- Bernd (8/5): Preis-/Leistung ok, nett hergerichtete Villa, kostenlose Parkplätze - Schöne Villa mit guter Lage. Zwar etwas an der Straße, aber ok. Die Ausstattung war gut, schönes Badezimmer. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Parkplätze könnten für Hotelgäste separiert werden, abends wird es durch Gäste des Restaurants eng. Der Teppichboden muss baldigst erneuert werden.
- Judith (6/5): Enttäuscht - Wir hatten die Suite mit Sauna. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön . Die Sauna angenehm. Das Sofa der Suite hat einige Flecken. Der Fön ist die günstige Version. Schwache Leistung . Wir hatten am abend beim einchecken mit dem Hotelmitarbeiter über das Frühstück um 07:00 gesprochen da es ein Werktag war. Leider war bis 07:15 noch nicht mal Personal in dem Frühstücksraum. Es ist extrem respektlos mit seinen Gästen so umzugehen . Wir haben eine Nachricht\Zettel hinterlassen , über Booking reklamiert und noch einmal per mail… keine Reaktion. Auch keine Erstattung .

The shower room, being under the roof, had to be negotiated carefully to avoid banging head with the ceiling. The empty tissue box had not been replaced - but there was loo paper... The large selection of jam containers had not been refilled, leaving only 2 unappealing options.

- Brocker-Schöffl (10/5): Top Romantik Hotel Sayn - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war fantastisch. Sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Junior Suite war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich und geschmackvoll angerichtet. Im Restaurant gab es eine Speisekarte die für jeden Geschmack was zubieten hatte. Der Service war erstklassig. Ein Kellner der sich echt noch Kellner nennen darf. Auch die Kellnerin war top. Das Essen war gut angerichtet und ein Genuss. Ich habe direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

- Michael75053 (8/5): Schönes kleines Hotel mit gutem Restaurant für eine Kurzreise - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, der Service aufmerksam. Die zentrale Lage in der Gegend, die wir erkunden wollten, war der Hauptgrund für die Auswahl der Unterkunft (Schmetterlingsgarten, Schloß und Ruinen zu Sayn, Kloster, Andernach, Bendorf, Schloss Engers, Musikakademie, etc.) Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist vor allem im Sommer und am Wochenende bei unserem Zimmer zur Restaurant- und Straßenseite erst möglich, wenn die letzten Gäste gegangen sind. Gegen Morgen sollten die Fenster dann auch wieder zu sein, da auf der angrenzenden Straße früh der Berufsverkehr einsetzt. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist sollte sich nach ruhigeren Zimmern erkundigen.

- Frank (7/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis. - Das Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen und gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Sauberkeit in dem gesamten Hotel sehr gut. Für eine Suite hätte das Bad etwas größer sein können. Besonders der Abstand zwischen Waschbecken und Toilette war für unsere Verhältnisse zu gering bemessen.

- Ági (10/5): Romantik and peaceful - The historic building is very nice and romantik as its name states. We had a suite with sauna. The suite was large, having a saina in your room makes the whole sauna expereience very comforable. We had dinner in the hotel at Saturday night and all three of the staff were sehr attentive, polite and helpful. The food was excellent too. Information in the room of how the sauna works, would be useful. We figured it out evenetually, but I am not sure that everyone would be this patient🙂 It is not a big deal, though🙂

- Harry (8/5): A pleasant stay - Very attentive staff, well prepared and cooked food. Pleased and would recommend. Signage to hotel on main road is poorly positioned. Too much adjacent 'clutter', needs to be tidied.
