Great location in town, I can walk to shops, food, bike shops, etc. The rooms are all comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is nice. The guest service manager, Autumn, was great in answering all my annoying questions and the rest of the staff was very friendly. I will be back.

The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants which was very appreciated after a long day enjoying the beautiful outdoors of the area. Being right in the heart of a vibrant, walkable downtown made everything so convenient and enjoyable. We loved being able to step outside and immediately be part of the singular energy of downtown Moab. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely professional. They didn’t just meet expectations—they went above and beyond in ways that made our stay feel personal and special. The front desk staff was in a non professional phone call, that's why the manager had to assist. Just because of this interaction, we decided to stay elsewhere.

• Resort624872 (10/5): Great hotel for families - My family of four stayed at this Homewood Suites in Moab in February. We picked this hotel above others in Moab because it has an indoor pool. Luckily we did because it snowed during one of the days of our stay, and the kids were happy to stay in and swim! Our room was spacious and we had plenty of space to set up a pack n play for our toddler. I liked that it had a kitchen including a full-sized fridge and range. Good selection of foods included in the complimentary breakfast. We’d be happy to stay here again next time we visit Moab.

The Moab Homewood Suites made a perfect base for our 6-night stay. The breakfast was one of the best - we loved the make your own breakfast tacos, overnight oats, and pastries along with the Wednesday evening reception. Covered parking was nice and saved us from needing to clean off our car when we got a surprise overnight snow. For our actually room we loved the 2-room suite we had. Full size kitchen was great for leftovers and the living room gave us and our dogs room to spread out as well as a place for me to work when my wife went to bed early. A+++ from us. Hope to visit again soon.

Thanks everyone on staff at the Moab location! - I got a room with two beds for a long weekend---Wed through Sunday nights, part of which included the President's Day holiday. I rate this place a 5 out of 5. Below are some thoughts. The room included a small kitchen, which was a real plus. There are two levels of parking that's included with the cost of the room. That seems to be a fading benefit, so I'm rating that another solid plus. It was quiet in the room, so it was easy to sleep well; it was easy to get things to and from our vehicles due the the close-in parking; the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; and, much to my surprise, the breakfast was pretty darn good. It was crowded in the hotel during the weekend; nonetheless, the food and drinks area was continuously re-stocked. I don't travel so much these days, but I found the room cost to be a little on the high side. My travel buddy assured me that it was not. :) In any case, being able to cook evening meals and having the included breakfast really knocks the price down well into the affordable range. In summary, if you're rolling through Moab, UT, and looking for a place to stay, you'll do well to consider this place as a home base, either for a night or for a hub to do some recreating in the myriad of options available near Moab.

• gffaubwest (10/5): Top Notch! - Checking into the hotel, you walk into a very nice reception area with a fireplace and ample seating for just relaxing. Denise (AMAZING!) greeted us and checked us in efficiently to a room of our request. The elevators require you to scan your key in order to proceed upwards, which I really liked. The room itself was spacious, clean and quiet. It has a nice kitchenette with everything you would need to cook, and a full size refrigerator. In searching for the hotel ice machine, we realized the refrigerator had one in it and immediately turned it on for ice. Seating is ample with a nice couch, and a small table to eat dinner if wanting to eat in your room. We can't say enough good about Denise and her helpful attitude. She suggested a great place to eat, "The Broken Oar" and it did not disappoint. The breakfast the next morning was top notch with just about everything for every type of breakfast patron. Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed having cold water in the lobby and the included breakfast. Enjoyed the whirlpool, however after our first night the jets did not work even after notifying management. Street noise can be a bit overwhelming in street-side rooms.

We are doing the Grand Circle and have stayed at many hotels, but this one the best experience so far. Everyone was so friendly. The one person that stood out was Autumn. After she was off work, she brought back a life jacket for us to borrow for my youngest son to be able to enjoy the pool more while we were visiting. This was just so kind and unexpected. It was a clean hotel, good laundry facilities, good breakfast, games to borrow for kids, coloring sheets for kids, and many more thoughtful things for families. Thank you !

• Jieun (10/5): 로드트립에서 쌓인 피로를 풀어주는 좋은 호텔. - 6일간 LA-라스베가스-윌리엄스-페이지-에스칼란테를 거쳐서 모압에 도착했어요. 6일간의 로드트립에서 쌓인 피로를 풀기에 딱 적당한 호텔이었습니다. 공간이 넓고 편안해서 푹 쉬다가 돌아왔고요, 이용하진 않았지만 수영장도 있었고, 헬스장(gym)도 있었어요. 또한 조식당도 깔끔하게 운영이 되고 있어서 조식도 맛있게 먹었습니다. 조식 메뉴 가짓수도 다양한 편인데 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌더라구요. 모압에 또 간다면 다시 묵을 것 같습니다. 조식이 훌륭한 편이긴 했으나, 조식 메뉴에 채소류가 있었다면 훨씬 좋았을 것 같습니다.

Comfortable beds including the sofa bed. Allows pets. Somewhat noisy - we were there during Thanksgiving and the hotel was full. Fair amount of hustle & bustle in the hallways and lobby. Kitchen was only lightly stocked with dishes & cooking utensils i.e. exactly 4 spoons, 4 plates, etc. Per fee was a bit high - $125 for 5 nights. Overall I would recommend staying here.

• Brend482 (10/5): Nice place for a long stay in Moab - Moab does not appear to have a lot of luxury hotels, and Homewood Suites is likely one of the nicest hotels in downtown Moab. It is very well located in the heart of downtown within walking distance to all of the local stores and restaurants. It seems to be an older building that has been well-maintained and updated. The room was spacious and included a kitchenette. There was a solid breakfast included with breakfast tacos, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries, eggs and breakfast breads. All of it was high-quality. Parking is free and there is free charging for EVs. The pool and fitness room were small but pretty typical of hotels in this class. There was even a free Wednesday reception with soup, salad, cheese, and cookies.

• S1715LUlanal (10/5): This place is great! - My husband and I came to hike Arches and celebrate our ten year anniversary. They went out of their way to make sure we felt special. First, we were upgraded to a larger room and secondly, there were roses, a nice card and chocolates waiting on us upon arrival to our room. Everyone was extremely nice and I can honestly say this is the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever eaten. If we ever find our way back to Moab, we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks everyone who made us feel special!
