- Explorer15791258282 (2/5): Bed experience of the stay. - The floor of the room was very dirty. I asked for a cleaning, but no one came. I asked to turn on the television, but no one came to fix it. The facilities were very poor. Noise from the outside station was coming into the room, disturbed my sleep.
Location should be changed to improve the atmosphere.
Staying at Hotel Le Roi Jammu is a waste of money and time. If visitors does not want to waste money then I strongly advise them not to make booking in this hotel.
- Ravesh (1/5): Horrible. - There was Nothing to like about this property The stuff, cleaningless, the floor in room was sticky, the wall of the room had mold everywhere, the bed sheets and comforter and pillows smelled like pee.
The bathroom toilet flush was broken , there was an hole on the ceiling ,
On booking.com there was parking and breakfast included in the price and once we reached there we were told that there is no parking and no breakfast, its not that we would the breakfast .
We arrived at the hotel at 12am and it was very late for to find another hotel.
We didn’t even sleep at night, I requested two more towels and we just sat on the towels all night and we left the hotel at 7am

Infrastructure is good enough but shows lack of supervision and maintenance due to the fact that it is bang on Jammu Railway Station. Only good for a quick beer and snacks if you happen to be on the railway station.

They need to make sure this does not happen again as this was a bad experience for us. Everything else was okay and fine in the room.
- Safari58864295342 (10/5): Le Roi Hotel Stay Review – 5/5 Stars (Check-in: 13 April, Check-out: 14 April) - My stay at Le Roi was excellent and truly hassle-free. I had accidentally made a booking for 13th May instead of 13th April on MakeMyTrip. Since the booking was non-refundable, it was a bit stressful at first. However, the hotel staff, especially Mr. Rajesh, coordinated with MakeMyTrip and arranged a room for me against the same booking date, which was a big relief.
There was a bit of difficulty due to the non-refundable nature of the original booking, but the support from Mr. Sharma (General Manager) was truly commendable. He ensured everything was handled smoothly.
Thanks to the helpful and cooperative staff, my overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

We had a group reservation for a wedding and reached early morning.As we were travelling with kids and senior citizens, we requested for a room to rest before our rooms were made available for us.The front office boys were arrogantly emphasizing that they had no rooms available and the hotel was full (what a joke, considering the condition the hotel is in). After requesting a couple of times, the sardar guy at the reception asked us to pay early check in charges for a room for 3 hours. I insisted on a upi payment but was asked to pay in cash, which the duo at the reception happily pocketed!! (Saw them grinning & doing that). At checkout we raised an issue and got a bill for the same though! ( Say NO to corruption). Coming to the rooms...well if you are ok sharing your living space with cockroaches & mosquitoes, you deserve my salute! The only good thing here was the friendly housekeeping staff. The food is terrible to say the least except a couple of items like fries and noodles. The buffet breakfast is a joke altogether! I don't even want to get started on that! So a word of caution - Stay in a dharamshala if u can but AVOID this shabby property for your own good!

During my stay, there was no hot water for two consecutive days due to a faulty geyser, and the staff took no urgency in addressing it. Additionally, the key to Room 214 was non-functional, requiring frequent trips to get a master key.No toiletries were provide . Overall, a frustrating experience.

- Dream28596317039 (2/5): Worst experience Leroi Jammu - During my maiden visit to jammu I hv chosen Leroi Hotel due to it's location .
However after reaching and checkin I felt this my biggest mistake to chose Leroi hotel Jammu.due to following reasons.
1. The Hotel was very dirty as despite repeated reminders there was a very bad smell of dirty clothes or sewage waste kept on the floor and not cleaned.
After reporting to reception they are not accepting thus as they know that this issue is real and the staff is knowing every thing.
2. In shower area there us no water tap .How can a person will was their feels if he or she wants.No buckets provided.
No toiletries were provided also.
3. For 2 persons only 1 Bath towel is provided.
4. The toilet door handle of room 116 is broken.
5. The floor of rooms are very slippery and not cleaned properly.
6.The washrooms of both the rooms have not proper drainage .and also the washrooms had very vad smell and not properly sanitised.
7.The staff is very rude and not at all cooperative.
I will surely raise thus review and issues at all platforms.So other customers will rethink before booking rooms in Leroi jammu.

There shud be better lighting, as there were dim lights in the rooms. Definitely worth the price.

Hotel le roi haridwar, delhi, dehradun, raipur, udaipur I stayed these locations so around 2 times minimum.
But this one le roi jammu very pathetic, food very pathetic, I ordered veg noodles and don't know what was it me and my daughter eat it and then after some time she start vomiting.
I also feel not well.
Rooms are not as per upto the mark, washroom not as per class of le roi no amenities are available as per class of le roi.

- Somsukla (1/5): Bad - It was the worst property I have ever booked. I will share the details so that no one else experiences in future what I faced at this property.
I had booked this place well in advance and full payment was charged on my card a day before my arrival. I didn’t mind since I had my booking confirmed. On the date of my arrival I called the number I was provided with through booking.com and further informed about my check in time being slightly late, since I was on a road trip from Delhi and we faced traffic issues. The guy in call reconfirmed my booking and assured me not to worry. After all this, when I finally reached this property with my family (aged parents with me), to my utter surprise they absolutely denied my booking. Apparently the most unprofessional guy at the reception had no clue about my booking and he had the audacity to misbehave with me and my husband. He kept on saying ‘hotel is sold out’ and he showed no interest to see all the proof of my booking I had. The guy whom I spoke to just an hour ago simply didn’t receive my calls when I frantically tried to call him to sort this out internally since he already confirmed my booking. Although I finally managed to get the rooms I paid for since I had all proofs with me, it was the most awful experience I encountered at any hotel. Their internal system glitch and extremely unprofessional staff at reception made it the worst hotel I have ever booked and we left super early in the morning from this godforsaken place. Avoid this hotel.
