Aruna (4/5): Too small & dirty - Room & barthroom too small than expected. Not enough space in the room. Fan also damage & no toiletries. They charge their booking.com commission from the visitors even didn't consider the Genius discount for the price. There was a huge difference between the room price display on the booking & their price for the same room. Some time visitors feel like "theft" when see the banners inside the room & due to the behavior of the owners.
