There are several pools and chairs are always available. The two restaurants are among the best ones in town. A perfect holiday week for our family.

- vreiman (10/5): Superb and lovely! - Superb stay , first time stay here at hotel, but 6 th time on the island. We have been lucky to stay at some extraordinary villas in past and were looking for a resort to switch it up . This side of the island is quieter than Grace Bay! The water is shallow and clear. The resort is well layed out, beautiful landscaping and clean !! We stayed in a three bedroom beachfront suite, and it was lovely. Beachfront bar is a plus! There are plenty of beach chairs for guests, as well as three pools, one of which is adult only. So even if you travel here during busy holidays, it does not seem crowded. The food was excellent , nice breakfast buffet. Shoutout to the lovely ladies at breakfast including Love, Nadege, Youseline, Adamslie, and Bianca, the omelette chef! Our housekeepers were also very kind and were flexible in our evening turn down requests. Dinner at Suis Ren was also excellent , one of the best dinners we have had in a long time , here or elsewhere. Peruvian, Japanese fusion , yum! Judith at the concierge desk for yours went above and beyond to accommodate our group! If you have not been to the island before or even if you have , the best thing to do is to do a boat charter, and see all of the sights from the water. Iguana Island, the shipwreck, sandbar, and Noah’s Ark which is a floating tiki bar popular with the locals as well as visitors. Honestly, no negatives to report ,as also the employees are smiling and happy, so kudos to the management here. We plan to return !!
- SusanWBoston (10/5): Great Resort Stay - We enjoyed five wonderful nights at The Shore Club. The property is pristine, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed, but it was truly the staff that made our stay exceptional. We loved spending our days at the beach and pools and dining at both on site restaurants. The beach was kept incredibly clean at all times, and the water was absolutely amazing. The towel service at the beach and complimentary sunscreen were a very nice touch. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Joseph at Sui Ren and Jean at Almond Tree, along with the rest of the servers, offered fantastic recommendations and took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. We happened to be there during a quieter period, so our only suggestion would be to offer some evening entertainment or live music, or perhaps a dedicated space to gather outside of the restaurants. That said, there is really no need to ever leave the resort, though the complimentary shuttle to The Palms was a very nice touch.

- sandy_beaches_xo (10/5): Peace on the Shore 🐚 - After spending some time on the left side of Provo Turks & Caicos we decided to stay another week here on the right side. The sunsets are not as large as the other side but this resort was great value and the beach was absolutely perfect on non-windy days. If you’re big into sports and kite surfing this beach is for you during the windy days. We loved our stay here. Everyone is super friendly and the restaurants have great food. Very peaceful. Bonus happy hour drinks every day!
- sheric635 (10/5): Paradise Found! - We have traveled to Providencieles many times over the last 14 years. This was our first time on Long Bay and the Shore Club did not disappoint. The experience has been a favorite for us. The accommodations were stunning, well kept and beautifully appointed. What made the experience even better was the staff. Too many to mention but a shout out to some of our favorites Delores and Love in the dining room for breakfast and Dean at the beach. Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcome. We did also appreciate the Christmas spirit! WOW just beautiful!

- T6951CAfrederics (8/5): Beautiful Resort - This resort is beautiful. It is kept very clean, the rooms are spacious and well thought out, the pools beautiful and access to the beach perfect. Service at the beach was wonderful and the gentlemen who tend to the chairs, towels, etc. at both the pools and beach were great. We had a few minor problems during our stay and they were dealt with almost immediately. Kerry Hendrickson, the Executive Assistant Manager, was on top of everything and truly worked hard to make our trip special. He is a valuable asset of the resort. Aliyah at the front desk was also extremely helpful with changing dinner reservations and was very attentive. For the post part the staff is exceptional and really makes guests feel welcome. The workout space is small but has all the essentials for a good workout. Anna, who taught yoga is amazing and the resort needs to let people know that she is available and does the classes because she is very focused and insures a great session. The area that needs the most attention is the breakfast buffet. The food is fine for the most part but there was no variety (every day was pretty much the same) and the space has the feel of a cafeteria. While some of the staff were attentive many were not (not promptly picking up dirty dishes and it seemed there is no one in charge). We travel a lot to beautiful places and always look forward to breakfast but unfortunately this was not the case. It would be a simple fix for them to make breakfast so much better. The food for lunch is good but very expensive and service can be really slow. All in all this is a beautiful spot, the staff works really hard and it shows. Great place for small children and having the adult pool was a real plus.

