- Lynn (2/5): Read recent reviews before last option booking - Location great for spa Bathroom disgusting!! Looked like not cleaned. Large piece choc in corner of room , wrapper down side of side obviously not been cleaned. Beds far too soft. Be wary of using WiFi after logging on to WiFi major issues with phones. All folders disappeared. Net curtains need replacing ripped on bottom
Whole place needs good clean & modernising

- Karen (10/5): A most memorable stay, which we will never forget. - Everything! The room, location, excellent host . Certainly value for money, Nothing
- Garry (4/5): Very disappointed. - Good location. Sea view. Close to beach. Short walk to harbour. Room that we booked was with breakfast, only to be told on arrival that breakfast was no longer available & that booking.com were told about the change. We then had to go out to find somewhere to have a breakfast at our own expense.
The room was ok, there was flaky paint on the ceiling and woodwork. One of the window had condensation on it. The en suite was very out dated, dark, dirty and rusty. No shaver light not working. Needs updating. Décor old fashion - needs refreshing.
- Emma (10/5): -
- Kirsty (10/5): - Friendly host, room very clean Nothing
- Helen (7/5): - Location ideal after an event at the Spa. Barbara lovely & helpful. Nice touch of mince pie & mulled wine as it was New Year's Eve. Room a little cold but a heater brought in which warmed it up quickly. Had booked a room with a sea view which we didn't have but were told we could move room the following day. When it came to the following day, we couldn't be bothered to move rooms but weren't asked again anyway.
- Dawn (6/5): lovely host, made us feel welcome - host was lovely , no breakfast, but was advised to go next door to pay ,Room only was 80.00 per night checked in at 4, but had to be out by 10.
- Christine (8/5): -

- Grobbo1965 (3/5): -
- Diane (10/5): - Loved the sea view. Went whilst raining so fact had sofa was great so could watch TV without having to go to bed.
- Sykes (10/5): -
- carol (10/5): Rayment - Close to bridlington spa as had dance competition there
- Hilary (10/5): - If you are going to the spa, or spotlight theatre (which we did) it is the perfect location, and our room was very spacious with a sea view.
- Andrew (9/5): - Location was great nr seafront No breakfast facilities
- Alana-Jade (9/5): - - Perfect location! Close to the Spa and the town.
- friendly staff.
- clean environment.
- good value for money. Nothing! It was perfect!
- Cheryl (5/5): -
- Deborah (5/5): - Friendly host, the location was ideal for access to the town centre. Parking permit available and if you were lucky, you could park on the next street, otherwise, it was hunt for a parking space. Kettle and tea/coffee available in the room. It looked like a new carpet had been fitted, fabulous, but it needed to be hoovered to get the new bits removed from the edges. The room was full of cobwebs, not just a few, they were everywhere. Even between the curtains. The window frames look like they had not been wiped/cleaned for a very long time, black mould very evident. I appreciate the old windows had condensation on due to the time of year, but they should be wiped down regularly to prevent a build up of black mould. Plug in air freshner, seems like a nice touch, but for a small room, it was too over powering, we had to unplug it, but the smell was still there and very pungent all weekend. Furniture and bedding all very tired/old and needs replacing. The room didnt match the picture on the advert. The bed was ok, but the mattress was lumpy, where you could feel the springs. Id guess it was a cheap one. Booking.com states Full English breakfast included, but it wasnt, so feel we were over charged for the 2 nights stay.
- Debbie (10/5): Amazing - Clean everything we needed Location view warm welcoming
- Peter (7/5): Most suitable for my purpose -
- Cathryn (10/5): Great location. Everything we needed - Very welcoming and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Had everything we needed and more. The view of the sea was amazing. And the room we stayed in actually looked like the room on the sight. We had a great stay There wasnt anything that we didnt like
- tina (8/5): Excellent value for money - Great location directly opposite The Spa
Very friendly and receptive owner
Room clean The room quite dark when curtains shut even with light on when getting ready
- Paul (8/5): Spot on - Good spacious room, friendly owners and really helpful. They called us before we arrived to get our Reg number to book a parking permit allowing us to park close by. We were attending an event at the spa so it was handy to be directly across the road. Though there is no facility for breakfast which I totally understand the owners are too old to be getting up that early. Breakfast is available to buy at the hotel next door and the price was reasonable however we found it a bit cramped. A far better breakfast is available just up the road at Suzie's five and two.
- Kelly (8/5): Lovely, great view and comfy bed - Great size room, Mike was an excellent host! We had everything we needed, the view was great and the price is very reasonable Some of the other guests were a bit noisy, I donât think it was intentional but they seemed oblivious to there being other guests in the property.
- Adam (1/5): - None of it All of it,
The hostess tried to charge our card before we arrived, on arrival she tried to move our room twice, the room we was booked into, had a broken pain of glass, the door wouldn't lock meaning none of our belongings were left unsecure anytime we left our room, we were sent messages with offensive language in them.
The room was dusty and dirty throughout, the shower flooded and leaked through the glass door.
Honestly the entire stay was a disaster.
I would not recommend going here!
- Gary (4/5): - shower was blocked so leaking into property wasn't able to shower without causing damage.
- russell (10/5): - The location is good with a view of the beach the bed was comfy the room was clean
- sharon (10/5): -
- David Barnett (10/5): Lovely stay - Room very clean. Lovely sea view. Barbara the owner was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
- Nicola (2/5): Lack of sleep due to landladies noisy TV - Room size and view.
Score for the location is due to the pub next door, without that the location and proximity to the beach and facilities would be excellent. Room looked tired
Next to a noisy pub with loud music until 12.30am.
Landlady's TV, left on until 1am, could be heard in the room, stopping us sleeping.
After finally managing to contact the landlady by phone she denied it was her, also texting blaming others and then coming to our door to deny it, keeping us awake even longer.
We were glad to leave early the following morning to go home to catch up on sleep.
- Kathryn (10/5): - Owners very welcoming on arrival. Very close to spa which we were going to. Room had everything you needed. Would stay here again.
- Sally (10/5): Attractive, welcoming - Attractive, comfortable room, very handy for my event; friendly and helpful landlord.
- Elliott (5/5): - Very friendly, great location The bed was really uncomfortable. Shower wasn't great.
- Suzanne (9/5): Very comfy bed great sea view and owners were very accommodating with my needs - Very spacious and great view of the sea
- andrew (10/5): - Enjoyed stay quiet location
- claire (10/5): really nice place would surely stay there again - the hoist was lovely and made us feel welcome very clean and the bed was comfortable to say there is a pub next door we never heard no noise at all nothing

