We came for St. Patrick’s day weekend (my birthday) , I am from Chicago but I no longer live there and my bestfriend wanted to have a good time. I am glad I chose this location, the amenities were great and the staff were kind. The breakfast was nice as well. We did frequent the 101 bar/resturant downstairs for both food and drinks. We were in a very nice corner suite with wonderful views.

• Jorge (7/5): - Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only bad thing about hotel room was bathroom door was broke and didn't work. Biggest downfall is the valet. Called valet number as instructed 20 minutes ahead of time before checking out. When we arrived downstairs car was not ready which is fine but we had to wait another 30 minutes before we got our car. Wouldn't of been a big deal any other day but we had an appointment to be at and ended up being late.

We had two rooms that were adjoining, so our 3 children had their own room and so did we, but we had privacy. Very nice stay! We would stay again! Our box spring was very loud, even just getting up and down from the bed or rolling over. My kids bed were fine though so I believe it was circumstantial to our room (1004). We actually ended up moving our mattress to the floor.

Selection and quality okay but could have been more nicely presented. Often busy too. Could be significantly improved without a lot of investment

• Jean (10/5): - Breakfast is always busy. The room is poorly laid out without a direction of traffic flow so it is a constant jungle of people trying to work their way through. The breakfast is generally pretty good. Coffee is delicious. Plentiful. The layout of the room could be defined better as to be more efficient and well organized. Perhaps a starting place and an ending place. Coffee refills could be offered by staff which would cut down a lot of backlog at the coffee area.

• John (7/5): Good stay with some exceptions - The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. Room was good size. My only complaint is the noise (had to make multiple complaints about loud guests) and the smell of Marijuana in the hallways. The hand wand in the bathroom sprayed out of the side.

• Rebecca (10/5): Had a great time at your hotel! - George at the Valet went above and beyond taking care of my car, starting it for me during our stay with bitter temps, Steve helped with places to eat, directions and numerous questions about the city. Entire staff at the front desk from Manny to the ladies that checked us in were well trained,polite,knowledgeable and made us feel like they were glad we were there. The young lady in housekeeping made sure we had plenty of everything and checked on us regularly. Your fortunate to have the staff you have working for you, a great experience for me and my family to enjoy where we stayed!!! No complaints at all

Only thing was they kept stocking us with decaf coffee and only One regular coffee. We just would head up to the continental breakfast to get coffee.

Rooms tend to get cold, seems like heating doesn’t warm well during the day. Also It can get noisy at night from the police / ambulance passing by in the main street

• Melanie (8/5): - Great location Stylish hotel Bedding was an issue. 2 sheets with a duvet in between does not make for a comfortable sleep. You end up tangled in the sheets and the duvet is then exposed. The automated curtains makes it hard to get them where you want them. Our room looked directly into the bedroom of the room next door so you needed to keep the blinds partially closed.

The staff was super friendly and responded fast to our requests (we needed hair shampoo, since we only had body wash and conditioner in our shower) The valet was unavailable and we couldn't park right at the hotel. They say they serve breakfast until 10, but when we got there around 09:30 most things were empty and nobody was refilling them.

• Minjung (9/5): Perfect location and convenient for family traveling with small kids. - They let us do early check in which was so nice traveling with young kids. Breakfast was excellent and the staffs were professional and kind. Kids loved the stuffed animal toys they gave during check in. They also hold our luggage kindly. The location is perfect being on the main avenue of where we wanted to visit. We were so happy with our staying and we will definitely be coming back! The noise from outside. Just lots of sirens from the city.
