- DANIELA ELIZABETH (10/5): - Un lugar confortable
- Erica (8/5): - Although this hotel is not ENGLISH FRIENDLY, they went above and beyond to help with transportation calls. The staff was very friendly. Their were no pests, although this hotel is older it's great for short stays. It could get quite noisy at night.
- Angelica (2/5): Not good - When we went to check in, we were told there were no rooms even though I had made the reservation that day. We got there late and had to go driving around looking for a place to stay. The front lady was nice though. Nothing else
- Ricardo (10/5): - Excelente
- Jose R (10/5): - Excelent service
- Christian (10/5): - Good place to stay in piedras negras, good breakfast, great location.
- ALFREDO BARRERA (8/5): - sin comentarios adicionales
- ADYR OMAR (10/5): - Muy buen hotel
- Andres (6/5): - Not that good, everything looks old and not in condition. Carpet looks dirty. Beds are not confortable. I had to park outside on the streets because all parking spots were already taken. Breakfast was ok. I been in better places for less $. Paid $66 us dollars for the night.
- Cynthia (8/5): Check out - The check out was at 2pm and they ask us for the room at 1 pm ..
So we have to leave
- Octavio I (10/5): - Muy limpia y cómoda y silenciosa
- Jose (8/5): - Amables
- Guillermo (8/5): - They have a nice happy hour burger. With a vampiros to drink. Place is dated but it’s part of the charm
- David (10/5): - Km
- Timothy (8/5): Its all good - It's all good.A little older and dated in spots but was clean.Good secure parking.Walking distance to my dentist.Breakfast was fine.Theres a nice bakery across the street.Be prepared to use google translate if you don't speak Spanish. They said NO visitors,I assume since i was a guy traveling alone and they don't want the walkers around. Will be reserving a room next month with them for myself and family.
- Carla (10/5): - Fast and convenient.
- Joan (10/5): - This is an older hotel...but it is very comfortable. The front desk personnel are very nice..the breakfast buffet is very good..I don't usually get up for breakfast, but not this time.
Expedia sent texts to my phone so I could show it to desk..it helped with English to Spanish. Since this is older infrastructure, there was no ice or microwave..but I had my own ice chest and water. I would recommend staying here..not fancy,,,but comfy. and the rates were very competitive. it was not from Zona Central...a bit of a walk..but doable!
- Joan (10/5): - All is well... Property is "old infrastructure
",,,but solid. No ice and microwave.
- ROSARIO ANTONIO VALDEZ (8/5): - Un poco de ruido
- Alejandra (2/5): - Room service bothers you to early checkout to clean couple times
- Jose (8/5): - Good
- José Luis (10/5): - Good place
- Gregorio (8/5): - Staff very helpful and pleasant and atmosphere very beautiful
- Anailis (2/5): - Horrible treatment, they are racist towards foreigners, for them the rooms and the taxi service are only for Mexicans. They discriminate based on origin and race, denying services and stays that have even been reserved. And when you call them they tell you that they don't speak English just so they don't give any explanations and you speak to them in Spanish and they hang up on you. I have never seen anything like it. It is a shame for Mexicans that they behave like this and give that image of a country that on other occasions has left me wanting to return. I just don't recommend it.
- Stephy (10/5): - I’ve stayed here a couple of times before and it’s been a pretty great place to stay the night after a long drive. They have 24/7 security, which is great if you have a truck loaded with things in the back. They make sure no one steals your things, especially at night time. Affordable and just a pleasant place to stay with breakfast included.

- Nephtaly (10/5): - The property is so close to international bridges. Security of the property 24/7 and everyone is so friendly and polite. As a solo female traveler I am not concerned about my safety at any given moment while staying at the property.
- Yadira (10/5): - Its an old hotel that is well maintained, walking distance from border. Nice staff , good food.
- yesenia (10/5): Gem of a place ❤️ - Great stay for the price. This will be my home away from home, from now on. I felt safe, taken care of by staff. It’s a great place. Property is very well maintained. Good shopping at walking distance.