The beach is by far the best for a family and water sports. Love the paddle boards and the beach crew as they tend to your every wish. The food. Wow. Can’t even begin to describe how amazing the food is. The service. We wanna give a huge shout out to the staff who made our stay the most amazing we’ve ever had. “Nadine, Love, Angie, Nikish, Youseline, Anise, Adamslie, Natasha and how could we forget Cari. Be sure to ask for a fresh squeezed orange juice. The taste is unlike anything I’ve had!!! From the sea grapes to the Almond Tree everything was above and beyond. Our little slice of heaven… see you in March 2026!

Shore Club is a stunning resort consisting of everything you expect from a top quality resort. From beautifully manicured landscaping, amazing accommodations, fine food, and a friendly and attentive staff. Kerry the manager, has done a brilliant job at hiring incredible people at all levels of service. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was happy, smiling and so incredible helpful. Our butler, Mark Sanchez was fabulous. He saw to our every need. I just can't thank him enough for his attentiveness. Judith at the tour desk was so very helpful at managing an offsite adventure. Our Cabana server Sherrilyn was delightful and went the extra mile to make our experience a pleasant one. We have to say thank you to the breakfast staff: Delores, Angie, Anise, Ademslie, Nihisha, Shaundee, Ronaldson, Gray Junior and of course Chef Micheal for providing excellent service and breakfast each morning. Kerry the manager was so accommodating and helpful when we needed to leave early because of hurricane Mellisa. The Shore Club is the only resort we consider when planning a trip to Turks and Caicos. The staff are all so friendly - from Louis who is waiting for us by the pool with a smile each morning to the entire breakfast staff - from Dolores to Chef Michael to Ainslie and all the rest of the ladies. The front desk remember our names and even send champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate my fiancés birthday. The worst part of it is having to leave! But we’ll be back soon!

We had breakfast included with our stay and the breakfast staff was phenomenal! Sherika, Delores, Angie, Anise,ademsile,Nikisha, Mary and Chef Michael! This was my birthday trip and the hotel staff went above and beyond even sending chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to the room! The weather was challenging but had a great trip overall. The one improvement that I would suggest would be communicating better to travelers. Apparently every Thursday the island has a festival named ‘Fish fry’ we had been hearing about it since we arrived. When the day arrived it was raining and could not do any water activities. We planned the day around the fish fry activity, when we arrived they we were told that it had been canceled due to the weather and that the hotel staff knew it was canceled! We were so disappointed! Other than that we had an excellent time

Delores was our server and she took such good care of us. Admesile made us such yummy iced coffee every single day and knew what we liked before we even asked. Nikisha and Angie were so friendly and seated us right away. Best for last, Chef Michael made us a special breakfast on our last day and made us feel so incredibly special. His food is so delicious and you can never go wrong with any of his breakfast menus. I also have an allergy and Chef Michael made me gluten free pancakes. Thank you Shore Club Breakfast Team for everything!! :) We will definitely be returning

- pwa703 (8/5): They have gone above and beyond - We had a trip scheduled that was canceled by the hotel. It was very short notice which was annoying. At first no explanation was given but the VP contacted us and explained the situation, weather being a factor delaying some renovations. We were very upset at first but he has rectified the error and we have been compensated. The offer was more than fair and we will try again to book a trip to the Shore Club. The last time we were in Turks we ate at the Shore Club sushi restaurant and it was one of our best meals on the island. We toured the Club and were very impressed. We are looking forward to staying there on our next trip to get the full experience.
- pwa703 (2/5): Shore Club bad service - We had a trip booked for our anniversary this October 2025 that we arranged months ahead. One week prior to our trip we were informed that the hotel would not be open when we arrived so they would move us to another hotel on the other side of the island, The Palms. We've seen that hotel - it's old and a bit run down, not my idea of a vacation for our anniversary. No other compensation was offered, ie massage, spa, dinner, etc. We have been to Turks many times and love the island, and had dinners at the Shore Club. We are very disappointed in the hotel for giving us such short notice since we could not find any other reasonable hotel accommodations with such short notice. Basically they ruined our anniversary trip and I am inclined to never book with them again. Beware if you book with these people. If I could give lower than one star I would.

