• Victoria (10/5): - The apartment was really spacious and immaculately clean, and was even better.than the pictures show. Location was great, a few minutes walk to the Metro. Beds were really comfortable, with lovely bedding. No issues, as mentioned in other reviews you can feel/hear the metro, but was not an issue for us. Only extremely minor improvement would be some spare tea towels

• Saniye (8/5): - The apartment is close to the metro station, from which you can directly access central locations. The apartment was neat and clean. The hosts were kind and checked in every day to see if we needed anything, responding quickly whenever we sent a message. The items and products in the kitchen were quite useful. When we first arrived, they had left a welcome treat, which was very thoughtful. I have to admit that the single bed was not comfortable. Moreover, the metro wakes you up early in the morning due to the noise and vibration, and it passes frequently. There are hangers for clothes in all the rooms except one, but it would have been more convenient if there was a wardrobe. While the hosts were kind, it should be noted that they are not flexible with the check-out time.

Loved sitting in the sunshine in the living room having the doors open on the balcony every morning. Great supermarkets round the corner. Stayed 6 nights and never ate in. But very much could have. Airport 10 mins away. Metro 2mins walk but we used Uber everywhere. Plenty of space to store everything. 2 bathrooms were useful. Beds were comfortable too. Leaning out the window to peg our washing out! But that didn't matter because there was an exceptionally large drying rack! More coat hangers in the bedroom.

• Harald (9/5): Alles in Allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im "Flattered to be in Lisboa“ und in Lissabon selbst - Das "Flattered to be in Lisboa“ ist ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Apartment im 4. Stock, in einem schon älteren aber gut erhaltenem Haus, mit Aufzug und Stiegenhaus samt einer sehr schönen Holztreppe. Die Räumlichkeit selbst war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Vorhanden ist ausreichend Geschirr für 6 Personen, sämtliche Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine sowie Polster, Decken, Bettwäsche und Hand- bzw. Badetücher. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch, dass bei unserem Eintreffen ein kleines Essenspaket mit örtlichen Spezialitäten vorhanden war, darunter eine Flasche sehr guten Rotweins. Die Raumaufteilung der insgesamt 4 SZ (2 Ein- und 2 Zweibettzimmer), 2 Badezimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Dielen ist so gehalten, dass nur 2 SZ direkt aneinander liegen. D.h. man hat auch bei Vollbelegung durchaus sowas wie Privatspähre. Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern erfolgte mittels WhatsApp-Gruppe auf Englisch und klappte ausgezeichnet. Antworten erfolgten binnen weniger Minuten und waren durchaus kompetent und hilfreich, wenn es denn Fragen gab. Elena, unsere direkte Betreuerin hat sich darüber hinaus auch mehrfach nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt. Sehr freundlich und nicht selbstverständlich !!! Schüssel zum Apartment findet man neben der Wohnungstür, in einem mit Zahlenschloss versperrten Kästchen. Das Haustor wird mittels Zifferncode geöffnet. Die 120 m2 große Wohnung liegt etwas Außerhalb der City, ca. 5' Gehzeit von der Metro Station Alameida, dem Kreuzungspunkt der roten und grünen Linien entfernt, wobei man mit der grünen binnen weniger Stationen ins Zentrum und mit der roten direkt zum Flughafen kommt. Auch sonst erreicht man mit Metro, Bus und Tram alle Stadtteile Lissabons sehr gut. Ticket kann an allen Metro Stationen für 24h gelöst werden und kostet aktuell € 7,25 + € 0,50 für die wiederaufladbare Karte. Etwas störend ist die Lärmbelästigung durch die Metro Linha Verde (Linha da Caravela), welche genau unterhalb der Av. Almirante Reis, in welcher das Appartment liegt, verläuft. Aber dafür können die Betreiber des Appartments natürlich nichts. Unter Tags stört das auch nicht weiter. Nachts allerdings kann einem das laute Geräusch schon die Nachtruhe rauben, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Im ersten Schlafzimmer, rechts neben dem Eingang ist zudem auch das Geräusch des fahrenden Aufzugs sehr deutlich zu hören. Unangenehm zwar aber irgendwie gewöhnt man sich nach einiger Zeit daran.

We were 7 there, 3 kids, a teen and a couple. Plenty of space and good facilities Small/old tv, kitchen might be better equipped. These are minor details however.

Anbefales i - Lejlighedens størrelse var fint til 4 personer og der var elevator til 5. Sal. Lejligheden var ikke klar til check-in kl. 16. Vi ventede i to timer før lejligheden var klar, ingen information fra værten, tværtimod det var mig der kontaktede den. Vi var meget trætte, da vores tur til Lissabon startede kl. 3. Vi fik en undskyldning et par dage efter, men den kunne vi ikke brug til særligt meget - det var en ubehagelig oplevelse - dette fordi vi ikke hørte noget fra dem, og var i tvivl om vi skulle finde et andet sted at bo. Vi kommer helt sikkert IKKE til at booke der igen.

