- Christelle (10/5): Hôtel très bien situé à Copacabana - Hôtel très bien situé sur Copacabana. Personnel très agréable surtout à la réception qui nous ont aidé pour un objet oublié dans un Uber, pour leurs conseils resto, visites et leurs sourires au quotidien. La chambre était très bien, nous avons été surclassé avec une terrasse assez grande. Le rooftop et sa piscine sont top, même si nous n’avons pu en profiter beaucoup à cause du temps. Petit déjeuner correct et avec du choix, et une vue magnifique sur la plage. Large choix de Restaurants, laverie, location de vélo à proximité. Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas souriant et pas très accueillant, ce qui détonnait avec le reste du personnel.

We found it shocking that we spent 5 nights there, in not a cheap room, and that we had to pay the 4 coffee capsules that we consumed in the coffee machine of the room. These capsules in any other hotel are courtesy. Cheap move!

- karimmaarouf (10/5): Great for a stay in Copacabana - We stayed here just for one night but it was really enjoyable. The hotel is a great condition and rooms are comfortable and spacious. It is on the second row from the beach and in a better area of Copacabana. The breakfast buffet was very nice. There is also a small pool and bar area on the roof with a nice view over the beach. I would recommend staying here if in Copacabana.

Persoonlijk vinden wij Ipanema een leukere wijk maar Copacabana heeft ook veel te bieden. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed en veel. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen!

- Tiffany (8/5): Très bien situé, avec un personnel qui fait vraiment la différence - Emplacement idéal à Copacabana, à seulement 1 min de la plage et entouré de nombreux magasins et restaurants. L’hôtel est propre, moderne, et le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et chaleureux. Belle vue depuis le restaurant où est servi le petit‑déjeuner, et cadre agréable sur le rooftop avec piscine — parfait pour rejoindre les copains autour d’une Caïpi, même si l’espace reste un peu réduit. Petit‑déjeuner varié, avec du choix qui change chaque jour. L’établissement pourrait gagner en démarche éco‑responsable : les serviettes et les produits de toilette étaient remplacés quotidiennement, même lorsque ce n’était pas nécessaire. La douche mériterait également une amélioration : manque de pression et l’eau coule dans tous les sens. Enfin, certains produits du petit‑déjeuner gagneraient à être de meilleure qualité.

- Stefan (7/5): Kleines Hotel in guter Lage. - Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Copacabana. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksraum mit toller Aussicht. Lieder war der Safe defekt und konnte auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden. Leider war das Frühstück nicht so gut. Kaffee war ungenießbar und Frühstück selbst eher durchschnittlich. Fenster sind nur einfachverglast, so dass der Straßenlärm fast ungefiltert ins Zimmer kommt. Zimmer sind recht klein.

- 806christopherj (10/5): A fantastic holiday - What a gem of a hotel the Ritz is. It’s in the ideal location, one block back from Copacabana Beach and central. The hotel itself is very contemporary and clean. Our double room 1001 was spacious, the bed was comfy, there was a large wardrobe and the bathroom had a great walk in shower. The only slight issue was there were no drawers. The breakfast bar on the 15th floor is spacious and light with views of the beach. The bar and pool area on the roof were also lovely with views of the beach. All the staff were very polite and helpful but I want to give special praise to Joseph in the bar and Shirley on reception.

A személyzet mindegyik tagja nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, tulajdonképpen ez kompenzálta a szálloda egyéb hiányosságait. A szoba és a fürdőszoba is kicsi volt és sötét. Az ablak az előttünk lévő másik szállodára nézett. A ruháknak alig volt hely a szekrényben. A wc kétszer is eldugult.

The breakfast buffet is excellent and the one dinner meal we had in the restaurant was very good. Also, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. On the negative side, we were amazed that the bathroom sink had no hot water--only cold! Additionally, we were never able to get anything more than just barely warm water in the shower.

There is no place to even hang a towel inside the bathroom and water can splash through door to room if shower is on full. There is no hand shower. The toilet paper was very poor quality. More like face tissue. We booked two tours through the hotel. The jeep safari to Tijuca National Park is useless. The driver guide did not know much at all. Also tour was not done for number of hours quoted.

- Kerstin (9/5): Schönes Hotel, Copacabana um die Ecke - Schönes grosses Zimmer, Copacabana in 2 Minuten um die Ecke zu Fuss. Gutes Frühstücksbuffett im 15. Stock mit Aussicht. Bequeme Betten. Unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock (202) daher war der Strassenlärm nicht zu überhören. Auf der Baustelle um die Ecke wurde bis spät nachts gearbeitet. Zimmer ist schon ein wenig dunkel, auch tagsüber, aber da ist man ja selten. Leider gab es manchmal nur 1 Handtuch, obwohl wir zu zweit waren. Pool ist in Wirklichkeit deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern

- JoannaBLZ (10/5): Awesome hotel - I highly recommend this hotel. Located right by Avenida Atlantica and Copacabana beach. Close to shops and other key locations. New, clean and elegant. Staff very pleasant - at the reception, bar and breakfast - Jane Rosa and her colleagues did everything to make sure I enjoyed all the delicious food options.