- Ernesto (2/5): - No rooms available
- Jose (10/5): - Good parking, excellent staff. Felt very secure and enjoyed all of the property and amenities. Excellent swimming pool!! Will definitely return!!!!
- Herson (6/5): - downtown was very closeby, I didn't like the beds very uncomfortable and to old mattresses, the shower didn't come out enough water and water pressure from the showerhead. not enough light it was too dark in the room, and the AC was not cooling enough
- Jose (10/5): - It was amazing
- Luckson (2/5): - Nothing there wasn’t place
- Blanca (10/5): Love it!!! - Staff is very friendly. The night security doing his walks adds to the safety. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. And I’m in love with the sitting area at the corner, the area is gorgeous.
- Selene (8/5): Great stay! - First time staying at this hotel and I’ve got to say, AMAZING! Great stay! Only a few things that threw me and my family off was that the bathroom had only sliding door in the wall in shower and the door knob to the bathroom had the closing latch on the opposite side. (Can only be closed from the outside which was odd to us). The cleaning crew was very nice and attentive however they tend to be a little loud when early in the morning, the walls were a little thin but overall it was a great stay. We didn’t get to eat their complimentary breakfast from 7am-10am but I thought it was pretty cool that they provided this service. Great front desk personnel and very clean hotel. Thank you for a comfortable stay while we were down here!
- Maria (8/5): - Really good hotel excellent service
Staff really friendly, breakfast free.
The border line nearby
- José (8/5): - Very unique, secure and well maintained.
- Claudia (10/5): - Indoor outside pool and the Authentic Mexican breakfast buffet and it was very Clean and well taken care of!
- JOSE (6/5): - Window in shower broken and at night loud music from adjacent proper at 2 to 4 am. Everything else just above average.
- Miguel (10/5): - Great location with easy access to the shops
- Ana Laura (8/5): - Its located close to several businesses.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Swimming pool close to the room!
I have nothing bad to say about this place
- Lucia (6/5): - Hotel Does Not have enough parking. So if you're there on a busy weekend plan to park out on the street. Front desk clerk doesnt care about you or your stay! Do not plan on staying here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - in the middle of town
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Terrible service. Did not respect our reservation at all. We booked a room via Expedia and for our confirmation number. I phone this hotel in the morning of the day of arrival and they did confirm they had our reservation. On the evening of the arrival I phoned them again and this time they claim they did not have our reservation and were told that they were sold out anyway. We had to seek out an alternative and we did secure a lodging via Expedia, thankfully. Do not use them. They won't honor your booking and leave you stranded.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I like becouse is not to far from the casino
- Pearl (10/5): Great hotel - Every time I take my trip I always stay here. Close to the market and to the entryway of eagle pass. I love that their always checking who comes in and out and plenty of security in place. It's not new on furniture but they have made upgrades to lots of rooms. They have a great buffet style for breakfast and the food is always delicious and water pressure and clean rooms,as a housekeeper my self I will continue to stay here for the service they present.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Locacion
- Raul (8/5): - Have used this Inn a numerous times and have never been disappointed. Very comfortable and friendly place
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Second time staying here walking distance to my doctors office great hospitality and staff. Beautiful landscapes not the greatest rooms. First stay room full of mosquitoes with moldy smell. Full hot breakfast but no hot water in the morning second stay. Really hard for me to recommend this hotel to others but it does have clean linens and does the job if you’re not looking for luxury. I encourage them to update room comfort.
- Gregorio garza (10/5): - Excelente
- Luis (10/5): Nice hotel, great price - Room was very clean, enjoyed the king sized bed, very quiet during the night.
