• Corey (1/5): Worse trip ever - The location is fine if that’s where u want to be. And some of the properties are better than others as far as quality. But the properties are what you pay for. But the staff and rules are horrible and non accommodating to travelers The ridiculous rules,the staff is absolutely terrible and inconsiderate. The towel policy is horrible,the dishes situation horrible,the rebooking situation terrible. They’ll leave paying costumers on the porch in the heat for hours and offer them nothing as they wait. All the staff non accommodating as well as main manager. Never again will stay and I really complain

• FABIEN (5/5): Bien situé, mais au rapport qualité-prix assez discutable - L'emplacement tout proche de la plage. La chambre bien qu'assez réduite, était plutôt accueillante et bien équipée. La salle de bain fonctionnelle, même si mériterait d'être rénovée, à l'image de la piscine dans le patio interne, dont la peinture était très défraîchie. Le personnel de la réception très nonchalant, et qui n'a pas montré beaucoup d'implication lors de mon check-in. L'espace petit déjeuner situé un peu plus loin était très low-cost, vraiment minimaliste.

• Mary (8/5): Our stay was very nice and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. - The breakfast choices were good. The location was excellent - one block from the beach. Parking area for cars at $18/day and it was worth it. On street metered parking is $4/hour. At times, People staying at the motel would have gatherings/picnics in the courtyard and play their music too loud. Our only complaint.

• Beatriz (8/5): very clean hotel, spacious, and comfortable, location was good. which made our stay pleasant. However, there were a few - The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfortable. The stovetop was disappointing, as only one burner worked properly and the others were wobbly and unstable. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. Additionally, security repeatedly asked us to lower our music during the day, which felt unnecessary and disrupted our stay.

• Alexander (3/5): These problems could have been avoided - I'd like the location. The heated pool and the tiki huts I didn't like that the office was off site. I didn't like that the bathroom window was not able to be locked. I did not like The front door didn't close completely letting out all the air conditioning. I didn't like the fact when I laid on the bed the bed was broken and had missing legs. I didn't like that the barbecue grills were not clean. and the rooms needed a little more updating ( kitchen cabinets, furniture etc )

The sweeties person. Make sure you see her and you'll thank me later, p.s. ashtrays always have a smile on her face.
• Joan (6/5): - It was clean,.but no seating in the room unless you sat on the bed, toilet, floor, or what was presumed to be a barstool. The shower soaked the bathroom floor. The shower curtain rod was not set in place, it moved around.
• Christi (8/5): Hollywood Beach - The room I had was a good size with a King size bed. The property is older but the bathtub in the room was not in good condition neither was the toilet seat. The courtyard and pool area was nice. The parking sucked.
• Daryl (8/5): Canadian Couple needed 2 nights - The people were nice. The location was awesome! The room was tired and old. There was no closet. Bathroom was reminiscent of a campground. No lamps. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Good pool seating right outside our door. Honestly, I think we're a bit too old for this (low) level of accomodation. But, again, 1/2 block from the amazing Hollywood Broadwalk, so, like Hawaii, they'll rent these room regardless of whether there's a closet.
• Eric (6/5): Only far - Fair. Bed was comfortable and reasonably clean however the kitchenette was totally stripped. Not a fork, plate or glass. No cups absolutely nothing. Floor was sandy so the sand got tracked into the bed. Too many fees. A resort fee????really. This is no resort. And breakfast was short and poor.

• Marianne (2/5): - Let’s start by saying check in is across the street from the actual room, and if it wasn’t for someone staying at the hotel we wouldn’t have known. Second they got our reservation wrong, we reserved for 2 nights and they said we only reserved for one. So the second day we were locked out of our room. The only thing I can say about this place it’s clean. Don’t let the pictures fool you, our bathroom had plaster all over the tub, really didn’t want to take a shower. They obscene charges. The breakfast included is nothing to write home about and you have to go around the block to get the limited food, make sure you bring your room key. Would I stay here again not on your life and I wouldn’t recommend it either. They don’t even give you ice.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was dated, the toilet had a seal on it saying sanitized but had pee on the seat. Bed was uncomfortable, there was no dishes at all. Definitely not a terrible place just dated. The location to the beach made it well worth the short comings.

• Brian (4/5): First motel we booked had a closed reception at 5:30 pm. Had to book here unfortunately. - Large room. Lots of channels on TV. Suspicious looking people walking around the area. Street noises. Air conditioner very noisy. No utensils in the kitchen and not delivered although promised. Run down room and area outside.

