- Marko (9/5): Apsolute value for the money. Perfect holliday spot. We love to ski and for us was great. Direct entry to slopes from sk - Location is the best. Right on slopes ski in ski out. Top. Chalet is comfortable 2 floor with nice fire place easy to use. Direct access to chalet from garage with lift. Pool indoor and outdoor. Very coozy restaurant with great food. Good selection of wines. Staff is very friendly. Kitchen is nice but could be equiped better. For instance today nesspresso machine is standard. Also to be able to squezze orange and make juice. Small pots will be nice to have.

- Vida* (9/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel, schöner Pool, freundliches Personal und alles sehr sauber. Liebevolle Details, Deko. Schöne Lage. Schade dass es im Familienzimmer Sofabetten hat, sind nicht sehr bequem. Preislich ja doch im oberen Bereich. Kissen viel zu hoch.

I really liked the security level there, one of the highest security level i have experienced. I really felt safe and comfortable. I thank the staff there, they were very welcoming, nice, professional and their smiles never faded. There is nothing i didn't like, but i would recommend to add a washing machine in toilet since there are not laundries near to the hotel.

- Kerstin (10/5): - Wir waren ca. eine Woche hier gewesen. Das Hotel ist klein und schön. Es bietet die wichtigsten Unetrhaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Die Anlage ist sauber und fußläufig gut zu erkunden. Das Personal ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt und daher können wir nicht viel zum Essen vor Ort sagen. Aber Brötchen konnte man vor Ort bestellen. Am Tag der Ankunft hatten wir die Möglichkeit am Lagerfeuer teilzunehmen, obwohl zu wenige Kinder da waren. Am letzten Tag wollten wir die Aktivitiäten des Kinderclubs noch mitnehmen. Leider fiel dann das Kerzengießen und auch das Lagerfeuer aus, weil zu wenige Kinder da waren, drei Kinder saßen zudem im Kinderclub. Es waren drei Betreuerinnen da. Empfanden wir persönlich sehr schade, da unsere Kinder sich wirklich darauf gefreut haben und dann sehr traurig darüber waren. Würde es persönlich besser finden, wenn Aktivitäten nicht abgesagt werden, auch wenn es zu wenige Kinder gibt. Man bucht ja auch Hotels, weil es diese Angebote gibt. Nur weil man nicht in der Hochsaison kommt, sollte sowas nicht ausfallen, oder man sollte das klar im Vorfeld, vor der Buchung kommunizieren.

- Călin (10/5): Relaxing, Delicious, and Family-Friendly - We truly enjoyed our stay, from the beautiful location and welcoming staff to the excellent services, clean & spacious rooms, relaxing spa, and engaging kids’ facilities and activities. We also really liked the kind and easygoing vibe of the other guests, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The food was outstanding. Can’t wait to return! 🌟 If there’s one small suggestion, it would be to offer a bit more variety at breakfast.

- Ruth (10/5): Perfect stay in an awe-inspiring location. - The location of the hotel was approximately a 5 minute drive from the beautiful town of San Candido or a 20 minute walk along a picturesque path beside the river . The facilities, food , staff ,location and setting of the hotel where perfect ,I can’t fault this place, it is a little piece of heaven.
- Piotr (7/5): Nice place for families with small kids not for couples or singles - Location next to the slope Dinner and breakfast is not accesiable without reservation which should be done probbably months before arrival. Staff can't help you becasue they always say that are not responsiable for reservation. Staff from reception send you to bar and bar send you reception and nobody knows what is going on with reservation and how that works :) Swimming pool is always crowded and it's difficult to find there place.

Our kids (1 year, 3 years and 5 years) were so happy, they enjoyed. Baby lift is 30m from hotel and that was great. Our waiter Krešo from Slavonija was great! :) Everything was great.

Wir haben es auch als Paar genossen und waren begeistert von der Anlage und den Dienstleistungen, inklusive Wellness. Die Küche ist hervorragend und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden das Hotel wieder besuchen.