- Jeanette (9/5): - Host was great room basic but really comfortable beds great location.
- Michelle (6/5): ElO Brid trip - View from our room was stunning Hotel right next door was very noisy, disco and karaoke went on well after midnight.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nowt
- Alan (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location for the spa! Hosts were very welcoming . In need of new pillows . The front outside door way was in need of a good brushing , due to been next door to a pub and on a busy road
- Alison (7/5): Nice and close to the spa - good value -
- Sarah (7/5): Bridlington break - Room was well sized and as described, sea view which was lovely, bed was comfortable. Barbara was friendly and very welcoming and gave us local info, I.e places to eat, things to do. Would definitely return. Booking listing advertises bed and breakfast, but was only informed on arrival that they don't accommodate breakfast, listings need to be updated to reflect that breakfast is not available at the property.
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (10/5): Exceptional - Great Location. Lovely room. Nothing
- Jackie (5/5): Close to beautifull sandy beach great hosts . - Comfy bed . I should of requested ground floor room . As mobility struggle .

- Mike (6/5): - Most will welcome the friendly and helpful welcome, position of the property and sea views.
Guests should be aware that no breakfast is available, however (can be found at pub next-door), stairs to upper rooms are steep and the room itself (5) was not thought to be spacious.
Free parking is available in an adjacent street.
- Shelbourn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (5/5): Passable - Location No breakfast only notified after booked it
Didn't reduce rate after no breakfast
- Jay (6/5): Served the purpose but would prefer a bigger en suite and we werenât clear that breakfast was no longer served. It defin - We picked it for proximity to the spa and this was very good. TBH it felt a bit shabby

- Anna (8/5): Amazing stay - The room was lovely and very welcoming The steps to the room my mum found it hard as she is disabled but can walk abit
