Guest Reviews
- Ravinder Mondair (10/5): - Cleaned comfortable. Great views.
- Neil (3/5): I was asked to submit a review, which I did. I then received an email from the hotel, with the first line being, ‘ what - It isn’t really a a hotel, little chalets. You let yourself in via a key fob system. The chalets were nice and clean. The restaurant part is tired and dated. It requires an overhaul and looks dingy with brown tables and chairs.
- Duncan (10/5): - Everything! Nothing!
- Clare (8/5): - Friendly & helpful staff, food high quality.
- RayProdanoff (9/5): - Its quiet, new and modern furnitures, huge bathroom, parking available. Only issue, with the breakfast takes ages to arrive after order.
- Robert (7/5): Reasonable value bed and breakfast, let down by lack of sound proofing and poor cleaning. - The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good.
Staff friendly. Floors not clean, especially in bathroom. A lot of dust and cobwebs.
Bedroom walls very thin and could hear neighbouring guests very loudly talking.
Bed very soft and not particularly comfortable.
- Ryan (9/5): - If you are doing a early morning track day at silverstone this is the ideal location.
- Gavin (10/5): Definitely recommend, will be staying again - How clean , and quiet the location was . Staff very helpful and polite. Nothing

- 955melissak (10/5): Quick family stay - We had a lovely quick overnight stay. The staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and had lots of space for the kids to run around freely which they loved. It was very peaceful sitting with a cup of tea in the morning watching the golfers. Would def go back.
- Katherine (10/5): - Location
- West (9/5): - Really nice view of gold course
The cooked breakfast was top quality proper English breakfast really nice friendly staff
Very peaceful quite The room was a little humid , bedding was a bit small
Bed still comfortable though !
Light came in even with curtens closed

- ivagroves3 (10/5): Silverstone which does not brake your bank account - I come here frequently as my son studies in Silverstone and the site is only a very short drive away. Lovely, peaceful accomodation, breakfast is plentiful and very nice to see some pastries now on offer.
dinner is good too, again plentiful and reasonably priced.
Would reccomend
- Paul (10/5): Excellent stay, brilliant staff highly recommended - Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, excellent value and breakfast is superb Nothing
- Sharon (10/5): Excellent value for money. - Everything Nothing
- Gillian (10/5): Brilliant stay. Will definitely be coming again! - The room was lovely and had everything we needed including a nice view. The location was so peaceful. Nothing. We loved everything.
- Gary (10/5): Exactly what we expected 👍🏽 - Great location, good food very friendly staff Outside chairs would have been nice.
- Emma (7/5): Lovely rooms, super clean. Prefect for couples or groups. - Super clean, really well laid out room. Very quiet. Great to have a mini fridge in the room. Plenty of space. Gorgeous views. Genuinely lovely accommodation. As a lone female traveller it felt very remote and I felt a little uneasy as none of the other cabins appeared to have guests in.. Didn’t sleep well as I didn’t realise it would feel so isolated and with no staff on site. Perfect if visiting as a couple or group and I’d return if for leisure with other people but I felt too vulnerable as a lone female.
- 427shonaw (10/5): Spacious room, quiet location - Great place to stay if visiting Silverstone. We had a family room that was very spacious with lovely view over the golf course. Staff were fruendly and food at the golf club was good.
- Claire (8/5): -
- Maria (7/5): Good experience - The location, views from the room and comfy bed Breakfast bar wasn't amazing.
- Michelle (8/5): - Great hotel with good pub food available The room could have been a little cleaner but this was a minor issue

- Victoria (9/5): Beautiful property, perfect location. - Perfect distance from Silverstone museum/circuit, the rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The only minor downfall was that we found the room was very cold, we tried to get the radiator to warm up but were unsuccessful. Other than that, the restaurant was lovely, food was wonderful, good prices on food and drink and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. If we’re ever in the area again, we’d definitely choose to stay here. N/A
- hill24 (10/5): Great place to stay! - Great place to stay with the family. Right next door to the Silverstone F1 track. Amazing food and breakfast was delicious! Room was very spacious, warm and comfortable! The staff were very friendly!

