션을 했기 때문에 침실, 욕실 등 모두 현대식으로 바뀌었고 에어컨이 아주 시원했습니다. 5. 종합적으로 고려하면 묵어가기에 괜찮습니다. 전통과 현대가 어우러진 공간입니다. 1. 외관이 오래됐으며 중앙시장 옆이다 보니 더 낡아 보입니다. 하지만 피렌체 전통을 느끼는 측면도 있어요. 2. 엘리베이터가 없는 3층 숙소란 점입니다. 출입문, 입구 등은 호텔이라기 보다는 민박집에 가까워요. 3. 조식 뷔페 경험은 좋았지만, 좁은 공간의 한계가 있어요. 좌석도 몇 개 안 되고, 좁은 공간에 너무 많은 걸 펼쳐 놨습니다.
