À la carte was great much preferred to a standard buffet, lunch by the pool beach or bar was great with very good service. Sun loungers very comfortable and loved the fact you could always get a sun bed in the sun shade pool or beach. All the staff were very polite and professional. Very peaceful. The room was very clean and modern however we were disappointed with our room size but I guess we should have booked one of the bigger room. Maybe information about the area could have been available in our room however the staff on reception were very good at helping with this.

- Silvia (10/5): Amazing Cretan beach front resort - From the moment you step foot on the property, you feel like royalty and are treated with such care. They provide you with a welcome drink that is nonalcoholic as well as some water and a cold towel to cool yourself off. You have a personalized check in person. This made everything feel so much more personable. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and our room was given an upgrade with some special surprises in our suite. We were given a suite facing the ocean, which was amazing. We were also provided breakfast, which is by far the best breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel. Usually it is just some continental breakfast with some sad pieces of bread and apples/oranges. This had a little bit of everything for everyone and every dietary restriction. From fresh jams and honey, to making your own oatmeal with quality items, an omelette station, as well as a lot of different fruits and pies, which is traditional for them for breakfast, including vegan options for me, which is very important. There is a lot of good restaurants nearby as well as eating at their property. And before we checked out, we were given a gift to take home. They also kindly allowed us to stay a little bit past check out to further enjoy our stay there. The staff goes above and beyond to do whatever it is that you need to feel comfortable. now that we know what an amazing place this is we are looking forward to visiting their other locations around Greece.

- johnandelaine12 (10/5): A superb hotel - This hotel thoroughly deserves a five star review. Beautifully located right on the seafront, it’s a stylish, modern and attractive development. Everyone working there was incredibly attentive, courteous and helpful. It was probably the best customer service experience we’ve ever enjoyed in an up-market hotel. An abundance of choice for breakfast which included some delightful pastries and cakes. Evening meals were ample, tasty and attractively presented. The menu gives guests the chance to enjoy some Greek specialities. The library underneath reception was a quiet and comfortable place where guests can sample a wide range of snacks and complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks in the afternoon and early evening. Our room was well-equipped, with a large double bed that reminded us of home. There was no need to battle for sunbeds on the beach or by the pools as there were plenty to go round. During one day of poor weather, we visited the charming old town of Chania which was only a €20 taxi ride from the hotel. It’s definitely worth a visit even it means having to drag yourself away for a few hours from the luxury of this hotel. We would definitely come back here again if we choose to return to Crete for a holiday.

From the moment we arrived, every member of staff so polite, professional & helpful. We stayed in a mezzanine loft style suite with outdoor terrace & jacuzzi bath, very clean & luxurious! Daily treats in room. The restaurant lovely design, buffet breakfast, vast selection healthy options. Dinner good selection on menu. Reception area stunning interior, welcome glass bubbly on arrival & gift on departure. I'm gluten free & every member of staff knew our names & that I was gluten free. A wonderful holiday, would certainly recommend this hotel. Lovely quiet beach location. Short taxi journey to Charnia, harbour, shops & restaurant. We had a fabulous weeks holiday & came home totally relaxed & feeling the benefit of our stay.

