- SAEED (6/5): تعامل الموظفين في الفندق كان جيد ولكن الاخ عبدالرحمن من الجنسيه كان رائع - المكان ممتاز الفطور ثابت وغير متجدد ولكن يعتبر جيد مكان الفطور جداً رائع حجزي جناح عائلي من 3 غرف وصاله بالمطبخ وحمامين جيد جداً ولكن الصور كان متواجد غساله وللاسف عند وصولي انصدمت لعدم وجودها نهائياً وعند سؤالي لهم عنها كان يقولون لايوجد غساله في جميع الفندق ولخدمة غسيل الملابس تواصل مع مغسلة الفندق وادفع مقابل الخدمه كذلك دولاب المطبخ لايوجد فيه مواعين نهائياً فاضي من الاخر
- Najla (1/5): - أعجبني المكان والأثاث والسعر مقابل الغرف اطلالة الجناح كانت عالبحر النظافة قبل الدخول إلى الجناح او الغرف النظافة اليومية سيئة جدا المفارش منهرية مكروووفة التنظيف فقط وضع المناديل والصابون وشيل القمامة اما تنظيف كنس مسح تغيير مفرش لا شعر ووسخ وقرطاس تحت السراير والكنب !!! السخانة تعطلت وتاخروا في إصلاحه ثم طلبنا تغيير الجناح وقالوا لا يوجد ثم من الغد نقلنا الى غرفة وحمام فقط وكانت الغرفة اسوء من الجناح حمامها لايصرف الماء !!! وتطل على مواقف سيارات وعمالة وضيقه جدا تحملنا وكان خروجنا من الغد الاستقبال سيء في التجاوب معنا كلهم الا فقط موظف مصري للامانة سيئين جدا ولا تهمهم ملاحظاتكم وطلباتنا لو يوجد إدارة جيدة تدير الموظفين والنظافة خاصة لكان من أفضل الفنادق جودة ورخص
- Moharh (10/5): باكرر الزيارة له وارشح لاي شخص بيزور طرابزون - بصراحة يجنن ونظيف وشرح اخذت جناح مكان للنوم ومكان للجلسة وبعيد عن زحمة طرابزون وجنبه الخدمات الاساسية سوبرماركت وكم كوفي .. الاطلالة كانت خلف الفندق وماكان فيه منظر وبصراحة افضل لانه لو كان ع الشارع كان ازعجتنا اصوات السيارات لانه ع الشارع العام.

- Madina (8/5): - The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It offers excellent value for money — quiet, pleasant, and very comfortable. I’d like to highlight Erjan in particular — he was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. His assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. the staff at breakfast were not very welcoming. They didn’t smile or greet guests and their looks felt quite unfriendly, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Also, while we were eating, they started cleaning — wiping dust very close to the tables where people were still having breakfast. That was inappropriate and disrupted the experience.

- Sean (2/5): - There was blood on the corner of the bedsheets and the shower floor and walls were filthy and moldy. We called the front desk and were taken to a different room down the hall, which was not a sea view like we paid for. When we told the assistant that we paid for a sea view room, he told us that there was no other room and there was no price difference. This is not true. We paid extra for the sea view room, but we were not given any discount or anything to make up for the trouble. Very dissapointing.

- Hammad (10/5): مميزه وسوف تتكرر - الموقع التعامل النظافه الاستقبال اشكر الاستاذ عبدالرحمن على استقباله وحسن تعامله وخدمته المنظر الجميل عدم تنوع الافطار لا يوجد اكواب في المني بار لا يوجد مناشف في الغرفه علما تم طلبها ولم يتم توفيرها
