• Marcus (10/5): A beautifully kept villa in a peaceful hillside setting - ideal for families wanting space, privacy, - We had an excellent stay at Rozaki Villa. The location is spot-on — easy access to Pissouri (10 min walk up steep hill, or 2 min drive) and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The villa itself is well-designed, clean, and properly equipped for a small family with spacious bedrooms, a bright open-plan living area, and a functional well-equipped kitchen. The pool and terrace were the highlight: quiet, well-kept and perfect for relaxing once our toddler was down for a nap. Everything felt thoughtfully maintained and easy to settle into; we arrived late and really appreciated the package of food that had been left (bread, cheese, ham, milk etc). We'd happily stay again — one of the nicest villas and holidays we’ve had for a long time. Pissouri is excellent too, lots of lovely restaurants and a great square to sit in. Liked: - Peaceful location and lovely views - Private pool and outdoor space - Clean, well-equipped interior - Easy parking and good privacy These are only minor things to be aware of - Pool isn’t heated so a little chilly in October (but definitely swimmable) - The area is very hilly so you need a car to get to the beach and village (unless you want to turn up sweating) - The house opposite has a few chickens which occasionally make noise in the morning - if you want a lie in, might be worth bringing earplugs
• Lesley (9/5): Lovely villa - The host left an amazing welcome pack, including all the essentials and packs of meats and cheese. I wish we hadn't gone to a supermarket first. There is plenty of space for 4 adults. The location was good for us, as we could walk to the village. It would be difficult for the less mobile as it's uphill This isn't really a dislike, just a personal preference, in that we would have preferred a smart TV for netflix and a power shower. The villa was clean and well equipped, so that's what matters

• Lorraine (9/5): Wonderful stay and hope to return some time soon. - This was our first experience of holidaying in a villa. It was a very relaxing, wonderful stay. So much so I’m sure we will book to stay again in the future. Everything was great, although we did find the bed was a little on the hard side for us but it didn’t spoil our stay.

• Denise (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay there. - Wonderful villa. Would highly recommend. Comfortable, quiet, private, really well furnished. It was also serviced. Pool regularly cleaned and weekly housekeeping with cleaning and linen change. Owners were on hand to help with any small problem and in fact visited the day after we arrived to ensure everything was OK. The only small improvement could be a better shower.
• Kerry (10/5): Relaxing with everything in the kitchen you could need good maintenance throughout the villa nice and private. Will defi - It would be easier to say what I didn’t like! The pool was amazing, the pool sun beds were exceptional, very thick padded cushions.The size of the villa to the location to be able to walk to the village was fantastic. The staff that came to attend to the garden and pool were like Ninja’s they crept in and got the job done and were gone. We had a few teething problems on arrival but Stavaro was there promptly to attend to our needs, he was such a lovely welcoming Man you felt like nothing was too much trouble. Easy walking to the village for restaurants etc and it was a 30 minute walk to the beach which my husband did a few times and I drove and picked him up . The only complaint was that the bed could do with a mattress topper, unfortunately my back was horrendous on my whole holiday ,so I was already seeking treatment in Paphos but my husband’s was also getting back ache from the bed. But we just used the thick brown blankets in the wardrobes and popped them under the sheets to help soften the bed a bit , that said it wouldn’t stop us from returning as I already said everything else was perfect.

• Sherley (4/5): Unsafe insecure - As it was a self service property there was no information about the local shops were opening times as we arrived all shops were closed for Easter This pretty was not secure .. the safe would not open and we were broken into and the owner turned up 2 days later after sending his pool man to check
• Nicola (9/5): Paradise on a hill - Our family enjoy pissouri bay, beach, restaurants a slower pace especially when visiting family In cyprus. The weather has been hot this November so the villa is idealy based for most areas. The villages are lovely this time of year not too busy. We loved staying in Rozaki villa, felt very relaxed enjoyed every minute. The owner was very friendly it was nice to know you could contact him if needed a very nice relaxed check in as he greeted us & left some bread, milk ect in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Eve pissouri villas as there everything you need for a perfect stay. We loved the pool size and position just a shame its not heated from end if October /November as its very cold . The bathroom shower needs an update as the shower heads very clogged.

Can’t wait to return! - Rozaki villa exceeded all of our expectations - spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - everything that you could possibly want to make the perfect holiday was provided by our thoughtful host, Stavros. The pool and gardens were superb and very private and we spent many lazy days swimming and enjoying long lunches cooked on the bbq. The position of the villa is ideal, between the village and Pissouri Bay where we enjoyed some excellent evening meals in the local tavernas. We hired a car and would recommend this to explore other parts of the island, but we found it hard to drag ourselves away from the villa for too long. In a word? Wonderful! Nothing.

• Janet (10/5): gorgeous two bed private bungalow perfect for 2 even 4 people - beautiful spacious 2 bedrooms villa. only a short but steep walk to the village square lively clean pool. beautiful sunbeds quiet private location. stavros let us check out late which was very much appreciated. ( lots of nice simple touches toilet rolls bin bags cleaning products !) the photos online are exactly as they are in real life ! unfortunately the pool was clean but very cold. The sea temperature October was fabulous. the double bed was very hard.