- Marnie (10/5): Modern oasis, fantastic staff, outstanding food - The staff were outstanding and are highly professional - they did absolutely everything to make our stay extra special we feel so grateful to them all. The property is in excellent condition: beautiful grounds, the room was modern and very clean, the breakfast is the absolute best we have ever had - unmatched! The restaurant also was fantastic we ate every dinner there and the choices were varied and delicious.
- richardpeace (10/5): A beautiful hotel with amazing genuine hospitality. - Often said a soul of a place is made from its staff and there is consistency across all departments of friendly personable and sincere colleagues. The hotel is situated in a small bay approximately 10 minutes drive out of Chania old town. The hotel has a modern feel with accents of Greek charm.Its grounds rooms are spotless and maintained to a very high standard. Breakfast- amazing excellent choice.Fresh and tasty.Dinner is à la carte and while there is a good selection there are daily specials added.So nice to have waiter service and not buffets which is more common even across 5 star hotels these days. While I was told the hotel was 95/ occupied it never felt busy as plenty space across its 2 pools and many beds on the beach directly in front of the restaurant. On my third day while walking on the beach I got stung be a bee on my lower foot.Not a pleasant experience however the staff were amazing and went out of there way to ensure I was looked after m. Every day numerous members came up genuine in their approach to ask how I was . Thank you for the care and the cream which took effect. I never thought a bee sting on a foot could be so painful! I felt very relaxed and well looked after and would have no hesitation returning again very soon. Thank you.
- Tom (10/5): Exceptioneel - De service en gastvrijheid van het personeel bevielen mij het meest; iedereen was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het restaurant was erg goed, met lekker eten en een fijne sfeer. Daarnaast waren de faciliteiten, zoals het strand en het zwembad, goed verzorgd en prettig om te gebruiken. Wat mij wat tegenviel, was dat er bij de beachbar en het achterste zwembad erg harde muziek werd gedraaid. Op zich is muziek natuurlijk prima, maar de stijl was niet altijd even rustig of passend bij de sfeer. Iets stijlvollere muziek, zoals jazz of lounge, zou naar mijn mening beter passen bij de omgeving.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Essen, exzellentes Frühstück. Zu hohe Preise im Spa. Für ein Wellness-Hotel ungewöhnlich, dass man für den Innenpool und die Sauna einen Slot buchen und 25 EUR zahlen muss. Für 60 Minuten Massage werden 150 EUR berechnet. In einen 5-Sterne-Hotel in Chania haben wir kurz vorher 75 EUR für 50 Minuten gezahlt.

- Susan (8/5): It’s a beautiful place , right on the water. Lots around to do and good restaurants - The location was very good. Walk right down to the beautiful beach. Walk to lots of restaurants and some shops. Lots of small grocery stores so you don’t have to pay the super high prices for hotel food and wine. Liked the rooms outdoor space. Made the very small room a lot more livable. The room was very small. We had a deluxe sweet but wasn’t deluxe enough for me. I would have liked a comfortable place to sit down inside the unit besides the bed. I didn’t think the service was very good,,,,maybe because we were early October so folks were not motivated. Asked for ice one day, didn’t get it. Went to the outdoor bar one day, 4 bar workers behind a wall, bs’ing with each other while we sat a long time empty drinks wanting to order another. Had a plunge pool in our room,,, very cold. Outdoor pools, very cold.

- anndM6754NM (6/5): Good, but a little disappointing! - We (a couple) have stayed at many wonderful 5* hotels around the world over the years. Unfortunately, we’re s little disappointed by this one. There are lots of good points. The staff are warm, helpful, friendly and welcoming, the place is spotless, the food is good and the pool areas are lovely. We especially appreciate the quiet pool area. So 3* means good (rather than very good, or fabulous). Unfortunately, there is no sound proofing in the rooms. We had noisy neighbours (on one side noisy until 4am), so our space wan’t very restful. We found the terrace furniture uncomfortable. The spa area with a lovely pool, sauna and steam room is great, but they limit guests to 30 minutes a day. That feels very rushed and the experience isn’t conducive to clock watching. Although the food is good, there is only one very small restaurant and choice is limited, especially for vegetarians like us. There are few plants and no trees. In the time we’ve been here, we haven’t seen, or heard a single bird. Last year we stayed at the Domes Zeen a short distance away. It’s a much better hotel. Lots of beautiful plants, a much better restaurant, equally lovely staff and quiet room. The downside there is that the pool is unheated, so far too cold to use in October. It’s also not adult only.

- shellyv875 (8/5): Luxury Meets Kindness — Hoping for Better Care for the Cats - Domes Noruz Boutique Resort is a beautiful property located in a serene bay beside a public beach. The resort’s design and ambience create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The staff are exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. The spa experience was outstanding. I had one of the best massages from Thanos, a skilled physiotherapist who truly understands muscle structure and stretching techniques to relieve tension. I only wish I had gone to the spa sooner. However, one concern during my stay was the condition of the resident cats on the property. While it’s common for hotels in Greece to have resident cats that are well cared for, the ones at Domes Noruz appeared sick and undernourished. Many guests were feeding them because they were clearly hungry and ill. It was heartbreaking to see them drinking from roof drain gutters when a veterinary office is located just down the street. I truly hope the management takes steps to provide food, water, and basic care for these animals. Aside from this, the resort’s location is ideal — just a short taxi ride from Chania’s beautiful Old Town.