• Viktoriya (10/5): Great stay. Recommend this property to families and friends. - Great place. It was five of us. We stayed for one week. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in a very good location, so we could easily move around Lisbon and outside of it. There was also one cleaning in the middle of our stay, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff were very responsive and helpful with everything we asked them. Wish we could have stayed longer. Oh, we also received a nice welcome basket with local produce, which was super delicious. Nothing really. There was a sound of subway, but we didn’t even notice it much.

Posizione non centralissima ma molto vicina alla fermata metro di Alameda, con 2 linee verso il centro e una verso l'aeroporto. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable and spacious for our family of five. After a long flight, the welcome gift basket filled with amazing local treats was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise. Parking right outside the building made things even easier. The host was truly a super host — kind, responsive, and helpful. We would highly recommend this little gem of an apartment to anyone!

They made a group chat and text near enough every day to see how we got on and if we needed any help. There was a slight noise and tremors from underground train but didn't really bother us.

• Gavin (10/5): Excellent place for a family to stay in Lisbon - Apartment was fantastic, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, separate living room and dining area. It was a simply brilliant place to stay for a family of four (and there was a bedroom we didn't even use). Location is superb for central Lisbon, just a short walk to the metro station and also very easy to get to from the airport. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Really nothing to complain about, the only thing I can even think to say is that the lift was a bit small and that was hardly a problem!

Everything was great, a few details would be the lack of keys in the bathroom, the neighbors a little noisy and the fact that you could feel the vibration of the metro every time it passes. I would still stay there happily!

The rooms have key locks. My daughter was trapped in the bathroom when the key broke in the lock and a locksmith had to be called at our expense. Advise 5hat you don't lock the internal doors.

• Donna (9/5): Great value for a short stay in Lisbon . - The apartment was big and even though three of the rooms had single beds it was still good. Also, two bathrooms was great. A really good breakfast provided for our first morning . We needed more towels and hooks in the last bedroom to hang more things up.
• Katdab (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place to stay for a family that values dining at home. The apartment has all the necessary appliances for a good living (yes, even a washing machine). We also recevied complimentary breakfast for the first day as we arrived late afternoon during a public holiday. All rooms and towels very clean. Location of the apartment is also very pleasant, 10EUR to get to the airport. In addition, it is not very crowded with tourists so also the places around to eat are of a very good quality that is paired with a normal, not "touristy" price. It was expected from the opinions but if you are a light sleeper it may be useful to bring earplugs, as the elevator is heard across the apartment and metro is quite shallow in that spot and you can feel the whole house vibrating from 6AM till 11PM. Of course, there is nothing the apartment owners can do about it but it is just a heads up for the visitors.

We liked everything about the flat: comfortable, clean, spacious, well located and beautifully looked after and decorated. We love properties with shelves full of books and this is one of them! We also want to mention how kind and fully aware of our needs the Flattered to Be in Lisboa team was with us: Naida, Diogo, Miguel and Rita created a WhatsApp group including me and sent several messages during our stay to make sure we had all we needed. They also prepared a complimentary basket with breakfast for our first day. Highly recommend it!! We liked everything.

• Tomer (9/5): Superb - The apartment is big and has all the facilities for a family. The location is great because it is near a metro station (green and red lines). Nrar the apartment we found all services. All our questions where answered quickly Which made our stay easier. Take in account that you can hear a bit the metro train but it did not bother us.
• Davethebear (10/5): A fabulous stay in a lovely apartment and a great city - The location was accessible from the airport (20mins) and only 5 min's walk from the metro. Staff is always on hand via WhatsApp, which they set up before you arrived, so that communication was easy. The apartment was well equipped, even a dishwasher and washing machine etc. So pack lightly, and you can always wash your stuff. As the first time renting an apartment, rather than a hotel room. We had to ensure that we kept ourselves tidy and not wait for room service :)

• Verified traveler (8/5): - We were only 3 and this suite had more than enough space. 2 bathrooms are nice and hard to find in suites, this was worth it. Spacious, clean, well appointed apartment. Wonderful welcome with a bottle of Port and food. Isabel was available on the phone whenever we had a question. Location was very central. on bus route, 2 metro lines, 1 from the Airport. Windows had metal shutters as well as double glazed addition to original ones. No street noise, but occasional "rumble" noticed. Still quieter than many hotels I've stayed in.