- Paul (9/5): What lovely staff! - Got there, had a problem with my car which got stuck. Staff super friendly, really helpful, got me out of a tight spot. Really quiet time of year so not much atmosphere. Didn't bother me but was certainly not party town

- corrinar277 (10/5): Great stay - Excellent staff, very attentive. Very quite spacious room, well heated and lit.Very clean room including the bathroom. Easy to find our room, if you followed the instructions.
Very good value breakfast in the morning, with everything cereal, yoghurt toast and the traditional English breakfast.
- goldie (5/5): Ok if desperate - Clean room Zip together bed and terrible breakfast
- Martin (10/5): -
- Laura (8/5): A really good find for a funeral in Banbury and a wake in Whittlebury, good value for money; restful - The bed was spacious and comfortable. There was lots of storage, including for long-hanging items, with hangers you can take completely off the rail. Good shower with excellent pressure. Good hospitality tray and the in-room fridge was a real bonus. Restaurant food was generous, of good quality and arrived promptly. We were only there for 2 nights for a funeral, but you could have gone for a week and not had any issues around unpacking all your clothes. Lovely large bath-sheets (2 each) and towel-warmer in the shower-room and, although this might sound odd to some people, really good quality toilet paper! Privacy - although there were curtains at the door and across the windows, you have no privacy once these are opened, as you are looking right onto the golf-course, so do keep them closed until you're ready! Lock-box was tricky in the dark at 19:45. Shower-unit door was in need of attention (Room 9).
- James (4/5): - Room was clean and bed reasonably comfortable It did not feel like a hotel stay. The bar which is the bar in the golf club closed at 9PM and the breakfast food was so-so. The feeling I got was that this is a golf club trying to generate income from having accommodation, but if they are doing that then they need to decide to make a good go of it and have proper hotel facilities.
- Anca (3/5): Poor - N/A Everything
- Ivars (9/5): Perfect for what we needed - Clean and quiet just what we needed after days work N/A
- Jeffrey (7/5): A pleasant stay ( sadly I was ill so couldn,t appreciate facilities - Room very clean and comfortable
- Vicki (10/5): Silverstone Golf Club - 5 stars! - The property was excellent, really good size for the 3 of us, great spot, perfect location for Silverstone. It was awesome. The staff were lovely, the food was top notch, big bathroom. Check in and out was seamless, they’ve nailed it. Highly recommend especially for a racing weekend. N/A - nothing it really was perfect.
- Alan (8/5): Smooth stay. Will consider again - Key box worked fine, good coms. Room warm, spacious & clean All good really. Better or a premium type coffee machine at breakfast would be a great upgrade
- Karen (8/5): -
- Caroline (5/5): Nice place, comfortable, but one or two issues. - The location and the access details. The shower water didn't heat up, leaving us to have luke warm showers. This was made even more unpleasant by the fact that the wall mounted towel heater also didn't heat up, meaning the whole bathroom was cold.
- null (6/5): An OK stay, but expensive for what you get. - It was very easy to get the keys from the key safe and the room was comfortable with reasonable facilities. The bed was comfortable and the size stated on the website. The staff we did see were friendly.
The main menu for breakfast was OK. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - both the mugs were dirty and the toilet seat was broken. The breakfast was also disappointing - when advised that we could help ourselves to what was in the "buffet" all that was on offer was tea, coffee, juice, a few cereals and a yoghurt. There was no fruit at all and no sign of any pastries or toast, as described in the breakfast advertised. We asked whether there was any fruit and we were advised that all that they had were apples. The main menu was OK, but not great. Overall, I felt that what we received was not worth what we paid.
- Rosie (10/5): -
- Luisa (10/5): - Clean and spacious Nothing
- Loren (10/5): -
- Becky (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Excellent value for money and a cracking breakfast to top it off! - Practically across the road from Silverstone, great for the Lap of Lights. Lovely and warm when we arrived and the breakfast was FANTASTIC! Lovely staff too. N/A
- L4791UXruthv (10/5): Lovely time had - Had a great 1 night stay. Good communication throughout. Lovely room, massive bathroom.
