Guest Reviews
- Welisarage Sanduni (10/5): -
- David (3/5): Dreadful. - Not much. Good location and free parking. Noisy - no sound proofing and woken by neighbours late evening and at 4am by a child screaming, then again at 5.30am by people talking loudly in the corridor outside our room (one of them was a policeman).
Bathroom tired, bath chipped, no sink plug, no fan, light bulb missing. Smoke alarm missing. No room, nowhere to sit or put luggage except on bed. Small and cramped. All in all, very poor and we won’t be back.
- Neal (6/5): The property was ok but the location wasn’t good. - It was clean The neighbourhood people were drunk in the park across the road and my wife didn’t feel safe
- d-Vala (7/5): - very friendly front desk staff. room was clean. hotel building is old and hence bathrooms do not have mechanical ventilation, leaving odors and steam inside the bathroom and room. takes a while to eradicate all of it, by either turning on the AC unit and / or opening the window for fresh air.
- Olsen (8/5): -
- Eveline (1/5): Over-priced crummy place with no furniture in room - I got a tiny room with one twin bed and not another piece of furniture, besides a whimsical tv on a whimsical "table". No nightstand or bedside table, no reading lamp, not even a chair to lay clothes on it. This was worse than any Hostel and definitely worse than the crummiest Motel I have ever stayed in. Unbelievable. Being an old building is no excuse. Go the the local thrift store and buy a night stand, bedside lamp, and ONE chair! That would make a huge difference.

- geoff (7/5): A nice hotel to explore the region from. - A nice hotel to experience the region. Late check in time of 4pm.

- K (8/5): Friendly staff, clean accommodations, loved the quilted blanket and wood flooring. Great location. All in all a wonderfu - It was in the center of town with a great coffee shop right across the street. There was a bar, liquor store, and cannabis store attached. My partner and I are sober but I can see that being valuable for a lot of people and the noise was very minimal which was nice. People were all friendly. The hotel was super cute and well cared for. The water temperature in the shower was a little off, and we got a room with a view but it was really just of the parking lot.
- zachary (4/5): - Location Hot water and loud neighbours
- Mandeep (7/5): -
- Frantti (5/5): Yeah its a bed and a room - I liked it was a place to sleep at night The room was not meant for two beds it was so crowded, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the shower knob would spin 360 degrees so good luck finding hot water, left a day early and did not even get refunded for the night I did not stay.
- Steven (9/5): Old World Town and charm with mountain backdrop. - Very helpful and courteous staff allowing us to check in early.
Very helpful bar tender allowing to sample different beers before purchase.
Great location with a chaotic bakery housed in the old railway station opposite.
Could be noisy if event is on in the bar but you are pre-warned.
Lovely old town feel. Check out the General Store!
The Pony bar and restaurant.
Good Chinese restaurant/take away near by. That we missed a great opportunity to see a Live local band if only we had arrived a day later!
- Kristin (5/5): -
- Anarya (7/5): Good experience, great value. - Affordable, close to Whistler. Room was too cold.
- Wolfe (6/5): -
- Kyle (6/5): Good view and everything is within 1km - Primetime location Small room/ hotel isn't locked
- Willem (7/5): -
- Kelly (1/5): - Uncomfortable beds. Dirty floors. Smelly bathroom. No coffee in room. Worn out furniture.
- Debbie (2/5): Sadly, despite the location being great, we would never stay there again. We were exhausted and angr - The beds were very uncomfortably hard and the pillows were worse.
The air conditioner was very noisy and failed keep us cool.

- Guillermo Umana (7/5): The Pemberton Hotel (Motel) was an okay place to stay - The Pemberton Hotel (Motel) was an okay place to stay. The room was quite old and could use some updates, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were kind and helpful, which made the experience better. The location was also good and convenient for getting around the area. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a simple place to stay without high expectations. The room was quite old and could use some updates

- Simpson (8/5): Does the job pretty well - will stay again - - staff were friendly at check in
- room was clean and spacious
- hotel very convenient located in middle of town
- great price compared to other options in the area
- didn’t get any noise at all at night in our room by the parking lot - heating in room was not that warm
- shower wasn’t super powerful but was still fine
- Oliver (8/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): excellent value with friendly people very quaint - rustic, clean, quiet no utensils or microwave in room
- Nina (10/5): -
- Shuttleworth (8/5): Very nice. - The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were very clean, and quiet. There was amply parking that was easy to get to and close to the hotel entrance. It was a nice restful place to stay, and I would stay there again. The historic charm helped make it an overall cool travel experience. The rooms were a bit too small for two beds. One queen would have been better. Muffins at the coffee bar in the lobby would have been a great feature.
- Debra (9/5): We have stayed there once or twice a year for about 6 years. - Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Price is starting to climb higher to match a hotel with a restaurant in it. For convenience that may be a better option next time.
- BobaLisa (8/5): Bob and Lisa - Great location close to a wonderful bakery and several restaurants. Staff were great. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. A coffee maker in the room would be nice.
- Tipci (9/5): - Kaviareň oproti, kde si môžete kúpiť skvelé raňajky. Blizko je železničná trať
- Mona (4/5): Disappointing. - Close to my work Bed sheets were not clean. Towels in the bathroom were even worse!
- William (6/5): -
- Simona1367 (8/5): -

