Tatiana (7/5): Отель на территории ночного рынка, но пляжи подальше - Персонал был очень дружелюбным и всегда старались помочь. Даже разрешили воспользоваться кухней и пожарить яйца на завтрак на цокольном этаже. Уборку приходили делать каждый день и если мы вешали табличку "не беспокоить" то оставляли все новое (полотенца, зубные щетки с пастой, бутылки с водой) в корзинке под дверью. Отель находится прямо на территории ночного рынка, но как выяснилось это было не так важно для нас. Это никак не относится к минусам отеля, просто мы приехали после шторма и пляж был завален мусором. Да и вообще нормальные пляжи находятся подальше. Поэтому мы не остались в этой гостинице а переехали в бунгало ближе к центру и подальше от речки.

iurii (1/5): - У этого "отеля "в основном одни минусы. И до плюсов им никогда не добраться при таком подходе к клиентам этой гостиницы. Представьте себе такую ситуацию : Вы забронировали за 2месяца до заезда хороший красивый номер с окном и видом на море и Вам тут же присылают подтверждение(что всё хорошо и мы Вас ждём в указанные даты).Ровно за неделю когда можно ещё бесплатно отказаться от брони( если вы откажетесь после срока штраф 100%)я пишу на электронную почту письмо со своим подтверждением, что мы обязательно будем в указанный срок в в вашем "отеле" и... ждали ответ 4дня. Недождавшись ответа мы поехали в этот отель ,(жили рядом - 4остановки на автобусе) приехали, на рецепции мы показали номер брони и они нам подтвердили. И вот в назначенный день и время мы прибываем с чемоданами и нам с порога говорят ,что мест нет.Мы снова показываем номер брони.Они заявляют ,что могут на сутки разместить нас в другом филиале их"отеля" ,а потом появится наш красивый -замечательный номер. На следующий день у нас с женой была запланирована экскурсия на Канатную дорогу -которая сорвалась благодаря этому отелю.,но делать было нечего или штраф им выплачивать 100%за отказ от отеля или прощай экскурсия .Нас проводили в филиал где мы переночевали.Филиал был ужасным .фото могу приложить.на стенах бегают муравьи,много комаров.окно смотрит на соседнюю стену дома.пыль не убиралась годами,плитка расколота,на кресла невозможно присесть-они проваливаются.(Сиденье проваливается на пол).чай,кофе,вода не предоставлялась.утром мы снова пошли в свой забронированный отель где нам предложили номер не соответствующий нашему бронированию : номер без окна ,меньшей площадью ( который должен стоить на порядок дешевле ),нас встретили грязными полотенцами с большой дыркой,в номере не было ни одной вешалки-хотя гардероб ( без дверей и полок стоял).Но снас взяли полную стоимость нашего бронирования.
Susanne (6/5): Vi var ute så mycket som möjligt - Centralt läge, alldeles vid marknaden. Skön säng Vi fick fel rum, small room, utan fönster, det var inte vad jag bokade. Han ville att vi skulle byta rum dagen efter, men då hade vi bara en natt kvar och då kände vi att vi kunde bo kvar med reducerat pris, då började diskussionen! Helt plötsligt skulle vi betala för 4 nätter, vi hade bokat tre nätter, jag visade honom vad ett litet rum kostade men han skulle ändå ha mer betalt. Han pratade ingen engelska och sa också att de oftast har vietmetiska gäster och då kände jag att man inte direkt var välkommen.
ARTEM (5/5): - Location Hotel rooms have long been in need of repair, the walls are so dirty that it is disgusting to touch them, there is a lot of mold. If I knew, I wouldn't settle in this hotel... It's not visible in the photos, but all the walls seem to be spitting...

Adam (1/5): Double charged me for the room - I will not return. - After paying the hotel in cash during my stay, I received another charge to my credit card, ending up paying double for the stay. This is in process, but just the hustle makes it impossible to recommnend. I will not return.

chuck (4/5): ok could be better - made reservation months in advance. get to hotel and they had no room for me. put me in another hotel for 1 night that was not good. half of next day wasted changing back to this hotel. then one full day no hot water. when I asked for an extra hour on check out time they wanted more money. much construction across street 7 am to dark. very loud. I travel all the time and. while condition of hotel is good. fair or poor over all.
