Guest Reviews
- Lynda (5/5): Comfortable and clean but the heating/air conditioning was super loud and not conducive to sleep - It was very clean and comfortable The heating cooling system (especially the unit on the wall) was so loud. The attendant practically stated it was an irritant only (in other words he gaslit me) and offered ear plugs.
- Dale (8/5): -
- Wade (4/5): - Staff was amazing good location my only bitch was the bed was horrible
- DaDazeNom (10/5): - Great place to stay Beautiful place
- Wright (9/5): -
- Sharon (8/5): - When we checked in the clerk at the front desk said we would get maid service every other day, but we did not get any
kind of maid service.
- Pamela (7/5): Great service, clean place and good location. - Excellent disposition of all employees. Very nice people and service. Areas were clean. Breakfast. Maybe add more healthy options.
- William (7/5): Better than motel 6, but not as good as the Wells Nevada Hampton Inn - Breakfast Old rooms , my room had a malfunctioning HVAC unit, noisy and smelly
- Pragna (3/5): - Location was good. linens were clean. The shower was not clean. It looked like it has never been cleaned.
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Maryalee (10/5): -
- Joyce (10/5): -
- Walter (8/5): -
- Katie (10/5): - The breakfast was really good
- Ric (6/5): Facility was good, but the room didn’t give my any desire to return. Props for being pet friendly, - Meh. It’s the standard lousy breakfast. I couldn’t believe that the room on a bottom floor didn’t have curtains that would close. Four feet of window remained open to the sun or anyone who wished to look in. That was a huge fail.
Thanks for being pet friendly, but 75.00 per night? Come on….
- Tracy (10/5): -
- Brian (9/5): -
- Tanisha (9/5): -
- HERMANN (8/5): Mostly it was an excellent stay. The only thing I was not happy about was not having more TV channel options. - Clean. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Very few TV channels to choose from in the room.
- Moran (4/5): - Breakfast was great. A lot of choices and fresh. Clean rooms. Easy to get to from freeway. Beds were a bit hard, and blinds didn't darken the room well.
Main complaint: The battery on our door lock went dead and we couldn't get into our room. Clerk tried to help, but had no way of getting in our room.
No one from maintenance was available and there wasn't any way to get our personal items. It took 3 hours for them to resolve the issue. Only got a "sorry for the inconvenience " from staff and in the text survey reply when we were asked to rate our experience.
- Juan (10/5): -
- Pierre (9/5): -
- Ralph (8/5): - Super Hotel auf der Durchreise. alles Sauber
- Ralph (8/5): - gutes Hotel auf der Durchreise
- Suzanne (10/5): - Clean room
- Tom (8/5): -
- Scott (8/5): - Hotel was clean and the staff were polite. Easy access to fuel, dining and freeway access. Very good breakfast options (Waffle maker). Only issue was the sliding door for the bathroom was bound up in the track. It would only close halfway. Not a big deal for my stay so I didn't say anything about it until I checked out.
- Pamela (8/5): - The hotel had a new computer system and the front desk had quite a time checking us in because we had a third party reservation. The clerk was very nice and apologetic.
- Andrea (10/5): - Second time I have stayed here, love the staff and place. They are always ready to make you happy
- James (2/5): Mechanical noise made sleep impossible - Clean room and bath. There was a loud, intermittent mechanical noise near the room that started with a grinding noise, lasted 5-10 minutes then stopped with a loud BANG! Then it would repeat at random intervals, all night. Impossible to sleep. Front desk uninterested or unable to solve the problem. Highest rate ever paid for a Hampton Inn and the worst experience ever.
- Judy (6/5): No microwave…etc - The young man that checked us in, Jake… Was very courteous young man No microwave
No coffee table
No secure door for the bathroom
Worst showerhead ever
No continuous fan
- Leslie (8/5): - Forgot to let
- Stephen (10/5): - Great stay at the Elko, NV Hampton Inn. The staff was welcoming, the rooms very clean, and easy to find. Thanks!
- Cheryl (10/5): - Pool was nice and staff very friendly
- Becky Benson (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Debraj (7/5): - Like- rooms were clean and big
Hot breakfast
Was a good stop between Bay area and Yellowstone! The swimming pool- water wS very dirty with lots of hair..
There should be a lock on bathroom doors room instead of sliding
- tracy (6/5): - LED white lighting in rooms is stark and jarring feeling. It was hard to relax with such intense lighting. There are far better LED soft lighting options to feel cozy, yet bright.
- Crystal (6/5): - We stayed in room 313, the handicap chair in shower was very difficult to put up and down and there was pink mold around it. But otherwise was alright. The detachable shower head also didn't work, very little water comes out
- Cathy (9/5): -
- Kirsten (10/5): -
- souriya (10/5): - Amenities and cleanliness
- David (10/5): - Good breakfast. Convenient shuttle. Great location close to the airport.
- Bernadine (10/5): - When we check at front desk the desk clerk was very rude and could not even smile. As for the property it was very pleasing, our room was clean and comfortable. We did enjoy the breakfast it had plenty of options. The morning clerk was very friendly.