The hotel was not hard to find.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Quit yet close to all really enjoy the family stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly staff, good amenities n worth the price. Location close to centro
- Connie (10/5): - From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt comfortable, relaxed and truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, our room was clean and well tended to.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - If you need something last minute is ok, parking is not assigned and there’s almost no where to park even if you are a guest, soap bars on bathroom were used and old, there’s no consideration or regulation for noise control and you can hear everything in your room (even someone talking in the parking lot) , they won’t say anything to other people making noise or being loud , maid was rude and with attitude. As I said for last minute option is ok but definitely not worth the price paid. Definitely not recommended if you want some rest and peace.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Always a great stay!! Food,pool,cleaniness & the drinks 4sure!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Rooms are very old we had to change rooms because apon arrival there was a small snake in our shower beds are hard you can feel the springs in the mattress, room phone did not have a working phone in the room and them to top it off they did not allow family to visit you in the motel so i was disappointed in that to say the least i will not be staying there again so no i don't recommend this hotel
- Elias (8/5): Hotel - Was pretty good. There are 2 things than I don't agree much with it. The price of hotel.com was different than the price the charger in the hotel, it wasn't much but I don't like the fact the hotel charge more. 2 the beds is the other thing it wasn't the greatest is little uncomfortable. Other of that everything was fabulous
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I wasnt even able to check inn . i got there front desk told me there was no reservation i show them the comformation # and they still said no and plus he said they couldnt do. Anything cause they were sold out!!! Horrible experience... I will not use autel rio ever and orbitz ever again!!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Bed arent comfortable, furniture needs to be updated. We liked the happy hour and the pool.
- Jorge (6/5): Okay stay - Our room was by the pool which is a good thing. The room was spacious but it could use be remodeled a few things around needed fixtures. Evening was loud people walking up and down the stairs talking loudly and stopping hard as they walked. The WiFi didn’t work appropriately would not connect or the signal wasn’t strong enough to use. Breakfast was really good but their was an employee who worked there I guess he was one of the cooks that seemed that he didn’t want to be there that morning was a tad rude when he was asked for something and would his facial expression to where he would roll his eyes a bit or make some face moody gesture. But other than everything it was a pleasant stay.
- Raul (10/5): Great - As always, a great stay
- Jesse (10/5): - Nice peaceful great location and accessible to surrounding places
- Evelin (10/5): Look fo further - I've been staying at this hotel with my family for years. The staff from housekeeping to the front desk are very friendly and amazing service. I love the fact that they have a little cafeteria for the guest to eat breakfast. Throughout the day, you can stop by to get some snacks. The pool is pretty cool anyone looking for a hotel this has to be the spot plus it's walking distance to the plaza, church, and market. Can't forget about happy hour.
Free wifi and food (in the mornings) and adults beverages at night.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Stay was perfect loved the stay would stay thir again anytime
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was good. Except us people that do not have the consideration of others or anything. A gentleman next door to our suite, was outside talking loud on the phone before 630 am in the morning. We even opened the door just to let him know he was being to loud. But noo he just went on and on.
- Lucia (10/5): - Very close to stores, within walking distance
Breakfast is great
Service is great
Friendly
- Janice (6/5): - This hotel was reserved for my daughter and mother in law. When they arrived they were told the hotel had not been paid for yet which it was ordered with my credit card, which of course they did not have on them so they ended up having to pay with their card. Then the beds were very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle so 2 people sleeping together roled into each other. The bathroom did not have a/c so even though you took a cold shower you still left sweating. The pool is in off to the side of the parking lot and did not have a fence around it. Also the parking lot was striped oddly. Not a horrible place to spend a quick night. But not what I would have chosen if I knew more about it. The good was it was a block away from the bus station.
- Hilda (10/5): Nice - I was confortable end the breakfast so good, I love that we can make barbecue, and the rooms are prety clean

- Carolyn (8/5): We as a family enjoyed our stay! - We went to spend New Years with Family the weather was cold and and it rained on one of the days but of course we don’t have control of weather. But we enjoyed our stay the beds were comfortable and the breakfast Buffet was great! We will definitely consider staying again when needing a Hotel in Mexico. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
