Nos dio los detalles de funcionamiento del establecimiento, nos contó características de Cefalu y nos aconsejó sobre lugares a visitar y lugares donde comer Sólo estuvimos unas horas de paso impidiendo que pudiéramos conocer mejor el lugar

• YOLANDA (8/5): Appartement cosy proche du Centre - Appartement très propre, proche du centre de Cefalu. Très bonne literie. La possibilité de garer la voiture juste devant l'appartement. Appartement sombre. Placé juste au bord d'une route très fréquentée donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres par contre fenêtres à double vitrage ce qui nous a permis de dormir sereinement. Les photos de l'extérieur ne correspondent pas tout à fait à la réalité.

Rapport qualité-prix élevé Localisation sur une route TRÈS passante de jour comme de nuit ce qui engendre des nuisances dans le logement même fenêtres fermées. Bras de douche cassé lors de notre séjour. Pas de volet sur une des fenêtres donc réveil tôt le matin à cause de la lumière... Si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière et au bruit, passez votre chemin !

• Fabrice (4/5): Chambre sur autoroute !! - L'emplacement non loin du centre mais avec tous les défauts que cela engendre (voir paragraphe suivant) La propreté de la chambre, la machine à café avec les capsules, le réfrigérateur. Le stationnement devant la chambre. La chambre qui donne sur la route principale, source de bruits jour et nuit et de pollution. Impossible d'ouvrir la porte pour profiter de l'extérieur. D'ailleurs, aucune mention n'est faite dans l'annonce de ce gros défaut de la chambre !!!! De plus, la literie était totalement inconfortable, le lit présentait un affaissement au milieu à cause du matelas fatigué et du manque d'un pied central sous le lit. La salle de bains vieillissante, le ciel de douche était cassé et inutilisable. Incompréhension totale de la part de Booking qui note cette chambre 8.5 . Il doit y avoir une erreur.

Io purtroppo avevo mio marito ricoverato in ospedale, a pochi minuti di auto , ma vi ritorneremo per una breve vacanza. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Farebbe comodo una mensola nel bagno per poggiare il necessario .

• Jesica (9/5): Excelente - El poder llegar y aparcar el coche delante de la puerta es un lujo , ya que es un sitio para aparcar muy difícil y de gratis mucho más. En 15min caminando estás en el casco antiguo , la señora Eleonora te da las indicaciones para entrar y algunas recomendaciones donde comer ( pizzería justo al lado del hospedaje bueno y relación calidad precio) y el hospedaje muy limpio.

• Olga (7/5): - Tiene plaza de parking en frente del apartament. Todo está muy nuevo y limpio. Estaba bien equipado, lo único es q no tiene microondas. La dueña es encantadora. Es muy pequeño y en algunos momentos resulta claustrofóbico. Está en frente de una carretera y por lo tanto es ruidoso. No lo recomiendo si la idea es pasar varios días en Cefalu.

We reached the place just before midnight, and the landlord insisted that we vacate by 10 a.m. because she had arranged for a cleaning. At 10 a.m., she was waiting for us in front of the door, urging us to hurry up and exit the room, even though we were putting our luggage in the car. The place is too small and our 2 suitcases hardly fit in the room. The value of the overall service is not suitable.

• Puck (10/5): Fantastisch! - Alles was super, de ligging, de host, de kamer. Het was heerlijk om hier te mogen verblijven. Wij raden het aan iedereen aan! Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg, ‘s ochtends en ‘s avonds hoor je veel auto’s en scooters, maar ‘s nachts valt dat reuze mee!

It was clean, comfortable bed, and we didn’t need to pay for parking which was a bonus!!! The car was right outside our door and not in a parking lot a km away. The property was on a main road and a bit noisy.

Free parking under the apartment itself, equipment, including a comfortable bed, a good kitchenette and a coffee maker. • Siel (8/5): Perfect verblijf voor een kort bezoek aan Cefalu! - Het verblijf was heel netjes. Het bed was mooi opgemaakt, de koelkast en diepvries waren proper en er was voor elke persoon een set handdoeken. Ook de badkamer was in orde. Fijn dat er airco is! De spons om mee af te wassen, was al eens door andere gasten gebruikt. Er paar diepe kommetjes voor yoghurt of cornflakes zouden nog handig zijn (wij vonden er geen in de kasten).

• Amanda (7/5): - Appartamento carino e pulito con cucina fornita, lavatrice, asciugamani. Possibilità di stendere fuori dall’appartamento. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Seppur abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, l’appartamento è davvero piccolo. Si fa fatica a muoversi, c’è poco spazio per le valigie e in bagno (e anche in doccia) non ci sono delle mensole/ripiani dove appoggiare le cose. Ho dovuto prendere uno sgabello della cucina e metterlo fuori dal bagno. In bagno c’è una piccola finestrella dentro la doccia e l’unica altra finestra presente è in cucina. Di conseguenza l’aria gira male e abbiamo avuto la sensazione di umidità. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, anche comprendendo che sia alta stagione, ci è sembrato alto rispetto ad altre strutture di altre località limitrofe nelle quali abbiamo pernottato sempre nello stesso periodo.
• Francesca (9/5): Qualche giorno a Cefalù - Soluzione perfetta per visitare Cefalù se si viaggia in auto. La struttura ha subito fuori il parcheggio riservato (cosa non scontata per Cefalù), e a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro in massimo 15 minuti. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario, anche la lavatrice e la possibilità di usare la macchinetta del caffè. Staff molto gentile. I prezzi sono un po' alti ma comunque rispecchiano la media di Cefalù.

• CARMEN (2/5): Precario en Cefalu - Nada Ubicación en una carretera peligrosisima, sin aceras y sin pasos de peatones. Mucho cuidado si vais con niños. Instalaciones muy precarias, no se corresponden con las fotos. Mobiliario muy básico Camas muy incómodas, sin almohadas, ni nada adicionales . Muchísimos mosquitos Habitación sin persiana y cortina, que no quita la luz Baño muy precario No lavavajillas ni microndas. De cortesía solo champú y 1 botella pequeña de agua y cápsulas de café(al contrario que otros sitios que te dejan un brick pequeño de leche y algo de bollería). Aire acondicionado solo en salón. Mal aislamiento y se oyen los ruidos de otro apartamento HORROR DE MOSQUITOS Checking a las 14 horas y check Out a las 10, por menos de 24 horas 354 € por dos habitaciones y un baño. Las fotos no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad. Hemos recorrido Sicilia en distintas ciudades y es el peor alojamiento (con diferencia) que hemos tenido.

• Hannah (5/5): Good Price Noisy Road - The property was well maintained and clean with coffee and tea facilities. The noise of the road was impossible to ignore. Constant cars all time of the day. The walk to and from the center was difficult with the narrow paths and traffic.
