- Crystal (10/5): Great place to stay in McMinville - Cute hotel in downtown McMinnville. Clean. Spacious. Friendly staff. Parking was easy. The restaurant on site was really nice. The hotel lobby was cozy and inviting. It was a bit noisy at night. Though we stayed on Saturday night, so it likely isn’t as noisy the rest of the week. We did have to climb stairs to our unit. Not a problem for us, but something to be aware of.

- Brett (9/5): It was such a treat to stay at this delightful flat in the heart of McMinnville. - Beautifully decorated flat with lots of nice amenities. Outstanding location. Able to walk everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in. The complimentary glass of wine was a nice touch. It was a bit of a challenge getting our luggage up and down the stairs. No designated parking. (* But we were able to find a spot nearby without too much trouble.)

The flats are in a great place to enjoy McMinnville’s historic downtown district and provide short drives to many wineries in the area. The staff is great and can arrange transport for wine visits if needed. The space is great and homes come fully equipped. Enjoy!

Tasteful decor, great paint colors! Great value for money - best price of all the hotels on our road trip! There’s nothing we didn’t like - maybe the only thing to note is we were two couples and the apartment is two bedroom one bathroom! We’ve been friends for many years so didn’t bother us🙂

- joan (10/5): Loved McMinnville and 3rd Street Flats... would stay again. - The accommodations were excellent. High ceiliings and beautifully appointed ... Super comfortable bedding and sheets. A welcoming feeling throughout the abode and terrific llittle kitchen. Just steps from excellent restaurants which McMinnville has in abundance. the keys needed to be picked up at Atticus Hotel, which was not indicated when i booked. Getting to the front door of the 3rd street flats and then calling the number listed on the door could have been avoided by providing that info before checkin. Then we discovered there was another location for 3rd street flats that we needed to walk to. All of this could have been avoided if indicated prior to check in.
- Manuel (5/5): Happiness depends on how much you paid for the night - If you are paying in the $200 range its fine, if you pay $450 on a weekend as I did you will likely come away disappointed. Bed was comfy, while confusing checking in at the Atticus Hotel (where they were great) then dragging all of our bags back to the car for a short drive to repark was irritating - better instructions needed (You can only park for two hours everywhere so get ready to move your car a lot during the 9-6pm timeframe. Coffee good, choc caramels great! Great for walking outside and grabbing anything you want. It all depends on how much you paid, worst is both mornings adjacent suites left early while we tried to sleep and noise was insane. You likely wont see your neighbors but will hear them, run the fans on loud. While its roomy, the baths are so small with no shelves that you will end up balancing things on the toilet. When you spend $450 a night, not great. Been wanting to stay for awhile now and got that out of my system lol. Back to the old standbyes.

Liked the room, kitchen well equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, bottle of wine and some local chocolates. Bed was super comfy. Pet friendly Creaky floors on 3rd floor above us. I guess that is to be expected in old buildings with wooden floors. One bedroom with no windows. Street parking-although it turned out fine. Room a/c units with hoses falling off window attachments.

The flat was very large, spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The location is central and easy to walk to anything in town. Free, ample parking right across the street. The bathroom was very small, especially compared to the large size of the flat. I could tell this before booking, so not a big deal, but we did have to use the kitchen area to be able to spread out a bit while both of us were getting ready. For a 4 night stay, could have offered more coffee.

- Tamara (9/5): We enjoyed our flat - the location was great and the flat was lovely. - The bedroom was a little warm - the a/c was in the other room and did not cool down the bedroom very well.
- Stephanie (8/5): - This flat was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very small with no counter space. The shower is small, but had great water pressure. The bathroom sink was not draining well, but we made it work. There are a few homeless people who live on the street. One morning we walked past someone sleeping in front of a storefront and this same person was often seen wandering the streets and yelling profanity at an imaginary person. They did not bother us other than one of the people asking us to buy them a drink.
- Jeffrey (10/5): short and sweet. - We liked the flat very much. very well decorated and a great place to unwind. 3rd st shops and restaurants were very nice. only stairs to get up to the second floor flat so quite a climb with luggage.
- Alan (10/5): Charming apartment in McMinnville! - We loved the charming decor of our one bedroom flat on the second floor of the building. It was easy to pick up the keys at the hotel nearby. We found the apartment very relaxing with room to spread out a bit and with a kitchen to use. Coffee and tea were provided and we could walk all over McMinnville to shop and eat. We did not know ahead of time that we had to carry our bags up many stairs, but we only had carry on bags, so that was no problem.

- Rachael (6/5): - It’s nice this is in a very walkable area but there were screaming homeless people well into the night and little concern from property management. For this price I’d expect designated parking and ensuring that the area around the building remains safe.

- Alan (10/5): - This property was a hidden gem for us. I had made last minute plans and wasn’t expecting to find somewhere as nice as this. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff was very attentive and were only a text away if we had questions. As for McMinville, what a great little town to explore. We will be coming back.
- Peter (5/5): Good location but be prepared for lack of sleep! - location to the downtown area the bed was very poor quality and far too soft. The location was so noisy sleeping was impossible, between trucks with generators under the window and homeless people screaming obscenities at passing cars.

The kitchen is well-stocked. The living room is very grand. Noisy outside in the middle of the night - single pane windows do not block the noise at all. The bathroom is tiny. There is no dedicated parking. There is no elevator.

- Verified traveler (10/5): AwesomeLocation! - Stay was amazing. However, check-in was just a bit confusing due to the cold and rain. Call first, arrive at the hotel, then receive instructions to the property a few blocks down the street. It would have been helpful to say the entrance was on the side street. Had it not been pouring rain, I probably wouldn't have cared.
- KELLY ANN (6/5): - Space was laid out nicely and accommodates multiple people so much more comfortably than a hotel room The floors were very creaky, both in our unit and the unit above. Both mornings we were woken at 6-630am by the continual movements of the unit above us. Normal movements, surely, but due to the floors being so creaky our mornings started too early.

- Susan Lynne (10/5): - Just stayed three nights in the Fourth Flat and it truly is a gem. It is much bigger than the pictures suggest as it has a full dining room and large kitchen as well as the gorgeous living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well-outfitted for those wanting to cook. The living room is the star of the show and truly old-world chic. The high windows look out onto leafy trees and the main street; the room is bright and airy—I wished I lived there. The king bed in the bedroom is very comfy. It is true that the bathroom is tiny; this did not bother us because we’ve lived in Europe and are used to small bathrooms. And there is some noise from the bar below; it closes by 9 or 10 though. One night there were some loud cars and trucks going by; otherwise quiet. We were there on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. There are lots of great restaurants nearby—La Rambla, our favorite, is just downstairs.

- Lisa (10/5): Lovely 3rd Street Flat - Loved the 3rd Street Flats. The room was clean, unique, spacious, and convenient, and included a kitchen. As noted in other reviews, street noise could be a disruption. Workers in McMinnville seem to start early! Trash pickup and street cleaning at 5 am. But the location was worth it.

Bathroom sink was clogged with hair in drain. Lots of street noise, many sirens often. Not a place to stay if you want to sleep in! Cute and quaint. Overall I’d suggest it and likely choose to stay again for a better price.

- Cag3doc (10/5): - Great stay! Super comfy beds, nice amenities...full kitchen, washer and dryer. Coffee was soooo good! Gave us more if we asked. It was plentiful. Walking distance right in the heart of downtown. Many tasting rooms close by, right next door even. Lots of food and boutique shopping close by. Would definitely stay if we came back again.