- hayleymcquaid17 (10/5): Fantastic resort! Amazingly beautiful! - My husband and I had an amazing stay here! Summer is their off season so it’s a great time to visit and the resort was not crowded at all which made for a quiet and pleasant stay. The whole resort was beautifully decorated and designed and super clean. The room was outstanding, spacious, super comfy and clean with an amazing double sided balcony that had both pool and ocean views (junior suite). Pool and beach chairs were very cushy, we spent hours on them! The service is good but not quite as proactive as they could have been, we would have spent more money if they had come by more often to offer us drinks and food. There were lots of families there with young kids or teenagers but everyone was well behaved and we still had a relaxing time.
- Jessica (10/5): - The property was serene, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and included all of the necessities to prepare meals at our leisure. If you are seeking relaxation with superb service, this is the place. Lastly, but certainly not least, Delores at the Almond restaurant was phenomenal and took the best care of our family. We will certainly return in the future. Thank you, Shore Club, you made our first trip to TCI unforgettable!

It cost $100 round trip a day to go to town or the casino. The resort should have a pool table. They said they had a ping pong table but that it was broken. they do have non motorized equipment but if you are not into that then there is nothing to do. They should have some pool fun. some entertainment. Or at least have the free shuttle drop off the guests in town or the casino for free. they take you to their sister property but itis a 15 minute walk to the town and a 30 minute walk to one of the casinos. the other one is not even in walking distance. The area that you have to walk is desolate for the first 10 minutes so it's a bit scary and it was very hot. For this reason we will never return.

Ive been kitesurfing +20 years and there is no better place to learn than Long Bay, it's Super convenient. The Saff consistently went above and beyond. Very friendly people, highly recommend.

- midwestc2021 (10/5): Relaxing vacation - Easy review. If you're going to visit Turks and Caicos I highly recommend that you stay at the Shore Club resort. The resort has spacious rooms and all of the rooms have a lovely view of the ocean. The rooms have a morning and a evening turn down service, so your room is always clean. The grounds are well maintained,with two family swimming pools and one adults ony pool. The food is delicious especially the breakfast and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Chef Mike and Delores Frances on the breakfast crew both went went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife enjoyed our breakfast each morning. Breakfast is free, but lunch, dinner., and drinks are pay as you go so keep that in mind. This is the only place I will stay when I return to the Turks island.

We came for our 25th anniversary and wanted to splurge by staying at a high-end resort. With the high cost, we were expecting such better treatment and were very disappointed. The grounds were very nice and well cared for, the pools were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurants for dinner was very good. Housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy. There were several nice people working at the resort. Problems started with our check-in, no info on the resort was provided, no welcome packet with info of the property, nothing about the resort and what it had to offer, we were given our keys, walked to our room and left to figure it out on our own. The room was nice but clearly needed a refresh; rust, cracked tiles, in need of a coat of paint, & dirty rugs. Our garden view room was a giant hedge, no view, none of this is what you would expect from a luxury resort. When we dined for breakfast every morning, had dinner at both Sui Ren and the Almond Tree. The food was very good. The overall service was extremely low. Searching for servers, spoken to very rudely and treated as though we were bothering them. The receptionist at the Spa was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have been to several resorts in the Caribbean, and this was one of the most disappointing. I have had better treatment for a lot less $

