• Weaver (10/5): Warm, welcoming, would stay again. - The hosts were warm and welcoming. The room and common area were clean. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully presented. Location was central to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The only small thing was the sheets were a little scratchy (only bothered me not my husband) but I slept well on top of the blanket. Mattress and pillow were comfy and the room was quiet.

So informative and extemely accommodating, ensuring all of our needs were met! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends that are planning on travelling to PEI. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Wendy (9/5): Would book again there.. awesome - Walked into a large clean common room with sofas to sit on and I big wall mounted TV, which we had access too.. great kitchenette, with a Keurig and an espresso maker with lots of choices of pods.. Fridge had juice and I and a full water cooler,, Microwave and and toaster with lots of breads to chose from.. our room was a little on the small side, but queen extra comfy bed, closet and settee.. bathroom had extra deep tub and awesome show.. all kinds of hot water.. single sink with blower and lots of storage spaces.. it all looked like it had been freshy painted not long before.. even though it was in a basement.. there was no musty smell.. breakfast was serviced to us at 8am. first morning, plate of fresh fruit, than an omelet, 2 sausages with toast,, 2nd morning.. bowl of yogurt with fresh Strawberries and syrup and than scrambled eggs, bacon and toast.. soo goood.. • Baer279 (9/5): sehr gute und komfortable Unterkunft, toller Gastgeber - sehr gute, ruhige Lage, nur 10 Auto-Minuten von Charlottetown downtown, sehr komfortabel, sehr gute Ausstattung, Kamal ist ein toller Gastgeber und bereitet ein tolles und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück zu die beiden Gästezimmer liegen im Souterrain und darüber liegen die Wohnbereiche des Eigentümers. Aufgrund der Holzbauweise (der Decken/Böden) hört man Schritte und Geräusche von oberhalb, wir haben dann mit Ohrstöpseln geschlafen.
• George (10/5): Great location, great food and friendly hosts! - The location right near Charlottetown was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the food was incredible. We loved waking up to find out what Kamal had made for breakfast that morning. The food was filling, tasty and presented beautifully. The only thing I would change if I could would be to have separate climate control in the room. The main space is airconditioned but our room got a little warm with the door closed. This was not a big problem and would not stop us from staying here again or recommending this place to others.

• Nabil G. Aoun (10/5): Vacation in PEI and Stratford - In addition to what guests write, what can we say more about the host/owner, Kamal and spouse. They are just great and awesome couple who simply elevated "guests" satisfaction. For breakfast, Kamal meticulously designed and prepared the 2 course meal, for yet another culinary experience. The room was spacious with ensuite; plenty of towels and hangers. Anything that you think may be missing, just ask, and it will be there. Location, for us, was just excellent, very close by car (8-10min) to Charlottetown main areas and F&B. For other areas and beaches, driving was fun. Simply, if you are in PEI, Stratford, this is the place to be. We stayed from 6 to 11 August 2025.
• Xanthi (9/5): Restful stay with gourmet breakfast - Very likeable and welcoming owner. Beautifully presented breakfast (the host has worked as a chef), with a variety of fruit, a delicious egg fritata, toast, orange juice and freshly brewed coffee. . Excellent bed, immaculately clean room and bath, quiet neighborhood, easy parking on the premises. The house is located on a quiet street in Stratford, across the Hillsborough River from Charlottetown. If you are aiming to explore Charlottetown's waterfront and historic center on foot, you need to drive over the bridge, for about 5 minutes and park.

The breakfasts were beautifully prepared and delicious. The living area section has everything you could need and everything was exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful and provided anything needed. Would definitely stay here again! Everything was great.

Kamal is a chef by trade and prepared a spectacular breakfast two of the three days we were there. We had to leave super early the last day so unfortunately couldn't have breakfast that day. Very quiet area but only 5 minutes from the city center. Room was very clean and there were many amenities. 10/10 If you have mobility issues it wouldn't work for you. High bathtub to get over to get into shower. Not an issue for me or the wife but could be for older people.

Room was in the basement and this was not disclosed anywhere in the information we read. Heavy footsteps overhead, items being dropped and the occasional barking dog did not allow restful sleeps.

All of the space was immaculate, linens plentiful and common space very comfortable. Plenty of supplies. Every need was met. Breakfasts were delicious with beautiful presentation.

• robert (10/5): Que du bonheur😊 - L'acceuil chaleureux de nos hotes kamal et thushani a été merveilleux. ils ont dépassé mes attentes wow.la chambre tres comfortable et que dire des déjeuners digne du grand chef cuisinier kamal 😍 explosion de saveurs personnalisées, differentes chaque jour selon les goûts de chacun. malgré qu'il fallait qu'on parte très tôt le dernier matin, il a insisté pour nous préparer le café, ça nous a très touché. merci du fond du coeur pour tout 😊

• Mohit (9/5): Amazing Hosts, Best breakfast & comfortable stay - A very clean property with very friendly hosts. Kamal & his wife are an amazing couple and ensured we had everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need I.e plateware, glassware & cutlery. They had a variety of tea & coffee options including a nespresso and keurig machine & pods. The bedroom was very comfortable with a seating for 2 people, a queen bed, bedside table & ensuite washroom. The washroom was clean and had all toiletries and towels. The highlight of the stay has to be the well plated and delicious breakfast. Kamal is a chef and enjoys making an interesting breakfast for his guests. We were served fruits & eggs in a variety of ways every morning. Definitely one of the best breakfast BnB we have stayed at The TV in the room did not support Netflix or any other OTT platforms

• Larry (10/5): Serendib B&B - It was a great stay, our host was helpful and she made us felt at home. The only drawback was the TV in our room was quite small and also the screen when it was turned on didn't fill up to the rim of the TV, so it was difficult to watch. It may help as well to move the sofa closer to the TV(i.e. to the other side of the room). There was however a much larger TV in the common area just outside the room, and it was decorated really nicely. There was also a kitchen, well equipped and well stocked. All in all it was worth the money spent. I will definitely go back to stay there.

The host and his wife were excellent hosts and provided a very tasty breakfast each morning. The rooms are in the basement but you really don't even notice. The location is not great but you are only a few mins drive from Charlottetown. I would definitely stay here again.

The owners Kamal & Thushani are incredibly welcoming and kind and work hard to make sure your stay is very pleasant. The facilities are very well maintained and appear recently renovated. The rooms are cozy and warm, comfortably furnished with great beds. There is a common dining room, livingroom and kitchenette also for your use. The B&B is conveniently located in Stratford, just a few minutes drive to downtown Charlottetown. This was my second stay and I look forward to my next! Thank you Kamal and Thushani!
