Deux jours totalement inconfortables . - Rien Différences négatives entre le descriptif de réservation et la réalité: chambre très petite, pas de rangements , pas de porte manteaux , pas de chaise , pas de fauteuil , pas de lampe de chevet . Pas de climatisation . Oreillers avec des restes de cheveux locataire précédent … Surpris par une salle de douche et Wc communs , pas très propres . ( surtout la douche ) . Pas de café pas de petit déjeuner ( même en payant … annonce stipulant 10dollars le petit déjeuner ) . Pas de présence responsable sur site et pas de réponse à notre message envoyé .

Quelques améliorations devrait être apporté (changement de serrure de porte brisé, ventilateur légèrement bruyant, problème d’écoulement d’eau dans l’appartement)
- Guillemette (10/5): Un grand merci à Richard, Elise et Mike pour leur accueil - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le personnel a été très accueillant et attentionné : ils nous ont préparé des barbecues, allumé le jacuzzi et proposé des balades à vélo ainsi que des activités nautiques grâce à la location du propriétaire à proximité. Le logement est très bien situé, juste à côté du lac, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ! L’appartement privé était en sous-sol, donc un peu sombre, mais comme nous y avons passé très peu de temps cela n’a pas été gênant. D’autant plus que l’auberge est accessible et que tous les équipements extérieurs permettent de dîner et profiter du cadre.

- SYBILLE (6/5): une nuit transit , ca passe, mais ca dépend de chacun! c'est un lieu authentique qui a son charme - première expérience dans une auberge , je ne connaissais pas le principe du partage des lieux communs (salle de bain, wc, cuisine), pour une halte une nuit en transit , c est satisfaisant, mais je ne passerai pas des vacances dans ce type de logement. j ai bien aimé l échange avec les résidents et Samuel, le jeune homme très sympathique qui nous a ouvert les lieux et discuté avec nous. lieux a coté du lac saint jean , très pratique et beau cuisine pas bien équipé, je cherchais un plat pour une pizza dans le four , pas trouvé ! propreté un peu limite de la cuisine,

- Sabrina (8/5): Apt propre et spacieux au bord du lac. Belle vue - Très belle vue. L’hote qui nous a reçu etait vraiment très gentil. Nous avons été surclassé dans un appartement donnant sur le lac avec terrasse et petit jardin. Apt propre, spacieux et confortable. La voie ferrée passée au bout du jardin. Il n’y a eu qu’un train à 21h. L’équipement present sur place n’était pas en très bon etat. La plaque de cuisson ne marchait pas très bien. Nous avons mis 45 minutes à faire cuire nos pâtes. La télévision accrochée au mur etait prête à tomber, la fixation étant à moitié arrachée. Salle de bain vraiment très petite.

C'est une bonne option quand on voyage en changeant souvent de place. - Comme le propriétaire était absent et que je n'avais pas téléphoné pour avoir le digicode (ayant perdu mon téléphone), un résident est venu nous ouvrir et nous a aimablement fait les honneurs des lieux et donné les clefs. J'ai apprécié de pouvoir faire nos repas nous-mêmes, d'avoir un frigo pour mettre nos choses. La salle de bains proche et très propre était bien appréciée. Le deuxième couchage (canapé) n'est pas très confortable. Il vaudrait mieux mettre 2 lits dans la chambre. Étant des personnes de plus de 65 et plus de 75 ans ça n'a pas favorisé notre sommeil.

- PAULA (7/5): Once in the property very pleasant one night stay - the kitchen facilities were good, good size cooker and fridge/freezer, toasters for all to use with tea and coffee to use as well and plenty of plates , dishes, glasses and tools for kitchen use Being from England and not having a working phone there was a note on the door to ring a number as host not there. Luckily for us the door was not locked (there was a key pad to put code in to usually unlock the door )and I found someone in the property who rang for me. If using this system having a phone outside connected to the host or a door bell like "Ring" that connects to the owners and you can speak to them direct would have helped

- CHRISTINE (5/5): - J'avais fait une réservation depuis longtemps pour 9 et il n'y avait que 8 couchages. Le propriétaire nous a proposé d'installer un matelas par terre dans une de nos chambres de 2. Ça n'a pas été bien confortable ( matelas inconfortable, exiguë).. Sur l'annonce il y avait un jacuzzi qui n'existe pas. Et les photos et l'annonce sont trompeuses : les sanitaires et cuisine sont partagées. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place non plus comme indiqué. A 21 h plus rien d'ouvert pour manger

Bon emplacement vraiment proche du lac. - La localisation de l'auberge juste à côté du lac, prix très raisonnable, ancienne maison lumineuse et agréable. Frigo et matériel à disposition pour préparer des repas. Le partage de la salle de bains, nous n'avons pas vu l'hôte pendant notre séjour: nous avons été obligées de lui téléphoner pour qu'il nous donne des indications sur la chambre et les clés.

Le ménage laisse à désirer… nous nous sommes demandés si les draps avaient été changés et le frigo n’était même pas branché dans l’appartement. Gros problème d’insonorisation et d’isolation.

- Nathalie (6/5): Pour 1 nuit ça va mais mal situé - Pas de petit déjeuner comme indiqué juste du café ! Proposer un vrai petit déjeuner avec du pain au moins. Logement en bordure de route ou klaxonne les camions en pleine nuit … propreté a revoir frigo et congélateur sales.
- Michelle BL (5/5): - Nous avons récupéré un appartement où le ménage n'était pas fait. Mauvaise odeur poubelles à vider.... Nous n'avions pas le nécessaire pour faire le 2ème lit alors que nous l'avions mentionné. Après avoir constaté le problème Richard a fait le nécessaire et amené les draps serviettes... Endroit bruyant ainsi que le logement manque d'isolation.
- gilles (10/5): - Accueil sympa du propriétaire. Nous avons logé dans un appartement à quelques mètres du lac St Jean. Vue exceptionnelle ( quel lever de soleil !!). A recommander.

- LesLyonnais (6/5): Appartement 915 -sous sol -No TV - Propreté correcte, lit confortable, linge de toilette fourni, accueil plutôt agréable, cuisine commune accessible pour un café offert par la maison le matin. Laudry accessible également dans les parties communes. Petit feux de camp le soir dans le jardin et pour les fans un spa à disposition. Pour passer une nuit ou deux et bouger la journée, c est bien, si c est pour chiller laissez tomber. Appartement en sous sol, dans un bâtiment à côté description internet pas tout à fait exacte . Un peu bruyant , pas d isolation phonique, si les autres occupants sont discrets ca va mais, s ils se levent à 6h00 c est plus ennuyeux.Pas de TV dans l appartement , et ce depuis un moment puisque d autres clients le mentionnent dans les commentaires précédents, n est ce pas Richard ? Pas de savon et shampooing, cuisine minimaliste.

- LEYDIER (7/5): Content de partir - Nos avons eu un accueil trop rapide, décevant. La boulangerie recommandée, était fermée pour cause de vacances ! ! Un appartement bien sauf l’insonorisation, nous entendions nos voisins ! Et surtout la voie ferrée à proximité avec une sirène de train très très forte en pleine nuit. Pas cool quand vous avez randonnée toute la journée ! Dommage.
