Bei der Anlage war das historische Bauwerk und moderne Gestaltung toll vereint. Es gab eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, auch von unserem Zimmer aus. Das Essen war hervorragend und es wurden auf alle Unverträglichkeiten Rücksicht genommen.

Es ist absolut ruhig und man kann wunderschöne Momente auf der tollen Terrasse genießen. Auch das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war ganz hervorragend. Auf jeden Fall ein kleiner Geheimtipp.

• Zanna (7/5): Lovely - but not in October. - There’s no doubt the place is beautiful but, for us, the hoped-for serenity and chillout didn’t materialise. We were unlucky with the weather and late October, and arrived to find pools dirty and in a state of disrepair, as owner Milica hadn’t realised they were advertised as open until November. Likewise, Rose and other coastal villages closed for the season with not even a coffee available. This rather ruined our stay as there’s literally nothing else to do in the vicinity and hiking in driving rain isn’t fun for most of us. Our room (Rosemary) was aesthetically beautiful but lacked a few key details. It had no cooking facilities, but neither was it serviced like a hotel room. Not a huge issue but beds aren’t made, nor are coffee sachets etc replenished, so just be aware.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with great people beautiful view and where food is homemade is it definitely the place to stay. • Horst (10/5): What a vacation should be like. - Milica and the entire staff were amazing, we got in really late due to flight delays and they stayed up to make sure we arrived and found our unit without any issues. Breakfast was great and had a lot of local items. Klinci really made you feel like you were on vacation. Nothing that takes away from what a wonderful place this is.

Nie wiem czy tylko my tak trafiliśmy ale wszędzie walały się długie carne włosy po jakiś poprzednich gościach. Przeszkadzał też trochę zapach toalety gdzie była zwyczajnie brudna. Zwykła kostka toaletowa pewnie by przykryła sprawę ale tego brakowało. Poza tym, dwa baseny, pyszne śniadania oraz wyjątkowość miejsca.

Preise für Essen und Getränke sind höher, aber auch qualitativ sehr gut. Weniger geeignet für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Beautiful old ‘village’ in the middle of wild nature. We liked the authentic and rustic vibe - very different compared to the crowds in rest of Kotor bay. But be prepared for a bumpy drive on many narrow streets to arrive:) The hosts and breakfast staff were very friendly and kind, they also helped us when our daughter was sick on the day of departure. Our kids enjoyed cuddling with the two cats and dog, and the beach 20 minutes away was worth the drive! (… we didn’t try the one close by - Rose) Being a more rustic Accomodation the aircondition was not functioning in the entire apartment, and the two bedrooms were very hot during night. I would have loved more local produce at the breakfast table. Juice, croissants and bread seemed like from a store - would have been great and in line with the concept with more homemade offers (like the jam and tomatoes… those tomatoes were so good!)

• Dominika (10/5): Excellent place to unwind, relax and soak up the historic and romantic atmosphere. - Klinci village resort left a great impression on us, to the point that we extended our stay. If you are after a quiet place with stunning views, romance, history and relaxation, this place offers it all and more. It is nestled in the Montenegrin hills, overlooking Croatia and an amazing bay. The village can currently only house 22 people, so serenity, privacy and peace is pretty much guaranteed. Although it isnt right next to the sea, Rose and other stunning beaches are in the close driving proximity and when you are ready to relax at the village, you have 2 pools at the property. The food is freshly made and sourced from either the estate itself or the village near by. It was delicious and in keeping with the Montenegrin cousins. The service was outstanding, it felt like nothing was an inconvenience. If you are leaving your 4 legged pets at home, be assured that Otto, the dog, and 2 cats will keep you company, whilst understanding if they are not to bother. We loved our stay and recommend it to any couple of family who is looking for a romantic, peaceful time away from busy cities and crowds. This place does not disappoint. There was nothing to dislike.

• Hugo (10/5): A perfect resort which has been restored/built over years with love and care and it shows in the high quality of the - Beautiful buildings and setting, great staff, lovely clean and light apartment, delicious meals with all local ingredients (we had breakfast and dinner twice), and very sweet animals (gentle Otto the Labrador and the sweet house cats and kittens). Very close to the beaches and small villages. There was absolutely nothing to dislike or complain about.

Seeing as I was the first guest of the season, they upgraded my room to a one-bedroom apartment with sea views. It is quite far from Tivat and the roads are narrow, but that's part of the charm.

Excellent venue for calm and aesthetically pleasant vacation. Very kind hostess and service, tasty meals at the restaurant. Almost nothing to say, just shortage of water supply occasionally was felt and breakfast starts later than scheduled.

Architecture is stunning and authentic - basically the whole mediterranean village reconstructed with taste and professionalism. My most favourite part about Klinci Village Resort was the staff. They do not bother you all the time but you clearly know where to find them. They are always super friendly and kind. It feels like staying in your own village with staff available when you need them. Pools were refreshing and the whole stay VERY relaxing. I highly rec recommend Klinci Village Resort for your next vacation. Thank me later :) Everything was just perfect!

• Govedarica (10/5): Odličan pogled, nema cenu! - Fantastičan pogled, mir, tisina. Fenomenalni vlasnici i osoblje koji će vam poneti kofer i objasniti sve sto vas interesuje. Kuće su autenticne, kamene a unutra sredjene moderno i u skladu. Put je sasvim ok, asfaltiran, moze se doci normalnim kolima. Rose su na 3 km voznje. Smeštai imaju dva bazena sa pogledom.