Ate dinner and breakfast, both were nice. Staff nice a friendly.
Easy to find.
Would stay again if in the area
Good value for money.
- Gareth (8/5): I have stayed in a similar set up in Bisley but the staff member was warm & friendly.the clubhouse main entrance is - When I checked over our lodge it was warm & welcoming & the staff were friendly but unfortunately we weren’t able to stay as planned due a personal issue Not being able to drive up closer to the lodge as the gravel path & the other tight walk through is very unsuitable for wheelchair users.
- Graham (10/5): -
- N386UMrichardl (8/5): Good place to stay for Silverstone circuit - Overall good experience - good communication concerning check in and access to room, room was airy and spacious, bed very comfortable and lovely hot shower. Breakfast was ok, what you expect from a golf club.
- Departure62795070020 (10/5): Inviting stay - Staff were helpful and inviting, room was lovely and quite in the night. We was running late in the morning and the staff kindly made breakfast to take away, which help us loads. Would stay again and thank you to all the staff.
- Kevin (10/5): -
- Nigel work (9/5): - Clean and modern rooms right on the golf course. Room lighting was a little dark and no vanity mirror lighting.
- Stacie (9/5): -
- Richard (10/5): -
- Ian (9/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): - Location, quiet
- jayjV9818OC (10/5): Great quality Sunday roast - Delicious top quality Sunday roast. Good quality ingredients in a tasty carvery, great choice of lovely desserts. Our first visit, but definitely wont be the last.
- Andrew (9/5): -
- Gemma (8/5): -
- Siak (5/5): Bad - Sucks big time I wanted to cancel because change of plans 1 week before and was rejected Nothing the room is so far from the carpark and have to drag the luggage there.
- O9383KKclairem (8/5): Good all round & very convenient for Silverstone circuit. - Good base for a night away visiting Silverstone circuit. Beds were comfortable. Nice big bath sheets. Tea, coffee & biscuits provided.
Dinner in the clubhouse was good, plenty of choice & it was served quickly.
Nice quiet location & only a few minutes from Silverstone. Breakfast was good with a choice of cooked dishes & was served quickly which was handy as we had an early start. Good value for money. Easy self check in. Plenty of parking.
- Adrian (6/5): Nice location, bit expensive - Good location
Chalet style huts Disabled bathroom, everything at a low height
Breakfast was mediocre, poor choice
- Donna (10/5): A fabulous room for a family. - The hotel had been in regular contact in leading up to our stay and we had very clear instructions about our stay, key safe and available food for the evening. N/A
- Michael (7/5): -
- Joanne (9/5): -
- Roberto (8/5): -
- Limer (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable - Room was very comfortable and its location overlook the pond and the golf course was lovely. Food was very good and the staff bent over backwards to be helpful. Shower could do with a good scrub with bleach between the tiles and around the base.
- Marvin (10/5): close to race track and lady behind the bar was great made us feel very welcome - left to early for breakfast but our evening meal was great lighting round the key code box could have been a little better ended up using the torch on our phone to see number on box as outside light was turned off from in the room
- Fiona (8/5): - Excellent customer service. Breakfast exceptional. Room comfortable but space. They could make improvement on extras
- Gary (9/5): -
- alan (10/5): Very welcome stay and pleasant staff food excellent - Spacious and very clean Value for money and breakfast was lovely
- Jane (10/5): -
- Phil (8/5): Very enjoyable stay; very value for money, including bar food. - Lovely setting; spacious room;' comfortable bed; nice veranda setting with chairs. i. Uncertain hot water in sink.
ii.Lack of loo brush
ii. Lack of water glasses
- Michael (9/5): - Comfortable good sized room. Friendly staff and great evening meals. Hot breakfast was good. Could do with slightly better shower pressure and slightly more continental choice at breakfast.
- David (10/5): - Very good breakfast and comfortable room
- Jill (8/5): A pleasant stay, in ideal position for Silverstone circuit. - Very pleasant room overlooking the golf course, very quiet. Nice to find water in the room in addition to the tea, coffee and biscuits. A good selection of cooked breakfasts - generous portions. We ate once in the restaurant and the sirloin steaks were particularly good. We found the restaurant rather chilly, it lacked colour and was a little soulless, although in fairness we did arrive in the middle of a storm.