At 12:00 a.m. it took us out of the hotel room and put us in a regular hotel room right across the street with no kitchen just a microwave when I told them that I have a child that's an infant I needed a refrigerator and they said they don't have anything to find out that they own 10 hotels in that area terrible everything that I bought that was frozen was garbage.

RUN - I would Definitely not recommend this place to my worst enemy ....STAY AWAY .We saw it on the website thinking ok this looks nice boy were we wrong .when we first walked in we knew this was not the place for us . We went to front desk / store ?? And were greeted with a rude mouth front desk clerk we went through expedia and were told we could not check in till 3 -4 pm i asked could we cancel because it did not look like a safe clean area . She kept asking us to leave our bags and go to beach or eat ...i went on to Klarna and expedia to cancel there was a woman in office said she hadnt had water for almost 3 days a guy asked us for money as soon as we excited the uber .And while we were there many complaints and ppl in a very small space . I have lupus And Anxiety i knew this was not the place for me. I honestly think this placed should be condemned we did find another hotel and they are still charging me for the room i did not stay in.. But honestly i would not have felt safe or comfortable there and maybe god was looking out for us could have been a bedbug problem or anything just know if you book this place in the future i hope you 1 pray over it 2 expect the worse .

• Sheryl (3/5): Clean is the best I can say - The best I can say is it was clean. Although I found a crochet hook under the sheets. And the room was fairly large. The place was redone with very shotty workmanship. Paint is peeling, tub didn't drain, blinds were broken. The refrigerator was clean inside, but outside, it looked like it was picked up at a junkyard. The bed was older and very uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful. There was a full kitchen, but you had to ask for supplies, which were brought in a box. No packets of coffee or a napkin. It wasn't worth saving a couple hundred dollars to stay at Seaside.

• michael (2/5): - Dont stay here! Filthy, mouldy, smelly. Gave us both breathing problems and huge headaches. We switched rooms as soon as checking in, second room only a bit better. Appliances looked like they had been picked up at the roadside as trash. Cracked floors, missing cupboard handles, horrible shower and bathtubs had neen painted over, with flaking paint and mold ....and since i used a phone to book, somehow Expedia app booked non refundable....i never do that, but couldnt see. Bookingvwas made in haste due to Expedia sister company VRBO host cancelling our week long booking at another property. I will post pictures of these two horrible rooms when we get home. We had to leave after one night we were so sick. My wife is asthmatic, she had a very bad night. The windows hadnt been cleaned in what looked like at least months. Again, dont stay here!!!
• Michaela (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this property ZERO stars, I would. The king suite was DIGUSTINGLY DIRTY. There was mold EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Management was extremely rude! We checked out IMMEDIATELY and both the hotel owners & Expedia refused to refund our stay. We had to check into another hotel all together. Do yourself a favor, stay off of Expedia and do not book this hotel!

Make sure to ask all the necessary questions before booking. The staff wasn't friendly. If you need room service you have to request it but they supplied fresh towels almost daily.

• Kathy (1/5): Will never use bookings.com again. - Nothing It took over a hour to check in. Room was too small. Shower controls bad. Furnishings: very sparse. The whole place just felt dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Left after the first of 2 nights because of a medical emergency with my mother. It was not acceptable to lose the $ I spent for the second night. Will probably never use booking.com again.

• Strang (1/5): ghetto/ lies / filth - nothing it's basically a fraud . Pictures online were not even the room we got. The ownership owns about a block containing probly 5 or 6 properties, each one more decrepit than the last. Slum lord comes to mind. Booking.com shouldn't not carry this property.

• Annika (10/5): - We had a great stay. Literally a couple minutes walk from the ocean and on a great boardwalk. Only thing that was a little sketchy was there was a gap at the top and bottom of our door that lead to the street. Loved the room, was practically a studio apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. Large open room, great big bed, nice table with seating, couch, oven, full fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and storage, closet/drawers. Overall really great place to stay. Would honestly recommend.

• Christine (4/5): It was scary - It smelled like gross pine sol and was absolutely bare bones. I paid 100 to sleep in a bed. Twenty to park which is ridiculous it should have been part of the 100. Breakfast was to be served at a totally different address and served for 1 hour for all the people staying at all the different properties???? The area seemed very unsafe. The fact that you have to put a price sheet that says if you take this or that like sheets, towels , dresser etc will cost xyz tells me your just as concerned. I thought by purchasing a “premium “ unit I would have at least got coffee in my room. There was nothing.
