• Laura (9/5): Bella Bergamo - La posizione, la tranquillità del luogo, siamo riusciti a parcheggiare gratis vicino allo stadio in viale Giulio Cesare (10 minuti a piedi). Attenzione però a eventuali partite non penso che la disponibilità sia la stessa. Per arrivare in centro della città alta invece ci sono 20 minuti a piedi. Ci sono anche i bus . Letto comodo. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Mancanza di soffione in doccia, ma con il doccino ci si lava lo stesso.

The shared kitchen-dining room is practical, the tea and cake placed on the table is a nice gesture. Unfortunately we only booked for one night... There was no such thing.

• Peter (8/5): Very good - The room was beaullfully designed. Modern design mixed with the old structure of the house created a interior design which was so aestehic and pleasing. We loved that. 1) Wifi internet was very slow and unstable - not useable Our own telephone wifi network also did not work due to low signal strength from telephone company. 2. We could not registrer our stay via booking com. It was very difficult to transfer requested passport data as pictures (partly due to internet problems) - and we could only pay tourist tax with cash - the first time we needed cash on our trip
• Irina (8/5): Very good - The hotel is located not too far from the city center, and we enjoyed exploring the surroundings. The free tea, coffee, and cookies were a lovely touch, and we also appreciated the option to cook in the shared kitchen. The room was big enough and clean. Communication with the host was entirely online. One inconvenience was the requirement to leave the tourist tax in cash in the room before check-out. In the end, I just transferred it online. The nearest parking is about a 10-minute walk away, and we paid 12 euros for roughly 14–15 hours. When we arrived, we were very tired, it was extremely hot, and searching for parking—and then walking from the lot with all our belongings—was not a pleasant experience. Although it's mentioned that you can briefly park in front of the building to unload, in reality, people shouted at us when we tried to stop on the street where the hotel is located.

• Andreia (9/5): Perfect location - Even though I did not meet the staff, I received clear instructions on how to check in. The B&B is super well located in a charming old building. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed, and the bathroom had towels and a hairdryer. There is a small and well-equipped kitchen with teas & coffee being offered so you can have breakfast in the joint kitchen.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - I loved staying in Belle Arti. We spend two nights in apartament. Group of three girls. The common room is well equipped. There is microwave, small oven and stove. For guests are available a variety of teas ,some coffe and biscuits . Close to old town and clean in apartament. The small glass wall above wardrobe between room and bathroom. The light from bathroom was waking up others .
• Lesley (10/5): Loved everything - Everything! First of all the location is great. It’s within a 5 minute walk to the bus stop from/to the airport or Bergoma train station. It’s about 5-7 minutes from the gates of the old town, Citta Alta. If you turn left as you leave the property, there are lots of cafes and small local shops. Turn right and you go to Citta Alta - what could be better? Mind you, Citta Alta is uphill, so be aware of this. Which brings me on nicely to the funicular. The funicular is about a 10 min walk from the apartment- not far at all. The apartments are on the 2nd floor. I loved my room - it was spacious and very clean. There is a common room with a selection of teas/coffee, and a kettle - and biscuits! The kitchen, which we could use, has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and induction hob. This place is magic. Enrica, who is the owner, is completely lovely and replies to WhatsApp questions very quickly. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you choose here. Last tip: the local bar on the corner does a wicked lasagna and the American Cafe in Citta Alta has views to die for Nothing

• Yanna (10/5): Exceptional - I really like this accomodation. The room and flat was clean. We found everyting we needed such as umbrella and useful kitchen. The position is great it is situated in the middle of city close to citta alta and citta bassa Bergamo.

Special thanks to the owner that made the room ready an hour earlier than requested, we had biscuits, tea and coffee in the common room, the check-in procedure was smooth. Location is great and the city of Bergamo was very nice. It was comfortable and cozy, I would recomment staying here. -

• Elzbieta (10/5): A place worth recommending! - A pleasant and clean apartment, ideal for 7 people. It’s worth noting that these are three separately rented rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, but the kitchen and dining area are shared. We had all three rooms, but if you rent only one, you might encounter other guests. A bonus is the capsule coffee machine, a wide selection of teas, and cookies. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, along with a full set of dishes and pots. We’d gladly return if we get the chance!
• Vilde (10/5): A clean and comfortable room, easy check in and everything we needed for our short stay. - With clear instructions we were able to check in alone at midnight, and found a street parking just a few minutes from the apartment. A clean room and bathroom with towels and a hairdryer, comfortable bed and some stuff to have a little breakfast in the joint kitchen.

• Kierbiec (9/5): Krzysztof i Małgorzata - Hello. Great apartment in the very center! Clean and comfortable.Coffee and tea are available. Very helpful and nice. I recommend this place a hundred percent! Parking 5 minutes from the house 24h 15 euros. It's called,Park Palasport, I recommend A bit of a problem with parking but it is a closed area after all. But the owner will help with everything.

• Alyssia (8/5): Comfortable stay. - The location is good, and I stayed in early December, so it was very quiet. Feels safe. Host offers great communication over WhatsApp and was quick to reply to request for airport transfer and organised it. Have no doubt she would try to help with other needs, should you have. During the day it looked as though there would be multiple options for somewhere to eat in the evening, we specifically came back from Milan because we thought it would be better, but we really struggled to find somewhere to eat in walking distance. Google didn't help. Recommend finding somewhere closer to Bergamo station.

The place is clean and has a good vibe, the beds comfortable, the staff friendly. There is a small kitchen with everything a tourist may need. Night arrival wasn't a problem. A place definitely to recommend and to come back to! -

The room was a bit smaller than what we were expecting but it was very cute, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great too and had everything you might need. • Francesco (7/5): Good - Very helpful staff, the communication was quick and smooth. The accommodation is located approx. 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions, 30 minutes from the train station. There are some bus stations near by, which connects you well with the whole city, including the airport. The room requires some maintenance. It was difficult to open & close our door to the room nr. 1, we basically always needed to lift it up and therefore it was extremely noisy. Also the shower seemed to be clogged, as the water was only slowly going down the drain.

• Jake (6/5): Very basic but the location was excellent. - The location was excellent The host was very helpful The property looked a bit tired, you would only use it for a bed for the night. We felt the room was misplaced, they seem to be going for a travel lodge kind of look but they would be better having a more personal touch especially given the character of the building. The shower made no sense, you had to hold it over your head, there was no fixing to hold the shower head over your head.

• Aelita (9/5): Safe and acceptable hostel - At first glance, the room looked modest, but it had everything you needed. The common room and kitchen were surprising in a good way - everything was thought out, everything you might need was taken care of. The location is great, easy walking distance to Alta Citta, close to the bus stop, right next to the Academia Carrara (which I recommend visiting for art lovers) Tiny kitchen (but well equiped).