Super clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is lovely, sandy and calm and just a few steps away from the hotel what's really convenient. There are several restaurants around the hotel and it's only 13min by car to Chania old town. The pools are amazing, but cold. Also the private plunge in the room was too cold. The bathroom was small and with no shelves to put our toiletries. The shower had only a small curtain protecting it and water was going everywhere. Spa was beautiful but only 30 min access included per day. Breakfast was varied and delicious! Drinks are expensive. Overall an amazing place in a great location with a perfect set up for a relaxed beach holiday. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings right on the beach that created the perfect backdrop for our celebrations. We were there for a special birthday, and the memories we’ve made together will last a lifetime. Plenty of subbed with such a chilled zen vibe, really was perfect for us and every morning we woke up just so happy to be there. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious, memorable stay! We were a group of friends but I do think the hotel is def more suited to couples. If you have booked this hotel you will not be disappointed in the slightest. Twice daily housekeeping was terrific! The breakfast selection was good and the staff helpful. We dined at Topos for dinner, lunches and for desserts. We preferred our dinner menus and cocktails off the resort but live music after returning was nice. It took approximately 20 minutes to drive into Old Town for dinners. The ocean water most days was calm and warm. And the beach is nice for walking. We tried the two pools but found the lack of shade from the fixed umbrellas to be a problem. A nice hot tub would have been nice to enjoy.

They offer a WhatsApp service where you can ask them any questions order taxis etc. The location is stunning and directly on the most beautiful beach with crystal clear water. Extremely clean. House keeping staff are meticulous and the room was always kept topped up with water and chocolates ! Cannot fault and would definitely come back.

Music can be intrusive. - Its a nice hotel but service a bit lacking for a 5 star/prices charged. Very slow response to simple requests in the restaurant at times and when a process breaks down (eg a computer glitch) it paralyses everything and staff don't think to explain, apologise or offer an alternative solution until guests ask to see a manager or complain. Rooms are nicely furnished and decorated and very clean with comfy beds but pretty pokey due to their double storey aspect. Not a lot of room to manoeuvre or have a suitcase open anywhere in the sleeping part. Larger people would not be able to walk fully around the bed. We ended up moving a lot of the minibar bits and glasses to utilise that prime cupboard for easy access clothes storage. There were fairly good numbers of hangers though. Seating upstairs was pretty under used but is a nice space. Balconies are nice with various seating options. Beach is lovely and comfy sun beds with good shade at the beech and pools. Spa is super expensive. Probably more to the (many) Americans' budgets. Housekeeping were very nice and did a good job at sensible times. Music plays quite loudly in the main restaurant, pool bar and Raw restaurant. The quiet pool is quiet but has poor shade at some times of the day. Not sure anyone really needs a Careless Whisper cover played at high volume over breakfast but when we asked to turn the volume down there they did. Staff seem to want to please but don't seem to always intuitively understand expectations. The pool bar music is loud and clubby in genre. Some of the lyrics really NSFW which amused me (the managers really ought to vet the oft repeated song list for f bombs but I think they went over the heads of most guests). Staff wear an odd varied uniform including strange black pyjama type for some of the reception women and ill fitting white t-shirts over beige elasticated slacks for other staff. These often simply looked quite scruffy (and sometimes grubby). I could see the more casual and comfortable look they were going for but I'm not sure it really works at a high level hotel. On arrival we were asked about food preferences and intolerances. We wrote these down but there seemed zero follow through. The chocolates and cookies given as part of the turndown service all contained dairy. Asked at Reception about vegan options for the main restaurant which they promised to send us. Nothing appeared in 5 days. The menu promised vegetarian options on request but we didn't fancy booking only to discover nothing we could eat as most Cretan vegetarian food is heavy on eggs and cheese. Raw Restaurant was nice and our options were explained. Breakfast had a wide range of meats, cheese and dairy based pastries alongside salads and fruit. Occasionally something plant based like a tofu scramble appeared. They did find me a soy yoghurt which was great but again for a 5 star that had a lot of notices up about lactose intolerance I would have expected a more pro active approach to variety beyond a selection of plant milks. The porridge was made with water (and was tasty) but it wasn't labelled as without dairy. The Scirocco restaurant next door has a good veg and vegan menu and is beautifully situated. Tallus down the road had great (really interesting plant based) food but the setting is not quite so nice. Pulse Vegan Restaurant in Chania was amazing, So conclusion. If you are vegan it's not terrible as a hotel and there are other eating options nearby (however beyond Scirocco and Tallus nowhere else local seemed to get it). But you pay a lot of money for a breakfast where you can only eat about 1 in 10 of the things on offer. Lovely location and more of a boutique hotel feel to the rooms due to size constraints.

