• Ting ling (5/5): Disappointed….. - Toilet smelly and air con on off on off and staff not smiling face. Spent 4D3N and room was clean one day only!! We put the card hanging since morning at 8.30 am till we came back at 10 pm . Room not clean at all.

• Rabeca (1/5): Pathetic. - Absolutely nothing. Extremely overpriced for a tiny room. Uncomfortable and hard bed with a joke of a blanket. The hygiene of the air conditioner and ventilation was questionable. Tiny bathroom with no separation between shower and toilet. Mold on the bathroom door frame and non-existent exhaust. Insufficient drainage so there is always stagnant water in the bathroom. Generally staff was alright but one older gentleman was very passive aggressive.

But their staff Rhea came to our rescue and assigned a new room that made us feel more comfortable and offered assistance for just about anything we needed. Thank you, Rhea! I loved how you paid sincere attention to our needs to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

They were not just helpful, but genuinely accommodating in every way. You can tell they care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Service like this is rare these days — they deserve full credit for creating such a positive experience. Highly recommended. Will definitely return because of people like them!

• Niven (5/5): Cheap and comfortable - If you are just wanting a room and a bed for nighttime its fine, its cost effective as Singapore is an expensive place anyway. Reception I found friendly and helpful. Its 2 star so you get what you pay for, if you are wanting to spend heaps of time at the hotel there isn't much to do but its a good base to explore from.