• Maisie (10/5): The most beautiful views - Klinci was absolutely stunning. The views were spectacular and whilst it is so secluded, it's remoteness is what makes the place so special. The quaint village of rose is close by which has a couple of gorgeous restaurants. Fort Kabala is definitely worth a visit on the way, you feel just like Lara croft as you explore the ruins! The staff were all incredible. Milica and everyone was so helpful and lovely, we really felt like we were treated like family. Breakfast everyday was delicious and fresh- the best tomatoes I've possibly ever had- and everything we had off the dinner menu was just lovely. We cannot recommend this place enough, I've been all over the world and never have I stayed at a place where you feel so well looked after nor a place so beautiful. Not being able to travel around by car actually increased our enjoyability, but I will like to advise that for a lot of people I imagine, it is preferable to rent a car whilst visiting klinci. It is very remote indeed and the closest shop is a 50 minute walk downhill where you then have to get a 30 minute boat ride to herceg Novi which only runs twice a day. And then of course the return journey is a 50 minute uphill walk. That is to say, this is not a complaint at all. We very much enjoyed the walks and the boat rides, but we know that if we had a car then we would've been able to visit more places in the time we had.

• Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - It is a great property with spacious rooms, perfect for those who love authentic living. It's very well equipped, offering the possibility to make one's own dinner. However, after trying the dinner and breakfast prepared by the hospitable owners, you would never want to cook for yourself here. Our stay was wonderful, and we will be back more than once.
• Hanay0ri (10/5): Hidden gem by the Bay of Kotor - Everyone from the staff is super friendly and helpful, there was a restaurant for the guests, so you can get some dinner without going anywhere if you want to. The resort itself is amazing, stone buildings, two outdoor pools, located off the beaten path. If you are looking for a quiet, scenic place that at the same time is not far from Bay of Kotor, this will do great. Not a problem with the resort, just the word of caution: - no TVs - apparently they do not get much of a reception so there is no point - the road to the resort is a bit narrow and demanding (even by the Montenegro standards)

They have created a beautiful and comfortable hotel for relaxing in the middle of nature and close enough to the lovely small town and beach of Rose. Breakfast is home made and recommended!

It is more like a retreat where you can enjoy the nature with great food and hospitality. there is such a nice relaxed feel to the place it's a perfect unwind. Leaving

• Maja (5/5): Authentic place but very remote. - The look of the property is very nice and authentic. All the staff is super polite and friendly. it’s nice to have a pool handy given how remote is the location . The studio we rented was advertised having kitchenette so we expected to have some kind of cooking surface, however we only had a tiny mini fridge. This was very disappointing since we brought food with us to cook and were forced to eat out all the time. Eating out is a challenge given the location. and how narrow and dangerous roads are . One would think that 10km is close but it takes sometimes 30 min. Since we came with friends , we realized we cannot really talk after 11pm given that the units are very close by and we got complaints every night even though we tried to be as quet as possible. If you plan to socialize in the evening this is not a place for you
• Oriane (10/5): Amazing views overlooking the sea - We were pleasantly surprised by Klinci Village Resort. As we arrived, we were easily able to find a place to park. We were met by Elia who was very helpful and kind. His English was perfect! Our suite was very big and comfortable. We had a small balcony overlooking the sea. The views are breathtaking! The air conditioning worked very well. The whole village resort is quite romantic and although we were a family of 4 ( 2 young children), we could feel how peaceful the village was. It would be perfect for a romantic get away! There are 2 swimming pools and an excellent restaurant. We recommend you eat there as the restaurants in town are not as good. There is a lovely beach 20 minutes away and the town of Rose only 5 minutes away. Nothing
• Ansgar (7/5): Good - Nice apartment with a perfect balcony and view! Small pool with view; small bathroom. Simple but good breakfast. Good location for visiting Rose (with a good restaurant: Adriatic) and the Blue Cave. Overall o.k., but no personal atmosphere etc. Dinner was o.k. but we had much better experiences during our trip to Montenegro. Certainly worth a one or two night stay!

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the calm atmosphere, the scenic view from our balcony and the whole resort and the spacious, beautifully furnished apartment. The staff was really kind, helpfull and always there to answer our questions. The restaurant offers authentic meals and everything we tried was well cooked. The dog and the cats were responsible for the extra cuteness. We never wanted to leave and will come back for sure.
• Mandy (10/5): Klinci Village Resort made this birthday dream trip come true! - It was a big birthday and we really wanted to do something special. Klinci Village Resort was that, and more! Montenegro is hectic (amazing, but bustling). We saw much of it. Always, though, we sighed and celebrated when we returned to KVR. Our room had amazing views, was spacious and beautifully designed. With two pools on site, it was always possible to relax and have a dip. The people who work there are simply wonderful. From the moment Ilia welcomed us to the time we left he just glowed with warmth and charm. When we had time to chat, his knowledge of history was amazingly interesting and informative. Dragana was the go to person for anything we needed. Suzanna, the chef, made the birthday dinner so magical. (please forgive any misspellings) The owner is hands on and a part of the wonderful team that made our trip so great. There really wasn't anything to highlight here about Klinci Village Resort. If we did need something, we asked and it was provided. Traffic in Montenegro is something to be mindful of. We don't know who (in their right mind) would drive 80km/hr on the windy roads - so leave extra time. We typically trebled the Google estimate. UK phones are charged at an extortionate rate £6/mb (absurd) so pick up a local sim as soon as possible. We used Mtel and it was perfect for our two week stay. You need a passport to purchase the sim.
• Lyubomir (9/5): Great spot for Lustica Peninsula - Great surroundings, perfect spot to discover Lustica Peninsula, the stone architecture, the view from the balcony, comfortable bed, parking, good hosts! The AC was noisy to sleep with.

• Mounica (6/5): Pleasant - We are young couple. The stay was edge of the mountain, the drive to the stay was thrilling and adventours everyday during nights. View from the balcony was good. We enjoyed the view every morning sipping coffe. We watched a beautiful Sunset from the balcony. There would have been hot plates to cook something.