The Quite Zone pool is a haven for anyone wanting a tranquil space; the spa a lovely escape from the heat outside. The staff are professional, yet friendly, the food quality and presentation is excellent. There is a very extensive choice for breakfast. However, the evening menu is limited if you are a pescatarian, like me, on the hotel’s half board plan. Some room categories include half board. It would have been good if this was optional. A disappointing thing about the evening meal plan was that all drinks are excluded. This meant that water, which was copious at Breakfast, and in one’s room, had to be paid for at 7.50 euro a bottle. Of issue was the lack of privacy in a number of the rooms. If you want to enjoy your sea view in your ground floor room, perhaps sit on your terrace or use your plunge pool, this cannot be achieve without one being seen by the people walking past or sitting around the pool. In addition, people could be on sun loungers immediately outside your door/window. This is also the case for the ground floor rooms around the Quite Zone pool and the ground floor Haven Beach Front Rooms. Some of the first floor rooms would the Quite Zone could also overlook the ground floor rooms opposite. There was also loud, techno-style music, being played from around 11am to very late (8pm ish). One manager did say I could ask for the music to be turned down, but I would have had to have done this most days.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were incredibly caring and attentive. I had a conversation with one of them (Kostas), who said: “We know this may be the only holiday our guests take in a year, so we strive to make it as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.” That mindset was reflected in everything. The hotel itself is a perfect 10/10. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — just the right number of options, all made with top-quality ingredients. I still think about it to this day. The beach water was crystal clear, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, whether you watched them from the beach or from the Raw Bar, where the elevated view made them even more spectacular. Absolutely recommend — and we will definitely be coming back.

