Asked for juice and was told they didn’t offer juice but they served another guest juice right in front of me . Offered to pay for xtra and was told that that it was not an option. I honestly think that I was being singled out by one individual but the whole staff was great . Just one bad situation

It's in the heart of Bucaramanga night club district and they close the street to traffic on Friday and Saturday nights, so keep this in mind if you will be late arriving. Small Hotel with a friendly staff.

- BaliWellnessRetreat (6/5): Quick night over.... - We stayed at this hotel at the last minute. It is located in the middle of some bars, huge supermarket (I think it was Exito) ATMs in the area etc. The hotel is nothing fancy, but if you need a quick layover...in town, this could be an option

- Verified traveler (10/5): A hidden pearl in the middle of everything!! - Very nice “boutique hotel”, don’t expect wide facilitie or amenities, if you go for a couple of nights this is the perfect hotel. Extremely friendly FIVE STARS STAFF. Included breakfast buffet style is ok not that fancy but rich on fruits, etc. Although plenty of night businesses close by the area is pretty much safe but as always take your precautions and as always when you travel be alert. The hotel is surrounded with plenty of restaurants and nice or quick dinners places, also close by bars if you are for a drink at night just a walking distance.

- LMS-TTBGA (6/5): Additions - The Hotel has changed or rather no longer has the room I usually request. for my brief stay. However, I understand that there are some new rooms on the 2nd floor. The little roof top lounge that was enjoyed by some of the guests, no longer exists. The room I had was not too bad. Even though the the parties at the sports bars across the street after football games, went on till the wee hours in the morning. ( can't miss them because of the proximity of the room).. Breakfast remained the same. There is the possibility of " a la cart". no known menu. The staff is friendly and helpful Lunch and dinner unchanged. There is also laundry service available Concerning the new rooms I cannot give any opinion. The Hotel seemed very quiet this time. My visit was in March of this year. Still hoping to see more improvement. on my next visit in September..

- Verified traveler (6/5): Impuesto del IVA y lavamanos - El IVA del 19% entra en vigencia a partir del mes de febrero de 2017. Se les hizo la aclaración y cobraron el 16%. (A cuantas personas ya le habrían cobrado esos 3 puntos adicionales). Por otra parte fue un poco lento el proceso del check in. Así mismo el lavamanos presentaba una leve molestia que fue puesta a punto al informar en la recepción.

- R8313TNleslies (6/5): Quiet. - This visit was quiet. I have noticed that the breakfast has lmproved very nice in taste. There has also been a slight increase in the viarity of the menue as well. Satifying, And I am looking forward to my next visit in January.
- EmpanadaPolicia (6/5): Extra charges anyone? - Yes, this place is in a great location for the local nightlife and the staff are generally friendly and welcoming. I had a nice short stay but the room was fairly small with an internal window. The breakfast was realy not up to scratch, milk that has been sitting out for four hours should not be labelled "Cold Milk". They were helpful enough to find me some but on the second day the breakfast bar just looked like it had been hit by Sumo wrestlers. There was nothing left but the soggy lettuce the salty cheese was sitting in. What really annoyed me was the blatant attempt to over charge me on checkout. They added the IVA (thats ok) but then tried to add a "security charge". Only after some questioning and complaining did they wipe this, it left me feeling ripped off. This is a shame as it is a good place and I would like to return but only if they cease their cheeky add ons.
- R8313TNleslies (6/5): IMPROVEMENT - There has been some rather nice improvement in the room of this hotel since my last visit in April 2015. The menue has changed somewhat. Breakfast needs to have a little more variety. Lunch has improved some. However, we must remember that the management is still trying to reach to a higher level.
- Simplessee (8/5): Home away from home - I spent 23 days in Cabacera Country Hotel and it was nice...Wifi, computers, daily breakfast, clean towels and bed sheet daily, good service, beautiful staffers, We love John and Oscar the bell boys...They love their job and are willing to learn English, so they would repeat words when we speak and ask the meanings etc...The boss is a beautiful person too, we got royal treatment there, special breakfast etc. Cabacera we love and we would be back.
- LMS-TTBGA (6/5): Very Average! - Workers are changed often. Although they try to be as helpful as possible. There is somewhat of a language barrier. The service has improved from when I first used this hotel. It is centrally located to most shopping areas either on foot or by car. It appears that this hotel is used very often by traveling business people. Because of my type of business I am sometime forced to stay more than a week. The rooms are changed every day( there can be improvement here).
- Darkchocolate60 (10/5): Great staff great service. - I stayed at ur hotel from March 22nd 2013 and i must say i had an awesome time. The staff and everything else was great. My mom and i was there, Chef Oscar, bellman Govianni the front desk staff was all very attentive. Silvia is a plus for ur hotel she speaks and translate spanish very well. All in all the place is very accomodating. I would love to see a coffee pot in my room.
- Guest (8/5): What a Great Location!!! - This hotel is in a GREAT location! Many wonderful places to eat in the area, easy access to shopping, public transportation, and taxi service. Staff are very friendly, and will try their best to make your stay here as comfortable as possible! You will need to brush up on your Spanish before visiting! Breakfast is included, and usually consists of local arepas (cornbread) ham, cheese, eggs, soup, fruit, assorted breads, cereal, etc. Except Sunday, there is a special menu served consisting of soup, salad, main dish, dessert, and a drink for only 13,000 COP (less than 8.00 us) from 12:30pm - 2:00pm. A great plus...menus are now in English....some employees are now studying English! One thing I miss in my room is a microwave, and a mini coffee pot. Rooms are clean, air conditioned, hot water, internet, and large shower. I even have a small balcony. Rooms serve the purpose, and if you're not looking for a lot of amenities, you will not be disappointed. I don't mind the firm bed, so I sleep very well. Staying here from March to May. Chow!
- madtchr (6/5): Quick trip to Bucaramanga - Stayed here in July for a long weekend. Staff were attentive and super helpful although they spoke very little English. The conference rooms were under comstruction and the hammering began early in the morning. Beds were incredibly hard but room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom with a spa tub. Breakfast was included. Hotel was within walking distance of the mall, restaurants and several parks.Defintiely met our needs!
