Guest Reviews
- Yvette (10/5): - OLDER PROPERTY
- Verified traveler (10/5): Avoiddddd.... - Good lord what a dump. We turned around and stayed somewhere else.
- Mary (2/5): - The rooms are old and dirty and the wifi doesn't work
- Michael (2/5): - I got charged twice for my stay and can't get one to.fix it
- Frank (4/5): - Actually there was nothing about the property that was likeable. There is quite a bit that requires attention before it would be accepable.
- Jamie (2/5): - They had bed bugs
- Ronnie (2/5): - Worst stay i have ever had at any establishment. They unlocked my door and walked in at 11:00 P.M. while me and my wife were sleeping. The room window did not lock. I had to wedge a cane in the window to somewhat feel safe. The room smelled so badly with baby powder. It was over powering. My mother also stayed and her room loxk did not work. She had to ask tge front desk to unlock the door everytime she needed back in. Her bath tub had a huge crack in it. The worst stay ever. Will never go back, and i advise everyone to avoid at all cost.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst stay at a motel ever - I stayed without no TV no micove and no freezer had a half of roll of tissue for two days... And housekeeping walked in on me and my husband and two am
- Faith (4/5): - Convenient
- Faith (6/5): - No remote in the room it was dirty and the refrigerator didn't work
- Dawn (2/5): AVOID this place at all cost - - [ ] For the most part, I don’t write reviews on products or complaint because I like to choose my battles. I dont want to sweat on small stuff but this one got me bad. I come to Ardmore for work. I work 12 works night shift and I needed a place to sleep. The first thing that bothered was I was having skin rash while I was staying in there. I didn’t make a big deal out of it. The second thing that bothered me was, one time I when to check in and they told me no vacant room. I told them I had booked it for weeks and paid for it full online and they called the manager and arranged a room for me at a different property. Because of all that I was late to work 15 mins and my patient care was compromised. I again didn’t make a big thing out of it. When I checked in at the new property, they took my credit card information and told me I wont be charged. A little over $50 was charged and when I told the manger about it, I was informed that it wasn’t charged and it will go back to my account soon. A few days went by and I didn’t get the money back. Because of it, the manager said he will let me do late check outs and let me stay in one night. Again I didn’t let that bother me. It was my last day to stay and I went to my room after work. I get off at work around 7AM. I wasn’t able to open the door so I went to the front desk to tell them. That guy I spoke to was the worst. He was trying to tell me something and I didn’t quite understand but I gathered he was saying something along of
- Carolyn (6/5): - The walls had holes in them. I found dog food along a wall. We couldn’t seem to get the heater to work. No matter how low we set it it just kept running. We were supposed to be in a nonsmoking room. When we got to our room both windows were wide open. Even with the windows open you could tell that it wasn’t a nonsmoking room. The tub never drained after our shower. The bathroom curtains were dirty. Quiet time was not followed.
- Shirley (2/5): - Worst stay ever. Room smelled like pee, stained bedding and towels, mold every where, holes in the walls.
- Donald (8/5): - Good value for the money. The room could use some upgrades, everything was well worn.
- Valorie (2/5): - This place was nasty! I paid for 3 days and asked if i could check out 2 days early and the owner wouldnt give me a refund then while i was out visiting family he rented my room to someone else!!!!
- M (2/5): - Disregarded my reservation...???
Fortunately they had a small unfinished room where i could stay. But to ignore a reservation is not good!!
- David (2/5): - They help themself with my my credit card when I booked it to pay cash when I got there only had a dollar $1.12 in my account and they took it out never got it back either
- Ellen (2/5): Worst Hotel ever - It was a horrible hotel not very clean at all. Had no refund available. So we slept got up and left It was very run down and I told my husband not to walk on floor without shoes. I used sanitary wipes to clean off toilet. Shower didn’t look very clean so didn’t use it towels were very dingy looking.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice for one don’t stay
- Curtis (4/5): Dirty sheets - Dirty sheets
- Diane (2/5): Not Happy - This property cancelled our room and did not notify us, said they didn't have our number; and they did not have any other rooms available. We have been charged by Hotels.com - so now need to deal with requesting a credit.