- redrover045 (8/5): Excellent except for all the smoking everywhere - We had a great holiday here, with the only major negative being the pervasive smoking. The service is top notch - very consistently excellent across the board and that was the best thing about the hotel. Only thing we didn’t like there is the”guest experience” people in their blue jumpsuits coming up to us every single day, sometimes multiple times, with their clipboards doing surveys. Give this a rest guys! Let us eat breakfast in peace… The property never felt crowded even when at full capacity - very quiet and serene. Getting a lounger by the sea was challenging (there is zero enforcement of the “don’t reserve loungers and leave policy”) but generally it was OK by the pools. The “quiet pool” was just that and the “vibrant pool” with a bar also very relaxing. It’s not a party pool at all, just nice lo-fi covers of popular songs playing and people chilling by the bar. The beach is amazing - sandy and nicely shallow for a good distance in, so very warm when the outside temp was 30+ degrees. The pool also was bath water warm by late morning in 30 degree weather. Food was just OK. We thought breakfast was really good. Lunch and dinner were both fine (excellent in service terms, and pretty good in food terms) but the menu is basically the same for both meals and much of it, including everything grilled, is excluded from the half board option, so your choice for variety gets pretty limited after a couple days. We wound up eating other places. The gym has everything you need for a basic workout: eg kettlebells to 16kg and dumbbells to 22kg. There is a squat rack but it has very limited plates so I don’t think you can go much above 50kg. There are the usual multi-function machines too, as well as an erg, a treadmill, and a couple different kinds of bikes. The rack outside needs to be fixed down to the ground though - it’s wobbly and scary to use! We didn’t wind up doing any of the advertised activities like fitness classes and yoga because you have to book and pay for them. Yoga for example was €10 a person. Housekeeping was brilliant. The room was comfortable. We had a “sublime loft sea view”. Our air conditioner broke halfway through the stay so we had to move rooms, and learned there are two layouts for this category. The first has a bigger floor plan with a king bed, but the pool is to the rear with only a view of a fence 10cm from your face. The front terrace on these though is much larger with sun loungers and a table and chairs facing the sea, but no pool. The second layout is smaller inside overall and with just a queen bed, and a smaller outside terrace with no loungers, but the terrace and pool are sea view. We preferred the second for that reason. The rooms on the right side of the property (when facing the sea) get afternoon sun. The left side get morning sun. The larger layout gets some sun all day because it’s in the middle of the property. Ask based on your preference! The restaurants in walking distance are really variable in quality so we wound up going to Nea Chora or the Old Town most nights. Nea Chora was much better for value and quality. Taxis are usually easy to get out from the hotel, with a 10ish minute wait. Uber and Bolt etc do not exist here. Taxis are supposed to use the meter, but invariably they don’t and charge a flat rate of €15 to town (it should be €12ish). Coming back is really hit or miss - it was absolutely impossible to get a taxi from the street from Nea Chora, and from Old Town there is one taxi rank, and the queue after 9pm every night was about an hour minimum. So book in advance! The Haute Living “Living Room” lounge was nice enough. There was a basic assortment of self serve wine and beer and soft drinks all day, with snacks like fruit and charcuterie all the time. However, the space is a windowless room in the lobby basement so we did not want to spend too much time there. It was never busy when we did go. It seemed to be used mostly by teenagers watching football. The only true “negative” for us about the otherwise great hotel is the amount of smoking everywhere. The property allows smoking literally everywhere and we were surrounded by cigarette smoke all the time. We don’t smoke and are not used to that being allowed in public places so found it difficult. Every single meal someone was smoking at the next table - even on the semi enclosed dining terrace they let people smoke. Every day the people next to us smoked cigars on their room terrace, which made ours stink. Every single time by the pool or beach someone was smoking in a lounger nearby. People even smoke just walking around the property. We appreciate smoking seems more common in Greece but really think the hotel should keep smoking to designated areas so other people can enjoy the space more too. It absolutely should be banned everywhere at the restaurant and by the pools. If you’re not that fussed by cigarettes this is probably ok but despite everything else wonderful about this hotel, the smoking is the reason we wouldn’t actually come back ourselves.

We went to the rooftop and got an amazing drink, where we were greeted by the most generous and kind server, who told us about the “day pass” with breakfast. The next two days we came back for an amazing breakfast and a long pool day, with good coffee and lunch. We have stayed at many fancy hotels, but what that makes THIS hotel special, is the staff. They were always giving an extra effort to make the service even better. Specially a guy named “Nikos” who were the supervisor, was just the kinders person. We had a great experience and are elites to come back soon again.

Reminded me of the film “Dune”! Private whilst being accessible. The swimming pools are both great and all meals are taken right on the beach. Location was very good. My daughter assured me that the virgin Mojito’s she had were “the 2nd best she’d ever had”! The staff were all exceptional. However, the 2 Georges at breakfast and dinner, Constantin, Constantina, Agyro and the young lady usually in the Raw Bar were particularly engaging and helpful. Very informative and friendly. Thank you to them especially. The rooms were spacious with a good layout. We paid a small amount more to upgrade to h/b and with a small pool on our terrace. Definitely worth it! I thought every department worked well and the communication between them quick and effective. Guest relations and housekeeping were exceptional also. The whole vibe is a relaxed and chilled vibe. This is supported by the lovely live music several nights a week! Absolutely nothing!