- Gerald (9/5): -
- Regino (10/5): - Great
- Nina (10/5): Excellent - Clean and comfortable
- Sanjay (9/5): Superb -
- Jurai (9/5): Superb -
- Sylvia (8/5): - I liked to have hot water right away. Dislike not enough towels.
- Don (10/5): - .
- H6971CXrachell (4/5): Smelly - The non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and the hotel was booked so we were stuck with a smelly room with no opening windows. I would not recommend,
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful clean and spacious room, friendly staff free parking, and good breakfast included
- Jim (4/5): - It’s totally fine but no grass for dogs to pee
- Cynthia (10/5): - Great trip
- Ana (8/5): great place to stay. Very clean and very nice staff - it was good, but few options everything was good
- Amanda (6/5): - Beds were super hard, receptionist was rude to my husband, fan sounded like an alarm clock with a beep, beep noise. Wasn’t able to sleep so we got up early and left.
- Ronald (4/5): Disappointing - We didn’t have a microwave. When I called the person I talked to said the owner did like them. In addition both elevators did not work so we had to take the stairs with a lot of luggage.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Great hotel
- Whitney (10/5): - Nice place
- Jamie (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (7/5): Good -
- Wendy (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (7/5): Good - Location
- Don (10/5): - Staff directed my wife and I to the casino next for dinner and slots with a discounted coupon. Great food and time!
- david (8/5): - Quiet
- Marilyn (10/5): - Excellent staff!
- Robbin (8/5): - The Hampton was fine in itself but is not walkable and has very limited dining options.
- Karr (10/5): - Shuttle service, excellent. Great stay. Staff is great.
- courtney (10/5): - Everyone was very nice.
- sbccc (8/5): Good roadside option - This is an old-style Hampton. It's currently being remodeled but the renovated rooms are good. The wifi and A/C are excellent.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance.
Parking was easy and the staff were good.
Overall this is a good overnight option
- Stephens (6/5): Pleasant - The staff.
location. The breakfast items were not replenished (eggs)until we went to front desk to request.
Bathtub needs to be replaced.
Dogs barking in the hallway at 6:30am.
Overall, for the price, it should be better.
- Brandi (10/5): - The only thing that was not good, was that we asked for a wake up call at 3a.m. incase we missed our alarms. We did not get the wake up call. Luckily, we heard our alarms
- Ramon (6/5): - Hotel under construction but overall shouldn’t affect the stay.
- sain (10/5): - Amazing breakfast!!!
- Nina (8/5): Good experience - Cleanliness and friendly staff Under construction and expensive $75 fee for my dog
- Dennis (6/5): Pleasant - Room clean, new, comfortable bed Faced casino; black out shade woefully insufficient to block out bright parking lot lights. Tough to sleep. Car alarm in casino lot off early morning … apparently no security response, as it blared for more than 30 minutes, until (I guess) battery died. A tough night of non-sleep. Morning coffee good. Breakfast mediocre.
- Sightseer54252288924 (2/5): Worst hampton inn - Worst hampton inn ever stayed at
Also the most expensive place in elko
I understand its under renovation but the price should reflect that. Mediocre breakfast. Didn’t refill coffee for 30 minutes after it ran out
Over all a poor experience.
- Karen (10/5): I only stayed one night but it was a very good place. - The breakfast was very good. The staff was kind and accommodating. Newly remodeled property, very comfortable. Back of bathroom sliding door had a printed message “ it’s a great day to be great”. I thought that to be a bit hokey.
- Leonard (10/5): - Remodeled
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joyce (10/5): - Stay with a friend. Room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was great!
- CK681 (10/5): A Quality Night's Rest - The hotel has been undergoing a renovation. Our room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The lobby had also been updated. One floor had work being done and the elevators were padded as a result. Hampton is smart to keep their hotels attractive. The front desk staff friendly. I'm sure this is the best hotel in Elko.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and curious Everything was perfect even though they ar remodeling it was clean and quiet
- Doug (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (8/5): Great stay in Elko Loved the pool - Great facility really loved the pool at this facility nice and warm and well lit. My grandson had the pool to himself and had a blast. Some construction work going on but did not interfere much except at breakfast but were able to eat un conference room. Still very good food.
- Kelley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicky (10/5): Other than no hot tub, everything else was great. We all felt SAFE during our stay. - Atmosphere was clean and quiet. No hot tub.
- Philip (7/5): Good -
- Fellows (10/5): Exceptional -
- robert (10/5): - Freaking awesome! Incredible service at check in. Super breakfast!
- nikki (2/5): Will not stay here again - We left a chip mess and the hotel charged us for something that could easily be vacuumed we could have stayed somewhere else but decided to try hampton. We will stick to Marriott. Front desk was rude and housekeepers are lazy. The dog in the room next door barked alot.
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (8/5): - Hampton Inns are always a good place to stay.
- 黎颖 (7/5): Just soso, I don’t know why it called Hilton - Breakfast just as the same as other Hilton hotels, not bad but not good Too simple, the room is too big, and it seems a little empty
- Zachary (8/5): Very good -