- Steven (8/5): Nice room. - OLDER MODEL ROOM WITH ALOT OF live in tenants but room seemed clean but old. I thought the room was a little pricy for what you got but I did have a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly and did not charge me for my little dog. I would stay here again.
- Rebekah (6/5): Scam - Front desk tried to double charge me for the room, first.
The room was wide open, doors and windows, flys and wasps, second.
Gets very active at night, last
- Verified traveler (10/5): Quiet - Clean and quiet
- Phillip (2/5): Bed Bugs - Bed Bugs
- Ardmore (6/5): - No apicable reducido el estasionamientoes tido sin gusto
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad experience - i had a bad experience at check in with shoddy treatment. No hot water.1/4 roll of toilet paper, noisy heater. No internet. I booked for two days and no one came by the next morning to empty the trash or give us more towels. We didn’t stay , we left after the first day.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - They didn’t have notification for my reservation ,but were very nice and gave me the room at price quoted.
Room was clean and very quiet.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I had great and quite cute place reminded of my stay as child in hotel like that. You dont see to many of those and very room. I enjoy my stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Just what we needed for the night stay during our travels
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great price! Understand you get what you pay for. If you need a place to lay your head, great value!
- Donald (8/5): Great Value - Good value for the money.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - You can't beat the price or the free WiFi speeds.... clean and neat.... nice quiet motel with a gazebo in the courtyard to stretch your legs. Take a look at the room pictures and decide for yourself... happy with my stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice motel for the money. Clean room with microwave and mini fridge. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. No complaints.
- Mary (2/5): - Property was messy,out side of
Buildings needed paint ,a hammer & a few nails.
The corners of room were not vacuumed. The blinds were broken, we were told 2 queen beds & got doubles. It looked un-cared for. I believe the reviews are all fake
- shane (6/5): Strange loitering - When I pulled up, a guy in an orange jump suit walking along the outer fence was yelling and cursing. Then he emerges through a hole in the fence and walks through the property still yelling and cursing out loud.
- Bucky (6/5): - Hotel staff was rude.
- Chad (8/5): Basic. - Easy and simple. Might not be the fanciest but I would stay here again.
- Vikki (6/5): - For the price it is about what I expected. No frills, tv, bed, bathroom. Hotel does not have bedbugs, but could step up the cleaning a little.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Last Minute - The check in and staff were friendly. We were awakened by housekeeping at 9:30 am when check out was at 11:00. That was annoying, otherwise for a last minute stay it was clean and I would rate it average.
- Garis (10/5): - It was clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Couldn't understand what the owner said but all in all was good
- Senthil (8/5): - Good place to stay, friendly staff, Cheap and Best Hotel for short stay. Walmart, Restaurants are near by.
Overall - sweet and simple. Good to stay...
- Angel (10/5): - Muy bien
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Worst motel in Ardmore. Service is poor. Amenities are poor. Clientele is suspect. Very disappointed.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Won't be coming back - Room had a musty smell to it. Never had any housekeeping during my 3 day stay. Air conditioner/ heater would run off and on, and off and on, and off and on all night long, got very little sleep because of this. Not a very comfortable bed and only a sheet and one thin comforter, which would be ok for the summer months but it is winter time right now. Really never had any hot water in the room the entire stay, cold to lukewarm at best. Location, I was told by a few local area people that it is not a very good neighborhood because of drug and crimes, although I didn't have any problems. Price of the room was cheap and you get what you pay for.
- Dawn (8/5): For the price it was great - Gentleman at the desk was super sweet. Everything was tidy. Hotel is old but they've done a good job keeping it up. You can tell they care.
- Debbie (6/5): nice - it was good tv didn't work but the bed was comfortable
- tolorable (6/5): Not so good but chesp - Tub had holes, toilet was not securely fastened down. 4 nights. One little tube of shampoo. One little bar of soap. Carpet not vacuumed very well. Hot water took 5 minutes to finally come. No clock. Confusing tv remotes. But cheap rates. I see why.
- devan (6/5): Everything was great no free breakfast - All good for a place to stay. No free breakfast as advertised and no coffee machine in room.