- Mary (9/5): Luxurious, relaxing, wonderful hotel Highly recommend - This is a wonderful hotel and it is the staff who make it so! It is a very personal experience, staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. They are always smiling. We loved our duplex room, it is like a little house and the ladies who look after it do a wonderful job. Lots of goodies are provided and bottles of water daily. The beds and pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful, absolutely everything is available, the fresh fruit is so refreshing and the omlettes. The pools are gorgeous to swim in and the service on the beach really makes the holiday. We were half board, which worked well. If we went in to Chania for dinner we would use it for lunch. Would advise booking dinner in the evening at the hotel and also book restaurants in Chania, the hotel provide a list. There is a shuttle taxi that you pay for at 7.00 pm every evening or ask staff to book a taxi at other times. The entertainment at dinner on a couple of evenings was very enjoyable. We would definitely go back and also look at other hotels in the chain. It is a very luxurious, relaxing holiday. We didn't use the spa as we were enjoying the beach so much. Highly recommend this hotel and Chania is beautiful during the day and evening. The loud music on one night at an event held at the bar but think a lot of other people did enjoy it and we were warned of it so would go in to Chania next time.

- Reham (7/5): Good - I recently stayed at Domes Noruz and while the property itself is beautiful and most of the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, our experience had a few issues that are worth noting. The concierge team, unfortunately, was not very helpful when it came to assisting with reservations and local recommendations. We were left to figure things out on our own despite multiple requests. However, after raising our concerns, the team did step up — and a special thanks to Zoi who went out of her way to make things right by offering us a free taxi ride and a 30-minute massage, which we really appreciated. Another downside was the ant problem in our room — they were everywhere, even on the bed, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level. Additionally, the housekeeping service could be improved; while the staff member who cleaned our room was incredibly sweet and polite, the quality of the cleaning didn’t meet expectations. Overall, we had some ups and downs during our stay. The hospitality and willingness to make amends were definitely there, but attention to detail and consistency in service still need work. - 490robs (10/5): Stunning - simply loved it! - A truly fantastic resort in a stunning beachside location outside the town of Chania but world’s away from the hustle of everyday life. Having stayed in some great beach locations around the world, there is no doubt this is up there with the best with golden sands, gentle warm sea waters, smooth walks in either direction and a general ambience that balances 5-star with chilled atmosphere. The sublime loft room is excellent - note bed options either upstairs or downstairs to request if available at time of booking, plunge pool with ocean or pool view. Quiet pool is for those that want to avoid the slightly more busy main pool with bar. We spent all our time on the beach is simply fantastic and more than enough sun loungers. The restaurants are equally exceptional. Breakfast with fresh meats, cheeses, honey, fantastic selection of fruits as well as egg station and generous daily changing buffet. Diner at Topos again amazing on half board basis or special evenings. More than enough alternative options in walking distance if you want some variety. Special mention for the stunning Raw with sunset cocktails and the delicious Asian/ Peruvian fusion food….simply stunning and Efi and her team are superb. In fact qll the team- including Elena and all the restaurant team are a credit to the resort. Also great evening entertainment but particularly the guitarist plus Margarita and her colleague as Thursday’s band. We loved it….have already recommended it too many others and we will be back. It is beautifully laid out on a sandy beach with lots of shade, shallow peaceful water and beach service. What makes this place unique is the shape and size of guest rooms, superb amenities, ambience and most importantly welcoming, helpful and friendly staff.

- travlite224 (10/5): Idyllic Resort in Crete - This is one of the best resorts in which we have ever stayed in all our years of travel. The setting and design of the resort are beyond spectacular. Our room, the Sublime Retreat, was absolutely breathtaking. It was a two level suite, with an outdoor plunge pool and outdoor tub. The views of the ocean were amazing. All of the staff with which we interacted were warm, caring, and truly helpful. While we intended to tour Crete, we cut our sighteeing short so that we could spend more time at the resort. Our dinners at Topos were amazing as well, sitting outdoors with views of the sea and the most beautiful sunsets. I truly recommend this resort for a wonderful and idyllic stay.

- jarnals2024 (10/5): The Dream Team - This place just gets better and better. This our second visit, and definitely won't be the last. On arrival we was told we'd been given an upgrade to 6101 with an amazing beach view. This hotel 5 star status should be upgrade to another never.. honestly you won't be disappointed. The rooms are spotless and cleaned to amazing standard everyday. Both communal pools are kept so clean. The beach is literally a few steps from our room. I can go on and on about this food and its special. The thing that sticks out about this hotel between many other is the Staff. These guys are just incredible. Nothing is to much. They're always happy to help. From the staff in the spa areas to the ones at breakfast. I can't mention everyone's name in this review but I need to mention Nikos Stefanidis and his team. This guy has the bar/Restaurant running like clockwork. He has a gift of working the room, giving time to each guest with a personable touch. The staff make this place such a nice place to stay.