I am sorry for the length of the review but feel the details here matter. The grounds were very nice and well cared for with workers trimming and pruning every day. The pools were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurants for dinner was very good. Housekeeping staff kept the room clean. There were several nice people working at the resort. It started with our check in, no info on the resort was provided, no welcome packet with a map of the property, nothing about the resort and what it had to offer, we were given our keys walked to our room and left to figure it out on our own. The room was nice enough but clearly needed a refresh, rust, cracked tiles, in need of a coat of pain, dirty rugs and the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Our garden view room was a giant hedge, no view of anything. There were some very nice people on staff and I wish I had done a better job of remembering their names so I could give them a much deserved shout out. When we dined at the breakfast every morning, had dinner at both Sui Ren and the Almond Tree. The food was great. the servers were OK, often we had to search for the servers when we needed something, but as soon as the bill came, they were right there and then proceeded to hover over you to get their tip. Service by the adult pool, where we spent most of our time, was sporadic at best. As a result, when people had food delivered to the pool and left their plates, we would be attacked by seagulls as they sat there up to an hour + sometimes. Some of the wait staff that did finally come by the pool lingered, hovering over us standing right next to our chairs, 30+ minutes at one point, just waiting even though we said we were all set. One occasion, one server continued to tell us about his private venture and was trying to get us to be a financial backer. We did nothing to encourage this and just wanted to have him leave us alone. Our time at the spa was an experience all on its own. I will start by saying the massage therapists were FANTASIC. The receptionist on the other hand was so rude it astounded me. The whole time she interacted with us she kept her air Pods in her ears. Told us our reservation was canceled and made was completely annoyed that she had to "re-book" it. She was very curt with both my wife and I making us very uncomfortable to the point we almost left. When we got back from the massage instead of welcoming us back asking how our massage was, she was laying back on the couch in the lounge area behind the desk and just seemed even more annoyed with us that she had to get up and help us (air Pods in ears again). As she offered no information on what we were to do next, when I asked about the Champagne we were supposed to get at the completion of our couples massage, she very rudely said, don't worry I will get it for you when I finish your bill. Once she did finish our bill she went out back, came out and shoved the small bottle of Moet in our hands (un-opened no glasses) and walked away. While they have the non-motorized sporting, Kayaks, paddle boards etc, there is not much to do on property other than hang by the pool/beach. Corn hole, Outdoor chess board, shuffleboard, anything would have been nice. There is NOTHING to do at night. No evening entertainment, bars close early. You eat dinner and go to bed. When it came to checkout, we got a fairly rude call the night before from the front, no good evening or pleasantries just "What time are you leaving and do you need a taxi"? I felt as though we were being rushed to checkout. We came to understand that the resort is closing for some time starting this August for a, much needed, refresh. I don't know if due to that most of the staff felt checked out and not interested in the guests. I think the first thing they need to refresh is the training for the staff. I have been to several resorts throughout the Caribbean, and this was one of the most disappointing overall experiences. I have received far better treatment and gotten so much more for so much less money.

I suggest management to remove those ridiculously auto-included +15% of “service fees” from anything they charge and let their staff be actually motivated to gain those tips by providing good service.
- Brwa (10/5): - Beautiful property. We didn’t leave the resort at all and had a great relaxing stay. Great dining options on site and beautiful private beach.
- Nicola (10/5): - Incredible property. Beautiful setting and the rooms were wonderful. The property is on the quieter side of the island, which just means you need to drive to get to the area with restaurants and shops. Although, the food on site including the breakfast, was incredible. We will definitely return.
- Samineh (10/5): - Our room was sleek, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled,cozy and elevated. However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. Unfortunately, they lacked warmth and hospitality, often coming across with a dismissive attitude. A simple smile or friendly demeanor would’ve made a big difference, especially in the mornings. Aside from that, the stay was a solid 10/10. The beach at the resort wasn’t ideal—lots of seaweed but having a rental car made it easy to drive just seven minutes to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Food-wise, breakfast at the hotel was decent, but we found our favorites elsewhere. Omar’s Beach Hut was hands down a 10/10, and Mr. Grouper’s was another great local spot worth checking out.
- leepT7239BH (10/5): Second visit. Won’t be the last. - Second trip to the Shore Club. This time we took the whole family. Very relaxed, refined environment. Facilities are in great condition. Staff was very helpful. Particularly appreciated Delores’ service at breakfast several mornings.

