Being able to text an employee made customer service easier. The water constantly smelled bad and was even yellow at some points. Plumbing was very loud especially after a toilet flush. I would’ve enjoyed a king size bed for the money spent.
- Megan (5/5): Awful! - Location For starters you have to pay 10 dollars a day to park in your parking lot. Ridiculous! Secondly the floors in the elevators are all cracked. Third no towels in the pool area, had to ask for some. Forth, the whole hotel smelled like weed. It was so gross. Our room Had no linens for the pull out bed. It was just a mess.

- Leonardo (6/5): We are having second thoughts about cancelling our next stay there on February - The lobby was ok and it was close to an Indian restaurant that we wanted to try. And they gave us water bottles and mints at the front desk. The bathroom had 2 dirty face towels on the shower door and the toilet looked with remains as if someone pooped before we were there. The mattress was so bad that that we sunk in different ways and pretty deep . We couldn’t sleep well and we had to drive the next day.

Then our room had black mold and no blankets on the bed. I did make Nicole aware at the time of checkout. She said we would be followed up with by management.

- Pennye (6/5): - Staff was friendly but the hotel needs some updating. We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed. The sofa mattress was grossly stained and had crumbs all over it. A jellybean was stuck to the bottom. (They did replace it the second night so we could use it). The indoor pool had no heater and was very cold, the ice maker on our floor was broken, the ice bucket was cracked, the faucet in the kitchen sink was loose and had to be held to use. Breakfast was ok with sandwiches and waffles. Probably would not stay here again. The area is nice and close to everything- shopping and restaurants

- Susan (6/5): Not the worst stay but far frm our basic standards - First of all, the rooms are not secure - that is, you do not have to swipe your room key to get to your floor. Secondly - a reminder to all that this is a pet friendly hotel. Third, the breakfast is 1000% horrible. DO yourself a favor if you can afford it and walk a few steps to teh Einstein Bagels just across the parking lot. Your stomach will thank you. Fourth, when we requested an extra pillow, we were given one that was a feather pillow and not fully dry - completely unusable. Lastly, don't count on room service, even if you ask for it. We only received one clean for a 4 day/4 night stay. And despite the visible yuck on the ice bucket, it didn't get cleaned until I pointed it out. Then they washed it and got it right. All in all, not up to our preferred standards so we won't stay here again. Too many other much nicer choices at the same price point.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Lacking/Unexpected - We've stayed here several times in the past year or so. And we've never really had a problem but this time the mattress on the bed was worn and had a dip in it. Meaning, when you down the lower part of your body went down into a hole, and the shower wasn't at all what we're use to, it had been cleaned but not very well.

- Mark (4/5): - I've stayed here numerous times and was pleased. Tonight I was given a room that is not up to standards. There is mold on the wall and mold in the bath tub and my linens all have a strange smell as does the couch. I asked for a different room but the front desk person said they were full. Also it took her a long time to even come to the front desk and check me in. Usually I don't have this problem either.

We are planning for another trip in September, and this location has my eyes. The only thing I will say about the place is, we stayed in a queen suit and the bed was very close to the ac unit.

But, the somewhat “hidden” location provides for a very quiet and private atmosphere. Now that I know how to find it, I will definitely stay there again!

- Neal (10/5): Great nugget in Franklin! - The room was clean and spacious. I loved having an almost full sized refrigerator/freezer - super convenient! The wi-fi worked really well in the room. I enjoyed the curtain divider to give some privacy at night (we had 2 kids in the room). Great location - close to the Galleria mall, Target, and restaurants. Shout out to India Cafe - we walked there for dinner - super good. One of my favorite features was the free charging stations for hybrid/electric vehicles. It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly. No complaints from this family!

- Teresa (6/5): Quiet location - Front desk employee was wonderful and very efficient. Our room was comfirtable and clean with one exception. Two dinner plates that were up on the shelf were filthy as was silverware was dirty. There was drued foid on the plates. (Gross) before we left i loaded dishwasher and was going to run dishwasher but there was no soap no dish towel or dish cloth. We have stayed here multiple times and has always been clean so I'm hoping this incident is not repeated.
- Kym (6/5): - Sat night clerk very rude. I felt inconvenienced when I came down to ask a question and what was on her cell phone was more important than her customer. Looked up only to tell me no very rudely when I asked for an hour extension on our checkout and then it was back to her cell phone. Managers please teach your customer service people to put the phone away when dealing with a customer. So Rude!!!

- Sarah (5/5): Nice room and breakfast but loud guests overnight that prevented me from sleeping. - The breakfast was great! The location was perfect. The staff was nice. There was a group of individuals playing loud music and talking loudly, in the fireplace area on the patio from about 1am until 2am. They were so loud, they woke me up, since our room was on the second floor, just above that patio. I did go down to ask the front desk attendant to ask the men to be quieter and more considerate of guests sleeping. The front desk attendant apologized for the loud guests and said to tell her if it continued. Which the men did go back inside maybe 20 minutes later. Still, I feel anyone working the front desk should notice the loud music and ask them to quiet down before guests are awoken and have to walk downstairs to make a request. Also, the pool was very cold. I would expect an indoor pool to be a bit warmer.