We had 2 rooms, a wellness loft and a Pure haven suite This was our first time in Crete. I would like to state separately the pros and cons of the resort Pros 1)Upon check in we met with Zoi Doulia. She was terrific. Explained everything about the resort, showed us to the rooms and did EVERYTHING one can do to make a guest feel welcome, appreciated and like family 2) Resort is beautiful, very well kept and every staff member goes out of their way to ask if you need anything. Service is clearly 5 star 3) Buffet breakfast is excellent 4) Dinner is excellent with music ( not the kind of music that would distract the guests but as my wife would say music that " adds to the "ZEN " relaxing feel of the entire resort" 5) Alex the restaurant manager always approached us to make sure everything was perfect. 6) Beach area was clean and well maintained ( lounges chairs etc) 7) We did not use the pools BUT walking past them, they were immaculate 8) Rooms were clean, well maintained and daily housekeeping was well done 9 ) I am sure I am forgetting some Pros CONS INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK THERE ARE NO CONS I DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS OFTEN ( THIS MIGHT BE MY 4TH IN 10 YEARS)BUT THIS RESORT DESERVED A REVIEW IT IS RARE THAT WE LEAVE A RESORT AND KISS THE STAFF GOODBYE.. WE DID WITH ZOI. WE CAME TO THIS RESORT FROM THE ST REGIS IN ROME ...SERVICE HERE WAS EVERY BIT AS PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE AS THAT AT ST REGIS PROPERTIES. - Vanessa (10/5): - This was the most incredible hotel stay I’ve ever had! We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a cool towel, accompanied by a tour of the amenities. The spa and beachside food and drinks were great. The checkout process was a breeze, and the valet service was prompt throughout our stay. The signature scent throughout the property added to the overall ambiance. Our suite was elegantly appointed with two levels, each featuring a balcony. There’s a relaxing whirlpool tub where we could enjoy the sea view from the upper level. The resort’s compact size made it easy to navigate between different areas. The beach was minutes from our door with plenty of beachside loungers to relax on. The pools were cool but refreshing in mid-May. We also enjoyed massages and the steam room/sauna. In addition to the onsite restaurant, there are also nearby hotels and restaurants that you can easily walk to. I can’t wait to explore other Domes Resorts in the future!

- aclkb (10/5): Absolutely Wonderful! - Just left this beautiful hotel this morning after spend a week there. Such a Luxurious place with some of the nicest people I have ever met! The breakfast is outstanding, especially the homemade omelettes! The rooms are large and beautiful with a huge patio, including a plunge pool. Special hello and thank you to Nikos at the bar! So nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for luxury, food, and beautiful beach!
- George (10/5): - The facility was great, and the entire setup of the hotel and the units is well designed and thought. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is one of the best in Crete with 10 minutes' drive to Chania (if you use a taxi about EUR 12- EUR 15 , the sandy beach. The staff (Kostas and team) and the manager Vangelis were great! very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. To see how far they went above and beyond, we had special request to drop a luggage there for a few months and Vangelis volunteered to keep it even the entire winter! Overall great experience, great people and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Domes Noruz Team! :)

The pools, the beach, our room - everywhere you looked was beautiful and immaculate. The staff were very helpful and even went out of their way to help celebrate a birthday. Certainly, it is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.
- Kathryn (8/5): - Property is beautiful but is about 15 minutes from Old Town and the surrounding neighborhood isn't appealing for an enjoyable stroll to shops/restaurants. I also found the room we had (2 level seafront suite) to be tight and uncomfortable. The bed on the 2nd floor loft was very small having no actual 'bedroom', and the bed was not comfortable at all. However, the hotel staff was very pleasant and overly accommodating. We were there first week in June and the weather was in the 70s (F) so not 'beach' weather. I wish we stayed in old town but perhaps would have a different opinion if the weather was hotter.