- Jeffrey (2/5): - When you start the vacation getting double charged and then realize the same person double charging more than one guest, it raises more than suspicion. Our double charge was not reversed until we made it a point to not leave the service area and started to as for the accounting dept supervisor. Staff was not friendly unless there was a tip involved. However there was 3 people that went out of their way to be friendly and try to help out when they could and that was Jobe Cimes (Helped us with shuttles),
- Chrysostomos (1/5): Beautiful location, unprofessional staff, low-quality food. - Location. Architectural style. The staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional. The breakfast quality (and choice) was horrendous.

- Hammad (10/5): - One of the best resorts we have stayed at. Attention to detail was impeccable. Very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make this a memorable trip for the family. Food choices were excellent; beach is well maintained, with a lot of water activities for the whole family. Staff was very attentive and always accessible to guests!
- Angel (8/5): - Beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. Unfortunately, it was seaweed season and the beach had sargassum. Otherwise, I would stay here next time in a heart beat when no sargassum.

- Jonathan Alexander (10/5): - The property was beautiful, very well maintained, very clean, and the staff was nice. Only drawback, is this side of the island tends to get more seaweed. The beach there is very fun though if you like water sports. Windy, so lots of kite surfing, ceiling and other fun activities.
- James Darr (10/5): - The Shore Club was a very nice place to stay. Our room was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach and pools were very nice. We liked the adult only pool because of the ocean breeze you could feel. I felt like the menu of both restaurants was limited. There were very few choices for sides. I don't like sea food so my choices were chicken or Fillet steak with fried rice.

Staff is super friendly and always looking for opportunity to make the day memorable! High marks to Rosa and Sega at the pool bar. Always kept us hydrated and met us with a friendly hello to start and end the day. We will be back soon!
- Melanie (10/5): XL Relaxation - This was just what the doctor ordered…for both of us. The location was just as pictured, quiet and relaxing and the best on the island, in my opinion. If you want to just get away, have quiet fun and great food and service, the Shore Club is for you.

- IreneB3188 (10/5): Quality! - Staying at this beautiful resort was an incredible experience! We had quality service from the moment we checked in. Our room was not ready the morning we arrived, however we were walked over to a big comfortable room where we could change to head over to the beach. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas available at both the beach and pool. It was the fourth of July weekend and the resort was not full at all which made it extremely peaceful. The room was very clean and spacious with an incredible view of both the ocean and pool from the balcony. The food and drinks were very good and we enjoyed the included breakfast at the Almond Tree (it was a full breakfast, not American continental). Edlin at the pool bar was outstanding and on the last day we met the manager (Kerry) to let him know about our experience. My husband happened to mention that we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and that evening Kerry sent us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate! We definitely plan on staying here next summer! Note: Seaweed unfortunately began to arrive on shore but they offer a shuttle service over to the sister hotels (Sands and The Palms) located on Grace Bay where the ocean was simply breathtaking.

Everytime we approached the front desk, they looked like they didn’t want to be there and were extremely slow. If they could just train that staff better this would be 5 stars. BUT Almond Tree had the best servers! Thanks to Delores, Angie, Natacha, Ademsie, Nikisha!

Especially Carlos down at the beach and the breakfast team including Delores, Angie, Adelaide, Yousline, Nadage, Nikisha, Natasha, Mary, Beanka, and Chef Michael! (Chef Michael’s scrambled eggs were so so good). The resort was always so clean and beautiful so we’d highly recommend and definitely will be coming back!

The resort itself is absolutely stunning, and choosing to stay on the Grace Bay side of the island gave us the perfect mix of privacy and breathtaking views. We had so many wonderful moments during our stay, but a few highlights truly stood out: Breakfast: Every morning was a delight, with such a delicious spread. A special thank you to the incredible breakfast team—Delores, Angie, Nadage, Shaundee, Ademslie, Nikisha, Natasha, Mary, and Chef Michael—who made each morning memorable. Swim-Up Bar: We loved our afternoons at the swim-up bar, where Rosa, Sega, and Nica made us feel welcome and taken care of. Evening Turn Down Service: The housekeeping staff went above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches that made our stay feel even more special and relaxing. Leaving The Shore Club was genuinely emotional—I even shed a few tears! We definitely hope to return one day and create more memories.
