• Gemma (7/5): Clean, convenient property - Really good range of facilities, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Everything very clean. Close to everything. Whilst the property was spotlessly clean, it could do with some maintenance as it looked shabby in places. Also the street the property is on isn’t the nicest and looks quite run down (but much of Weston is similar)
• Stephen (10/5): Great property, great communication, can’t wait to come back soon - Perfect location, good size rooms and clean, also a few little extras like tea and sugar were provided which was a nice touch Only things I can think of would be no onsite parking but as the car park is less than 5 minutes away it wasn’t really an inconvenience, I would also mention that as they only dispose of 2 bags of rubbish without a charge, we were not able to separate recycling items but again not a problem just something to make note of

• Leigh (9/5): Friendly, comfortable and convenient. - The location and price were perfect for us. The beds were so comfy we had a hard time getting up sometimes! There were a lot of useful facilities in the property, even though the quality of them did vary a little. The biggest highlight I think is the staff. Being able to check on things any time via WhatsApp was very convenient. The kitchen is way too dark. Cooking on the hobs whenever it was dark outside was kinda tough.

• Stacey (8/5): Very good - Size of house was great and we all had our own rooms which was great! location was perfect, grand pier etc just a short walk away and a little pub at the end of the street! A tesco express was very near by too. Parking at NCP carpark was also very close. If we came again we would stay here. it was quiet and we felt safe. The shower wasn't great (not very strong and very basic) but did the job. TV small for size of living room. That's really it!

• Sarah (9/5): Central Weston Bargain! - Great central location, everything in walking distance. The NCP car park is about a 2 min walk and it was easy to find space on the road to drop off bags. Fantastic communication from the hosts - lots of information, checked in on how everything was, really very impressed with this! The house itself was easy to access with a lockbox, and was very clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Nothing really! A couple of the bedroom window handles were a bit broken but it didn't affect our stay and would be easily remedied!

TV with netflix. Comfortable beds. The downstairs toilet was helpful. Close to the town. Parking wasn't ideal but with the nearby NCP carpark and being able to park on the street outside the house after 6pm it worked out fine.

• Gareth (7/5): Pleasant stay in a spacious property. - Very spacious and clean property. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfy. Great location if visiting Weston-super-Mare and the price was good. Short walk from parking facilities and can park outside the property on a Sunday. Communication from property owner was excellent. Property could do with a lick of paint to touch up high trafficked areas, but the place was very clean. One of the bedrooms had a blind with cord missing, so had to stand on a chair to roll up by hand, only a slight issue that could easily be fixed. When we first walked in, we got the 'student house' smell (if you know, you know). Not dirty by any means, but maybe an air freshener in the hall or living room might just make it a little more homely. All in all, a good property.

• Carole (8/5): Liberty House was an excellent choice for our stay, very spacious accommodation and the owner Jenny was welcoming and wi - Location, close to all facilities and attractions. The property had everything we might need, shops and restaurants close by for meals etc. There were towels provided, everything very clean and well presented. Due to location near town centre some other properties around looked uncared for. Liberty House was very well kept, only negative was not being able to use the garden.

• Sonia (10/5): Fantastic holiday - The house was big and beautifully decorated throughout. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was huge with all you needed, except a dishwasher, which is the only thing missing. It was luxury as far as we're concerned and will be returning later in the year. Fabulous! There wasn't a dishwasher which there's plenty of space for.

• Phil (9/5): A very enjoyable time was had by all. - The house was in very good condition and the facilities were ample. It was very clean and it was clear the hosts took pride in making sure everything was just right. They were very helpful before and during the stay to make sure the stay went smoothly. Whilst the house was decorated to a very high standard, the garden was in need of some TLC. Hopefully in time the garden will reach the same high standard as the rest of the house. There was an issue regarding anyone who smokes - in that there was a notice posted saying smoking was allowed in the garden, and another notice that said it wasn't! To be on the safe side, the one smoker took a few extra street walks than normal. But this is a minor point, and the stay was lovely.

Everything you need! the plastic plants were dreadful and not necessary …the garden will be a wonderful space when it’s completed. the nautical theme should be continued throughout the house and garden. canvases in kitchen are not doing the house any favours.

• Tracey (8/5): we had a lovely stay for my sons wedding. - lovely and clean. it had a great kitchen. the bathroom needs up dating. the door would not open fully ( slide door). the extractor wasn’t working, bath mat was a bit torn and had black spots on.

Idealy located close to the centre and beach. A larger TV with Freeview would have been a help for our group due to buffering and time to start up

The host was very friendly and responded quickly to queries. Central location. The sofas in the living room were old and uncomfortable but this is only an observation - not a complaint!!
