Our room had many nice little things from snacks to a small decanter of dessert wine. This was among the best of the b&b’s we have stayed in. We liked everything about the property.

• Julia (10/5): A very warm, welcoming and comfortable stay at Yvonne’s Padstow Bed & Breakfast! - Yvonne was very welcoming and even ran us into town to get dinner the first evening - we left our car at her place. The place was immaculate, clean, nicely furnished. The huge bed was very comfortable - the room and bathroom tastefully and simply decorated. In the bathroom were nice shampoos, body wash, lotions. We had a lovely view of the beautiful back garden. There were clean robes, new slippers, biscuits, savoury snacks, wine, water, milk in fridge underneath the kettle and tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was a delight! Yoghurt, fresh fruit, variety of healthy cereals, orange juice. Yvonne made eggs on toast with a choice of smoked salmon or ham, beautifully presented. It was only about a 15-minute walk into Padstow. But there is also a bus service. There was a bus timetable in the room. It was all lovely and Yvonne was very friendly. I can definitely recommend this place! The special little touches just made it all really lovely, comfortable and welcoming! 5-star hotel rating! ***** 😊 I can’t think of anything!
• Hazel (10/5): Brilliant and chilled stay - Beautiful place , Yvonne was brilliant host and couldn’t do enough ,keith is lovely too . We had a wonderful time . It’s about 15 min walk to Padstow which is uphill coming back but bus runs regular and stops at the end of the road . Breakfast was excellent . The bath is huge and I had a lovely relaxing hour in there . Thankyou so much for our stay . Nothing

• alexandra (8/5): Schönes Homestay für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Die Gastgeberin war ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wir haben jeweils ein feines Frühstück gekriegt. Wir konnten am Anreisetag sogar etwas früher einchecken. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen etwas klein.
• Juliet (10/5): Perfect pad in Padstow with parking! - A great find in Padstow. Only a short walk to all the restaurants , bars and activities. Yvonne is an exceptional host and our room was the largest of any B&B we stayed in over three weeks in Scotland and England. Yvonne supplied a beautiful breakfast every morning and the property is spotless. Nice touches such as port and wine in room to welcome, rooms serviced on request and quality linen made this stay an extra special one. Nothing at all.

• Sue (10/5): A perfect place to stay when visiting the Padstow area. - This was a super find for us. Yvonne, the host made us very welcome. The facilities in the room were on a par with a good hotel. There were robes, slippers, snacks- even alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Breakfast was also exceptional with lots of choice and all delicious. The location was a 15-minute walk to Padstow centre, but there was a very regular bus service that virtually dropped you at the door. We would definitely recommend this accommodation highly. Nothing

Yvonne, the host, is just amazing in providing you with the ultimate welcome experience. Breakfast was excellent and we also appreciated the attention to details. I cannot think of anything to suggest for improvement, all was just perfect !! All was excellent
• Theresia (10/5): A perfect retreat with a truly catering host. - Yvonne's place is out of this world, a tranquil heaven, most comfortable and stylish. The bedroom that overlooks the beautiful garden was spacious and airy, absolutely spotless with a very well appointed bathroom. A lot of little extras, nibbles, mineral water, night cap, bathrobe, slippers, toiletries provided a sense of luxury and made us feel at home. For breakfast Yvonne provided a huge variety including fresh fruit, joghurt, pastries, eggs, cereal, juice, cheese, jams all of which were of high quality and lovely presented. Yvonne clearly takes great pride in her business and truly cares for her guests. She even went to the trouble to drive to meet us later as I'd left my pyjamas in the morning. Really sweet and exceptional. There is nothing you will miss if you stay at Yvonne's lovely home. We will happily return any time.

The welcome pack/refreshment items/ toiletries and many other complimentary items, were exceptional. The whole house and communal areas were spotless and the decoration and furnishings had a new and fresh feel about them. The breakfast experience was excellent. There were many good quality and healthy items to enjoy. Yvonne was the perfect hostess and very informative about the town of Padstow. It could have been helpful to some to have a grab rail in the shower.

The house is beautiful and our room had everything we could possibly need and was so spacious. We only stayed for 2 nights but wished we were staying for longer. We haven’t been to Cornwall before but will definitely be returning to stay with Yvonne again. Thank you for looking after us and making us feel so welcome x And thank you to Keith for his help when we found ourselves with a flat tyre!

• Joanne (10/5): Superbly located, luxury B&B - Superb, stayed in a luxurious room, with lots of space, beautifully appointed, which had lovely small touches, such as including snacks and drinks in the room. Large comfortable bed, wonderful en suite, including walk-in shower and large standalone bath. We enjoyed the use of the garden for our nightcap, and each morning filled up on a very satisfying breakfast of varied continental options, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and copious tea and coffee. Can't fault it at all. Lovely welcoming host, Yvonne and partner Keith, who we hope to stay with again. Highly recommend! Possibly a different layout could make better use of the great space, eg, to use the long mirror, but no real issue at all.

Bus nearby or 10 minutes walk to the centre. Nothing.
• Samantha (8/5): Accommodation host, comfortable stay in spacious room with a touch of luxury - Spacious, comfortable room with equally spacious bathroom. King-sized bed. Lots of extra provided, such as slippers, dressing gowns, water in the fridge, also drinks and snacks provided. The property was quite a walk from the centre up a steep hill but lots of buses going there. Cooked part of breakfast limited to eggs which is fine if you like eggs. Despite having lots of extras in the room, I could have done with a box of tissues
• Yvette (9/5): Lovely, but a cooked breakfast would have made it 5 stars - The room overlooked the back garden, and was a good size, the bed was extremely comfortable. The host and her husband were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. There was parking for a couple of cars on the driveway. Lovely treats in the room, tea & coffee, some port, which my husband loved, nuts, chocolate, and mini cheddars. We were really looking forward to an English Cooked Breakfast, which we assumed was included, and I wish that I had checked before hand as we would not have stayed here, but all we got offered was 2 eggs each which was very disappointing. The continental breakfast was lovely.

There were snacks and drinks in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. It was a lovely touch. Breakfast consists of a range of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and Yvonne will cook breakfast if wanted. A walk down hill to the harbour. The buses all go past the top of Yvonne's Street if you don't want to face the walk back up the hill. We enjoyed everything. No negatives

• Grant (10/5): Fantastic B&B which will will return to next time in Padstow - Yvonne runs a fab B&B in a great location 10-15 mins walk from the heart of Padstow. Our room, Nampara, was large with an equally large en suite bathroom. We had everything we needed from a B&B within the room Breakfast was lovely - usual continental choices along with fresh eggs cooked to order each morning (scrambled, poached and fried were our choices). We even had homemade jams which were delicious Nothing. Our stay was perfect, Yvonne looked after us really well and we didn't want to leave