- Charlene (6/5): -
- Hsiu-Chen (8/5): -
- Mary (8/5): - We dont ski. Room was nice a clean, comfortable
- Thomas (6/5): - Friendly staff
- Sarah (8/5): - It's an older building but the room was very clean. The floor was well cleaned too. I think the cleaning staff do a good job here.
- Thishara (10/5): - Excellent service. Clean room and friendly staff .
- Songyu (4/5): - First and foremost, Awesome staff.
Room is near the north end facing the street, very very very moldy and damp, thick air just came crushing upon us when we first entered the room, the room is poor ventilated, no ventilation or window in the bathroom.
- Joel (8/5): - This hotel met our needs perfectly as we were traveling through the area.
- Sidney (10/5): - The room was clean. Staff were super helpful.
- Deborah (9/5): Homely hotel in the centre of the village. - Nice welcome at reception and offers of more help if required. Tea and coffee making facilities available in reception area. Comfortable beds with pretty covers. A homely feel to this motel, it felt right to return there after a walk around the village.
- Parminder (3/5): Just bearable as a last resort - Not very inviting hotel. Reception was just basic, and the room was just bearable. Toilet was a joke, more like for a ten year old than an adult. Room very basic lobby not very clean and the carpets onbthe stairs have seen better days
- Bradley (8/5): - Slept good
- rick (8/5): provided what we needed, happy with everything for the price - the room was clean and well appointed. bed comfortable. nothing
- Alice (10/5): - Great location, super clean. It is above a pub but it is closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. We checked in on a Sunday so we had a quiet night.
- ALKA (7/5): -
- lilly (9/5): - I like the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean , it was a bit small but nice . The area was great close to everything . The small rooms , not much room .
- Renee (6/5): - Older hotel above a bar. Management does warn of excessive noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Very strict policy on check-in and check-out times. Very nice cafe across the street.
- Larry (10/5): - Staff went above and beyond to help make our stay safe and enjoyable.
Older Hotel but clean and comfortable
Only slightly dissapointed just a kettle and packets for coffee as not a big instant coffee fan…
- Kathy (6/5): - Clean room. Friendly efficient staff
- Brian (10/5): - Very nice stay everything was perfect
- Teryl (10/5): - Great location!
- Redina (8/5): - Clean. Friendly staff. Central location. Close to restaurants. We were hiking in Pemberton, and this was a good place to rest in-between hikes.
- Lisa (10/5): -
- zappcle (8/5): -
- Theo (9/5): Ticks all the boxes - Great location, clean & friendly staff
- Jimmy (6/5): Historic village hotel. Now econo-motel. - Pemberton Hotel old with noisy wall A/C. Motel-basic, paper thin walls, no outlets for USB etc. Bring your own USB adapter. Good wifi, clean.
Unfortunately, the front desk is manned for only a limited number of hours. Check-in is strictly limited to after 4pm.
- Laszlo (6/5): - Good parking, check-in was seamless, room older but clean
- Nick (10/5): Always a little party cross the street . - Gia was fantastic
- Judith (8/5): -
- Dianne (6/5): - Way overpriced $202 / night..... clean but old decor in rooms. Hard mattress. Tiny rooms. Small TV. Soft bath towels though. Nobody at the checkin desk prior to 4pm.
- Wilfried (9/5): -
- Traveler17095756615 (2/5): Stranded and Fleeced - Our car broke down and we were stranded in Pemberton. The only hotel room available in the entire town was here. We were charged $340 for a single night stay. I know beggars can't be choosers, and it beat sleeping in our car - but come on.
The room was a generous 10x10 feet with a double bed pushed up against the wall. I had to wake my partner up in the middle of the night to use the washroom. It was also on the ground floor, with the door right on the street, right next to the very busy liquor store.
I also had to turn sideways to enter the shower due to the 'door' to it being a foot wide.
The only nice thing about this "hotel" was the person at the front desk who checked us in.
- Cory (10/5): - A great stay with very friendly staff. We were warned about noise from the bar on the weekends, but didn’t notice any at all.
- Tobias (9/5): -
- Alexander (10/5): -
- Pixie (5/5): -
- Warren (7/5): - No breakfast. A very expensive room for the size and quality.
- Nathaniel (6/5): - Property was decent. We were very happy that the bar downstairs cancelled the DJ for the night so we were able to sleep.
Front desk staff was very helpful and kind.
Parking was good - behind the hotel.
- Anne (7/5): -
- Matthew (8/5): - Room was basic but clean. Perfect for one night stay.
- Thomas (6/5): - Does the trick. Beds and rooms are not that nice.
- Daryl (8/5): - Expensive for what it is. Otherwise, nice property
- Tiziano (6/5): -
- Michal (7/5): -
- Eurielle (8/5): - Easy check in. Parking at the back available
- Toomas (9/5): Very good place for a night with good quality beds. - The room was very good in most aspects. Suitable for shorter stay inside. Coffee and hot water supplies in the lobby worked fine for us. Very easy access and good walking distance to the grocery. It was just a bit small space for moving around in the room if one stays for a little longer than just a night.
- Ian (10/5): - At first I was afraid… I was petrified… very basic but good. Bring your own coffee
- Lyle C (8/5): - Clean room and friendly service.
- Luckykil (7/5): Chillax in an old school hotel in oh so sweet Pemberton - A fun spot in the heart of this sweet town - a pretty basic motel and good value which was just what we were looking for at this phase of our trip through BC. The ladies who work there were absolutely charming and lovely. Great secure parking behind the building. We loved the nearby restaurants and appreciated the convenient grocers, gas and liquor store. We were lucky enough to be there for the fabulous farmer's market on an August Friday. We did request and get a quiet room as the bar downstairs is a bit loud on weekend evenings.
