• Erin (6/5): Ok for one night. - Low cost for budget travel. The bed was comfortable. It appears to be long past its best days but works for one night. It is a bit rundown, shower tiles had some mold.

• Rachel (8/5): Great price value for short stays - Simple looking but has everything you need if you expect to eat out most nights and bring back leftovers as it has a microwave and a mini fridge but no full kitchen. Also has a coffee machine with a few packs of grounded coffee. Not stingy on towels and face cloths. Has a big open coat rack. Good amount of different light sources and plugs. You have good privacy and your car can be parked in front of your unit. Parking space is very big. Very good price value. Check in is straight forward and staff is friendly. Location is great as its within 15min of all the major stores and lots of amazing restaurants. Pillows were thin.

The fan wasn't working and dangling from the ceiling, no cover on the light, bath curtain was dirty, the tub was full of stains,didn't want to touch the bathroom door cause it was filty dirty.

• Rachel (8/5): Overall very happy with our stay. Thank you! - Good value for the price, loved having the kitchenette to cook during our stay. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Good location - not too far of a drive to Charlottetown/downtown attractions, and less expensive than stay right in downtown. Room had a smart tv but we were unable to connect it to the Internet to watch Netflix/YouTube which we would have enjoyed. We appreciated the cookware provided with the kitchenette but would have liked dish soap/cleaning utensil to wash between uses (Dinner - breakfast)

WiFi worked A/C was advertised but the A/C units were sealed up. This would have been fine but they were sealed over the only window to open leaving me sealed in an oven. Bathroom fan didn't work. There's a lot of long-stay tenants and the folks in my neighbouring suite had loud angry conversations nightly, culminating in a 3am screaming and door slamming match

• Sarah (10/5): The staff was so helpful. She helped me to my room with my bags and made sure I was in and comfortable - Conveniently located. Great value. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy!!
• T of Canada (4/5): Old, smelled of smoke, and long term tenants - Not much to he honest. The staff were quite nice. 1. Old saggy beds 2. Noise from neighbors 3. Noise from random people parking their cars in the lot with their music pumping 4. Smoking is permitted nearly everywhere. Because of this you cannot have your window open as in my case, the neighbour literally sat out my door and chain smoked. 5. Because of $4, I felt unsafe, it smelled bad, I could not get fresh. 6. I reported this to staff, and they didn't seem to care much. I said / requested that the smoking police reviewed. Ie: recreate a designated smoking area that is away from the rooms. There is space for such. 7. Rooms and entire decor is from 1970s. 8. Noise from 'highway' was constant.

They will chase you away until we came out of the room till 11, Even-though we leave before 11 am . Hope they improve things Good

The room has a stale smell when you walk in. The area outside full of spider and webs. We will not be back to this motel

• Elwood (4/5): - The staff was accommodating to our requests. The room looks nothing like the ad as far as furnishings and the area around the motel. Huge buildings are being built around it, no open lawn/grounds, construction sounds early in the morning and it's a very busy road. The condition of the room was poor with rusty baseboards and pipes. It's on a one-way road so only right turns are possible. If you want to go left you have to travel to the next rotary to get turned around. Picked it based on price. Got what we paid for I guess. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.
• Michael (3/5): Cheap motel, no bugs but not nice or clean. Would not stay again. - Location was pretty good. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Bed was way too small, hanging off the end. Bathroom plumbing rusty/corroded. Room looked OK, but upon further inspection it was still pretty dirty. Dripped some water on the floor, wiped it up with a tissue and the tissue was black. After that, did not take off shoes inside. Luckily didn't see any bugs.
• Reb (1/5): Get an AirBnB instead - It was close to downtown Charlottetown. The fridge was a good size. The bathroom door couldn't close or lock. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper for two guests. The toilet seat was not fully attached, so I would slide when I sat on it. When people say there are no amenities, they mean it; there are about 10 TV channels, two outlets, and 1 sugar and 1 creamer for the tiny coffee machine. There is also no fan in the bathroom, so I imagine they just paint over the mould. The AC filter hasn't been replaced in a long time, and I was kind of scared to turn it on. Underneath the pillowcases and protectors, the pillows were very yellow and hadn't been replaced in a long time. There is also a significant gap in the door. I took videos of everything, but Booking.com doesn't allow me to attach videos. I also woke up with bites both nights I was there. I have to get my car detailed now because I'm scared about bedbugs. I paid $260 for two nights and more or less. All it gave me was a bed and a fridge to use. That's it. There is nothing else. It's the bare minimum, and you might bring home bonus bugs.

• Laurie (6/5): You get what you pay for - It is a very OUTDATED place, feels like you are in the 70s. The road is a one-way, so you have to drive into Charlottetown to go the opposite way. Parking was a joke, you have to park in front of your room door otherwise you get told. I arrived, parked in a spot (it was empty all around), went in the office, got my room key, walked to my room and got a knock on my door to move my car, I was accidently parked in someone's spot (all this in a span of 5 mins)

• Mikaël (4/5): Décevant - L'emplacement de l'hôtel et le faible coût de la nuitée par rapport à la compétition. De plus, le lit était confortable et la chambre était climatisée. Il y avait des insectes dans la chambre et nous n'avons pas arrivé à trouver d'où ils venaient... Mais nous avons compris pourquoi le lendemain matin lors de notre départ: la personne qui faisait les chambres nous a dit de laisser la porte de la chambre ouverte, ce qui permettait alors aux insectes d'y pénétrer. Nous n'en revenions tout simplement pas! De plus, le détecteur de fumée s'est mis à émettre un "beep" de pile faible à toutes les minutes durant la nuit, ce qui nous a réveillé. De plus, la toilette était mal fixée au sol et le robinet de la douche nous est resté dans la main lorsque nous avons ouvert l'eau.
